The EV charger didn’t work. The availability of the charger was a major reason we chose this hotel. This caused us problems and cost us time finding another charger instead of charging while we were sleeping. Staff was unable to fix the charger. Desk staff had no information.

We expected a pool when we booked it. The front desk said that it was out of order for 3 months now. I called and spoke with corporate and asked for an adjustment on my bill. All the faucets in the bathroom were loose and nearly pulled off.

Everything with my stay was great except the elevators. They they screeched and knocked each ride. On the last night, one of the elevators acted as if it was trying to move before the doors closed. The floor shifted and it made a loud vibration noise. Then the doors closed and it went down. I felt very happy to make it to the bottom at the normal pace and not an expedited one.

Mostly Great. The fitness rooms water dispenser was broken. Also 2 of the 3 treadmills were down. No notifications they were down. The work out mirror is in the work place. Can't use it to check you form.

The side door did not work for keyless entry. We had to go to the front desk and get a key. I like contactless checkin etc so it was a bit sad. Hopefully they have it fixed.

This is our third time at the property. The hotel is modernized and has breakfast, bottled water and cookies available at night. Unfortunately for this stay the room, while cleaned, did have some peanuts and other nuts still on the floor in the bathroom and main room area. Which makes us think it wasn't vacuumed/fully cleaned on the floor. Elsewhere was clean, so it may have been the floor only. Our TV did not work. We called the front desk, she tried to fix it but had no luck. She said she would put in a work order, but it was never fixed. We didn't follow up since we weren't there to stay in and watch TV, so that's on us, but it was an annoyance that when we were in the room we weren't able to use it.

Stayed here with my elderly mom as it was closer to Evergreen Medical than her home. Very clean facility. Excellent room for a better price than some not so nice places I looked at. Arrived and Andrea was fabulous at our check-in. Very accommodating. Excellent customer service both professional and friendly. Kelly assisted me at checkout and was also friendly and professional. Big shout out to Debbie who was working the breakfast area. She was so warm and pleasant and really seemed to enjoy what she was doing. The food options were well stocked, dining area clean and orderly and the food tasted really good which was a surprise. For what was a difficult reason to need to stay at a hotel, the staff was amazing and made the circumstances much more tolerable.

Shower water and Sink water both not hot enough, only lukewarm. Shower water pressure too low. Toilet bowl loose where it attached to the floor. Reported to the front desk on departure. The room and bathroom/shower was extremely clean. Room clean, appeared to have been upgraded, was not dingy.

This was my go to spot! I absolutely loved it. My stay last night was just for me to get some quiet. That did not happen. So much noise through the night until about midnight. The room smelled HEAVILY of smoke, and the shower and bedding (the skirt mainly) were not clean.

The room offered was ground floor, I asked for upper and given 3rd floor which discovered wasn’t ready so an “upgrade” was given on the 4th floor. Not sure what “upgrade” meant… The bathroom was very very small, strange considering the large room, the toilet paper was squeezed in back of the awkward door. Hard to do the business.

good breakfast, quiet AC; bed is ok; blanket for sofa bed isn't warm enough; vanity is good but toilet and bath room is very tight and inconvenient, there is no space to put a trash can, and the door hits any way; don't like the sliding door which doesn't close completely or tightly and makes noise when opening and closing; picture windows are great but face to trash trunk, and with no sound isolation so can hear traffic noise all night long; noise from neighbor came through the door between the two rooms which was very disturbing and annoying

The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was included and fairly standard. It was a little loud since it's near the highway. The bed we had was not very comfortable. It was sagging a lot and I woke up in the morning with hip pain.

Check in was good and guy at front desk was great. My wife went to shower and there was no hot water. They tried moving us across the hall and no hot water. They moved us from first to second floor and shower was fine. The air conditioner in the new room was really loud and terrible. Property is falling apart badly!! Went to check out in the morning and nobody at the front desk so couldn't even talk to the manager about it. Will never stay here again

Upon arriving, I learned that my reservation made through Expedia had been canceled. Unsure who or why it was canceled but after talking to Expedia and Hampton staff the motel, honored the reservation price without any further issues. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The front desk gal on shift 1/20 was an angel. She helped me with directions when my phone died and I didn’t have a charger. She also offered to lend me her phone cord while it charged a bit.

Great breakfast, loved the coffee bar that ran all night and day. The little cookie plate and treat plate was such a fun surprise each day. The staff were extremely nice and pleasant to speak with.

We have done a lot of traveling and staying in hotels over the years with our children for sports. This was our first time staying at a Hampton property and we were very impressed. From first impression coming in the door, the hotel was very modern, clean and stylish. Our check-in process was seamless and the customer service at the front desk was outstanding. The complementary breakfast in the morning was a large spread of food with multiple options. Definitely a step up from a similar hotel chain, we usually have stayed with. Feeding a hungry sports family. This definitely was a plus ! The breakfast staff was helpful and friendly. One of our sons forgot his toothbrush, and the complementary toothbrush offered at the front desk was a nice touch. We also loved the free cookies in the lobby at night. Would stay again.
