Clean room spacious and amenities in hotel are great! Especially the double hot tubs

Good value for money. Bigger than many Whistler Village studios. Well equipped for the size. Fan in bathroom loud and could not turn off. Had to request extra blanket as duvet is thin and light. Swimming pool and hot tubs excellent. Weight machine broken.

The parking spaces are way too small

Good condominium on the outskirts of Whistler Village. Walkable to Whistler Gondola (8 minutes). The condition of the property is aging fast and is in need of upgrades and more cleaning. The furniture in the room is getting old and time for an upgrade. Having a kitchen is great to make breakfast. One hot tub had no jets working all week. Rugs in the elevators need a good cleaning. Paying for parking was not expected.

Close to everything in Whistler and the large pool and hot tub area were very nice.

I checked in at 2:00 pm at reception for first day of arrival but received a call in my room at 10:30 pm to confirm I had checked in to room. Room was clean. Lots of extra towels provided. Dishwasher was dated and found it faster to wash dishes by hand. Pool and hot tub were closed but we were directed to use the Delta hotel hot tub and pools which were very niceand they had really nice and clean change rooms. On my last day I went to talk to Front reception and found she was sitting on her phone with her feet on the desk. Response was slow but finally received information I needed from reception.

Excellent value. Clean spacious comfortable rooms, a little dated but not too important to me considering the excellent nightly rates and location. My only negative would be the gym. There are no weights/dumbells at all so I would not consider it a gym; however, I ended up going to the Whistler rec center, for which I was very impressed (only $10 drop in) considering the size of the community. So silver lining :). Other than that, I highly recommend this property. Special recognition to Alex at the front desk, very accommodating and professional.

Easy and great ski storage solution. Pool is excellent and the gym facilities are perfect.

The room was super clean. It was great having a kitchen! The staff is super super friendly! The location was wonderful right in the middle of everything.

The kitchenette was ample stocked for two people. The suite was spotless and it smelt like fresh sheets when you walked in the door. Although maybe a little outdated, we had no complaints. It was perfect, as most of your time will be spent outdoors anyhow. So close to everything in all directions. The staff at this location are amazing, helpful, respectful. The pool was clean and the hot tub. It was a great stay.

Accommodating staff, clean room and complete amenities. Even though part of the building is under renovation, the staff are able to keep the area clean and quiet.

Everything was close and walkable. The rooms were clean, although the carpets were in kinda rough shape. The fact that you have to pay for parking is unfortunate.

Could be cleaner. Cleaning staff should have proper break area and not sit in hallways . Pool area smelled bad and washrooms were dirty .

I like the comfortable room and beautiful pool outside our room. Only thing I don’t like that much is the curtain. It can’t stop the light. So I wake up quite early in the morning…

Great location but unit is old and tired. TV is small - items in unit limited. sink low, toilet paper holder not functional

The pullout sofa was extremely uncomfortable. No USB plugs and quite outdated decor.

This area is loaded with old Olympic barracks (for want of a better name) converted to vacation rental "resorts". Rooms are super-small, and a bit dated. But that's okay, because you're likely only to be in there to sleep. There are loads and loads of things to do in the village. We did a lot of walking and noted it would be almost impossible not to find things to keep kids and younger folks occupied. Some seemed to be free, some not. There are many dining options in the area, but generally they're not cheap (other than the fast-food joints). Take-out is an option (since there's a kitchenette in the room with dishwasher, etc), and you can even get ingredients from some places to make your own. Laundry washer/dryer in the room is a bonus. But the A/C was very loud. The channel selection on the TV is pretty horrible, so if you have downtime, best have some sort of streaming devices available (WiFi works well). Parking is now $26 per 24 hours, but underground. Most likely you'll park and then walk everywhere.

We had a basic room without a balcony. It was a little dated and the bathroom cramped. Did not like having to punch in a long access code to go into public areas, the garage and the room. Pool area gets dry busy after 3 pm.

The Lodge is like many others in the area. Set up for the abuse of skis and gear. I wouldn’t recommend being on the hwy side as it is very noisy with the window open and the AC is loud with the window closed. The location is good as everything is walkable. The parking is good as well. Our unit was half of a shared.

Room was clean but old. The sofabed was not that comfortable. Location is excellent. Walking distance to the village

what we liked: Everything except sofa bed. What we didn't like: Sofa bed. Not comfortable. It makes noise.

Everything was great - comfortable beds, properly equipped kitchen, salt, pepper, detergent, sponge, teas, coffee, were a nice touch. Needs improvement: - No skillet in the kitchen, - Noisy heater turning on / off, - Bathroom sink partially clogged.

Great view of the mountains. Accomodations roomy and comfortable with separate bedroom, full kitchen, dining and living area. Surprised that we had to pay $25 a day to park on facility site.

We had a cleanliness issue upon arriving at our room but the wonderful staff dealt with it very fast and went above and beyond!! Highly highly recommend staying here. Best location, easy parking and an awesome pool with 2 hot tubs.

After I mentioned the noisy heater during my previous stay, they proactively prepared a note, an eye mask, earplugs, and two floor heaters. I slept very comfortably this time — such thoughtful and impressive service.

The code to my room had to be changed 3 times as it wouldn’t work at different times. They eventually sent me a code via text to use. The first day we arrived around 12:30 midnight and the guy at the front desk what not at all friendly. He said he was not expecting us and we should’ve already received the code and all of the info ahead of time to check in. We told him that didn’t happen. He finally just checked us in but was anything but kind.

Taylor and Becky at the front desk excellent! We wanted to stay another night and they got us in another room. Right from when I arrived Becky helped me out with the parking how to and was so kind . I believe Becky has red hair. I hope I have not mixed them up . Thank you ladies! My husband has been very ill for 14 months and I wanted to stay even longer ! ☀️

Great staff. It was an extremely busy weekend with the parkade full- so no spots even though I had paid for 2 days. They allowed me to park in front overnight. The room we had still had dishes in the dishwasher and the sheets were inside out.. It was an excellent base, but not one we felt like hanging out in.

Our stay was great and the property is in the perfect location, we stay here every time we’re in Whistler. One thing we love about Cascade Lodge is the staff and unfortunately we did not have a good experience with one of the early morning staff members at the front desk. On our second morning April 20th we were on our way to the pool and decided to check with the front desk if housekeeping is available and immediately the employee had a bad attitude even with us being nice and patient with her. She made us feel like an inconvenience just for asking for some information. She informs us that there is no housekeeping unless we request it for an additional $40 charge and we decide to go with that as we would’ve liked a fresh room to come back to after a long day, she then responds with telling us “ummm yea i’ll see if they have time to do it” which confused us cause we thought she just offered it to us for the additional $40. She said she would send me a text when she would know which is no problem at all but the unnecessary attitude and looks she was giving us was not what we expected. We decided to opt out of housekeeping after that and replace our linens and clean up on our own, which again isn’t a problem but if you are on vacation, you’d expect the staff to show hospitality and basic manners. On that note, Alex one of the other girls we spoke with many times while on our trip was absolutely amazing, she was extremely helpful, positive, and patient. She was a joy to speak to

The only reason I would not give this location five stars is they change the code on us while we were there and gave us no communication that the code had changed for the common areas. We were stuck outside the parking gate for about 20 minutes waiting for someone else to come in, we couldn’t figure out why. Then we got inside the garage and a nice family educated us that they change the code every month but don’t communicate it, pretty ridiculous. Other than that, excellent Facility, location and staff. We’ve already booked next year!

This lodge is very conveniently located! 2 minutes walk from the supermarket, 5 minutes walk to the gondolas and 2 minutes walk from the village. I highly recommend it!

Convenient walk to lifts. Maybe 5 min. In the outskirts of the village. Easy to jump on the 99. Close to everything. Ski concierge downstairs. Hot tubs were hot. Had cable to watch the Seahawks play!

Nice property and close to the village and skiing. Was a little spendy but I booked short notice. Hot tub is always nice after a day of skiing.

It was a very functional room, very large. The bed was comfortable. Comfortable. Pillows were nice. Really no complaints. Not modern or fancy but totally functional. The location is fairly close to Whistler village, approximately a 5-minute walk.

Pros: clean, convenient location. Cons: elevator noise to proximity of room, interior outdated, no room service options communicated, very noisy AC.

Cascade Lodge is lovely. Good, quiet location away from the village noise. Great pool and hot tub. 1 bedroom was large with kitchen, dining area, tv room and nice one bedroom. It was very clean and nice space. Only complaints are...pool hot tub hours were 10am to 10pm and strictly enforced, longer hours would be nice or adult hours. At end of stay, they wanted us to strip the beds. And the coffee they left was so so. It could have been stronger.
