Le Muuch Hotel Boutique

This place is absolutely magical. Easy to locate from the main road into Valladolid, and tucked away into a secret garden-like space with the most incredible ambiance. A little piece of paradise amid the hustle and bustle of the city. Parking is free, at a gated lot just two blocks away. It was easy to use and made us feel secure about leaving our vehicle. The staff was so friendly, and so genuine and patient and did everything they could to make us feel at home. The food was creative and beautiful. We can’t wait to come back!

The staff is super wonderful and helpful with everything. Their own restaurant has good food. Check in and check out was painless and smooth. Hotel has its own locked parking was a plus.

Convenient to the main square and dining options. Friendly staff, very nice breakfasts and 2 pools.

Hôtel très beau mais bruyant avec une mauvaise isolation des chambres, des chiens qui aboient dans le refuge d’à coté et leur pompe à eau qui fait énormément de bruit. Nous leur avons demandé de la couper tellement nous ne pouvions pas dormir. Personnel adorable, literie de qualité, cocktail de bienvenue délicieux, petit déjeuner classique servi à table, emplacement idéal et parking à disposition. Mais globalement un peu cher pour l’expérience.

Had a great stay at Le Muuch, their staff was fantastic, the food was great, and the bar was probably the best in the area. Definitely coming back here next time I visit.

La chambre que nous avons eu était aveugle. Le 1 ère fenêtre donnait sur l’escalier, la seconde sur un mur situé a 1 mètre. La deuxième chambre donnait sur un couloir devant un jardin intérieur . Les piscines sont en fait des bassins et le restaurant qui indique fermer à 10PM nous a refusé à 9,23Pm. Les photos mettent en valeur l’établissement mais essayez d’avoir une vue extérieure.

Jolie chambre mais hotel très bruyant, chambre très éclairée même la nuit et piscine sale. Aucune réponse de l’hôtel aux messages suivant mon séjour.

Muy bonito hotel , personal excelente y amable , la comida muy rica , solo que las albercas no tenian agua templada y por la temporada hacia mucho frio , no se podia disfrutar las albercas que estaban tan bonitas

This property is a hidden gem! Although this property is small but everything else made up for it. It’s walking distance to shops, cathedral, and more. There’s two entrances to the hotel with parking across the street on the other entrance/ exit- a bit confusing but no big deal. Once you’re inside, you’ll be transported to another world. Such a cute romantic hotel.

I really wanted to like this hotel. But so many issues right from check in. First room had a leak in bathroom so changed rooms. The shower head didn’t flow correctly so water went everywhere. Sink sprayed water on you if you use it. Toilet seat was broken and didn’t function Bed sheets were old and not soft at all. Had to ask for towels and they never refilled our water. Pillows were old and uncomfortable. Every day at the front door of hotel was huge puddle of water. A car drove by and I got wet. The front desk person had no idea how to help. We asked for things and it never happened. For the price it’s not worth it. Ants in room mosquitoes everywhere. I do not recommend this hotel. I’m A huge traveler and I was so disappointed with this hotel. The food was good but that’s it.

Great hotel, very clean and welcoming. The only down side was that the house just beside the hotel has at least 10 dogs barking for hours... Sounded like they were in our room. Beside that detail, we really enjoyed our stay and would go again.

Un muy buen hotel, a tres cuadras del centro de Valladolid. propiedad impecable, excelente servicio. Muy bonita decoración en habitaciones y en las áreas comunes.

Ziemlich zentrale Lage am Rand der Altstadt Valladolid. Leider an einer Einfallstrasse, welche abends sehr viel Stau hat. Es gibt keinen Parkplatz zum Entladen direkt vor dem Hotel, die Parkplätze sind einige Strassen weiter, man muss jedoch dafür mehrmals links abbiegen, da alle Einbahnstrasse sind. Die Zimmer sind modern, optisch ansprechend und in einem guten Zustand. Jedoch befinden sich viele im Hinterhof und haben nur kleine Fenster zum Innenhof, dadurch sind sie ziemlich dunkel. Eine gut gefüllte Minibar ist jedoch vorhanden. Wie sehr oft in Mexiko ist der Abfluss der Dusche verstopft und das Wasser staut sich. Die Handtücher sind sehr stark abgenutzt, verschlissen und leicht vergilbt (siehe Fotos) - würde ich in keinem Hotel, umso weniger in einem 3,5 Sterne Hotel, erwarten. Dazu sind die Zimmer ziemlich hellhörig. Ein grosser Manko: kein brauchbares WLAN-Empfang in den Zimmern im Erdgeschoss - praktisch kann man das WLAN nur in der Lobby und im Restaurant nutzen, daher halte ich die Hotel Beschreibung "WLAN im Zimmer" für irreführend und inkorrekt. Der Service im Restaurant ist sehr prompt und sehr gut - es scheint jedoch ein im Hotel angesiedelter unabhängiger Betrieb zu sein. Bei der Ankunft im Hotel empfängt niemand die Gäste - man muss sich selbst bemerkbar machen und die Aufmerksamkeit des Empfangspersonal gewinnen. Die VIP ACCESS Vorteile werden nicht gewährt werden - lediglich das Willkommensgetränk wurde erst auf Verlangen herausgegeben.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Every single inch of this property was stunning. Everything was so thought out and intentional with the design. The staff was incredible, so kind, so welcoming, and there for anything and everything we needed. We were greeted and walked to our room, where we were met with a note and some keepsakes from the staff. The room was immaculate, smelled wonderful, and was beautiful. We had the Tulum room with an outdoor bath and oh my god… just book that room. The property was so quiet, and peaceful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We ate dinner there a few times too and no complaints. The greenery and plant life they decorated with, was like they built the property around the living elements. Vines up the walls, palm trees in the middle of the courtyard, fruit trees hanging over the pool… it was breathtaking. We have never fallen in love with a place the way we did Le Muuch and all of its staff. 10/10 will be making this trip again. We were truly sad to be leaving. Valladolid is just magical. Cenotes, restaurants, historical sights were all in walking distance. Parking was just around the corner and a staff member always walked us there and then locked our vehicle behind a closed gate. When returning from the day, we would simply call and they would have someone meet us at the gate so we could park. I genuinely cannot say enough about this place.

It was impossible to sleep later than 7 am staying on the first floor because people had breakfast 5 feet away starting at that time and the staff were cleaning the outdoor dining area then too. The hotel should not provide the first floors rooms to any guest. The property is very narrow and the home next door has a pack of dogs that barked starting at 5 am. I understand this is outside the hotel’s control, but they could do more to soundproof the room. The closets were unusable because they were comically narrow. They didn’t provide a rod to hang things on because hangers wouldn’t fit. The staff were friendly and I appreciate that. I expected more based on the hotel’s nightly rate. Very disappointed.

Una lugar muy bueno para quedarse a descansar y por la cercania al centro, el tema a mejorar es el internet no tuvimos conexion, al menos en el cuarto en el que me quede el 205 era muy lenta casi nula.

Beds are super comfy. Soundproofing is a slight issue as the way the hotel is built onto the courtyard means you can hear everyone coming and going. Location is brilliant and really easy walk to centre.

Lovely boutique hotel tucked away down a side street close to the main Valladolid square. Very pretty rooms and decor. We had a good stay. Just one thing - the rooms do not have telephones and you can hear the noise from the road, the pool and bar area. Also light comes in around the curtains very easily so if you sleep late, consider a sleeping mask. Overall we would recommend this hotel to our friends.

We were kept awake all night by dogs barking and yelping. The hotel said their neighbour had 10 dogs. The wi-fi was a reminder of 20 years ago when emails took ages to download. We complained and were told that is was due to rain and would be ok in two hours - it wasn't, and was the same throughout our stay. Couldn't download maps of our day's journey (or anthing else)!

Nos quedamos una noche en el hotel, la ubicación es muy buena, se encuentra caminando a unos 10 min del centro, el desayuno que incluye es a la carta, hay bastantes opciones y lo que pedimos estuvo muy rico. El hotel esta pintoresco y bonito, si recomiendo la estancia en este hotel.

The ambience, Mexican style is amazing. The staff are all very kind and helpful. The food is outstandingly delicious. It's a very cozy hotel with everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Valladolid. I look forward to returning there soon.
