The lady at check in was extremely friendly. That’s the only reason this didn’t get one star across the board. The room was not very clean and had a very strong bleach smell when we first walked in. Didn’t think anything of it, left and came back and the bleach smell was gone but it smelled horrible. The toilet seat was old. I don’t want to say it was dirty necessarily but it wasn’t inviting me to sit on it. And the worst part, after laying on the bed, I noticed what looked like an old blood stain on the comforter. We decided not to sleep here. We went to the front desk to check out and I was going to explain the situation to the lady at the front desk, but she was outside doing something and couldn’t be bothered. I was overly annoyed so I just told her I wanted to check out handed her my keys. She didn’t ask any questions and we left.

Lets start with the facts - woke up at 2am to use the washroom, turned in the light, ten roaches were walking around. What does that say about “cleanliness”? Yech. Also found hairs in the bedsheets- do they wash the bedsheets or just reuse them a couple of times on occasion? Yech Yech. The place seems old now, not pretty, not warm and welcoming. The first host seemed as though she is very nice but perhaps an addict - that of course is not a fact but thats the feeling I got. Had to grab the hotel phone and call for someone to clme check us in after a five minute wait

Bed was comfortable, having a fridge and microwave in room was great. However, room was cleaned poorly and not inspected bc there was leftover chili peppers in the drawer, microwave had fingerprints all over it, bathroom faucet had drop of toothpaste spit on it, and soap dispenser was broken. Staff cleaned the drawer and replaced soap dispenser and was very nice and apologetic. We had a late check-in so we didn’t leave. We inspected the bed before sleeping in it though (smelled and looked clean).

Staff was very pleasant. Unfortunately our bed sloped to the center and was extremely uncomfortable. Pillow was rough to sleep on as well, but that could have just been me. When we showered in the morning, we discovered the blow dryer didn’t work. So even though I enjoyed the staff, I don’t think I would stay here again.

The room we stayed in needs repairs. Light covers missing, bed pops and squeaks every time you breathe, pipe is exposed in the bathroom, bathtub/shower takes 15 minutes to drain, hot and cold are reversed in the shower/bathtub.

Bathroom door wouldn't close as hinges were damaged. Ice maker in fridge wouldn't work. Nice guy behind counter said he wasn't a maintenance man but would try to fix 😀. I declined.

We had a reservation and arrived at 1:30am Friday night/sat morning. The hotel advertised as a 24/7 online. We sat at the front calling the lobby phone for 15 mins and no one ever came. We sat out in the parking lot and attempted to call the front desk for another 15 mins. No one ever answered. So we ended up driving home in the middle of the night.

The front desk checkin person was SO poorly trained! I was waiting behind a couple attempting to checkin with an Expedia reservation for over 30 minutes! Thinking this was a “them” issue I went up with my confirmation numbers, CC, license in hand…..25 minutes later and no checkin. It was 100 outside, we were traveling with pets, and those poor guys coming in from the oil field trying checkin were waiting in the lobby for over an hour too! I suggested she call her manager to get some assistance…and she tried…manager didn’t answer…. I will say she was pleasant, professional and kind….she just didn’t know how or what to do with third party bookings and that was obvious….she thought outside the box and started pivoting to checkin folks without the computer process that she didn’t know…. This is a management issue….not an employee shortcoming. Remote didn’t work, dead bugs in the bathroom and the stairwell was gross… Beds were clean, comfortable and the ac works well…

Really lovely hotel. Our daughter got married this past weekend in Lubbock. We picked the hotel due to proximity to the venue and all the restaurants close to the hotel. Staff was very friendly and sweet. Quiet area as well.

We did not bring this to managements attention Since we were only there for one night. But there were issues: the light over the oven did not work, the garbage disposal did not work, the tv remote did not work (even though the front desk gave us fresh batteries), there is no free breakfast. In fact, if you wanted any dishes….you had to buy them in their little store….weird. Cheap place to stay, but not for us.

Very basic, no frills accommodations. Breakfast items were extra, internet was available but slow. Water pressure was great, water was hot, beds were comfy and clean, AC was cold. No weird smells. There was a fridge, stove, microwave and toaster in the room. No pool or hot tub. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of outlets.

This is a very nice, newer hotel, with large, well appointed rooms, including a basic kitchen. It's very clean and a great deal for the price. The surrounding area is totally lacking in charm and the only breakfast offered is one that they deliver to your room in a sack for a substantial price, but then I wasn't there for the breakfast. It's a bargain, but it felt kind of corporate and impersonal.

they have kitchen, but you have to take your own stuff to cook, they have nothing, they should mention that somewhere. we tried to grill and grill was nasty, and to top it off they didn't have propane and this was after we had gone to store to buy a spatula, meat etc...

The thing to know about this hotel is that although it has a kitchen, it has zero kitchen amenities. Not a spoon, fork, knife, mug, or plate. Nothing. They have paper plates and plastic utensils at the front desk, plus regular plates etc FOR SALE. I'm not sure why they have kitchen facilities if they have nothing that you need to use the kitchen. I know some people travel with their own knives or pans, but plates? Silverware? In general, everything at this hotel is done as cheaply as possible, which is not the fault of the management but rather the brand itself. I wouldn't stay here again.
