The home was perfect for our family of 5! The game room, pool, machine, and arcade made it fun for my kids when we weren't enjoying the beach and parks. Everything was super clean and Keith was very responsive and helpful! Thanks

Distance to parks was 25-40 min depending on traffic. There were multiple routes to the park to use for options. Grocery store within 2 minutes along with other convenience stores. Property was extremely well maintained and very clean. There was every kitchen item we needed plus more. The pool was amazing for the kids to enjoy on rest days and has a great atmosphere for spending the day outside (lots of toys, table, chairs, lounge area, outdoor bathroom, and string light and pool lights for night swims). The kids loved their bedrooms and the toys that were in them kept them busy when necessary. There were games galore (board and video) that the kids enjoyed every day. We will be booking here again next time we take a Disney trip!

We enjoyed our stay at this well themed house! Having 3 showers available really helped out. I also love that the pool has it's own bathroom so no water coming into the house. Due to our busy schedule, we only used the pool 1 day but it was fabulous and clean. We saw the pool company come out twice during our stay to take care of the pool which was great. The last place we stayed, the water was dirty and we never got in. This pool was perfect!! I already recommended this place to friends and would stay there again! If I had to find something that could be improved, I would say bath towels. They are thin and we are used to thick fluffy towels. It has all the channels you need on the tv. All the pots and pans. Great dishwasher. Wonderful washer and dryer. Air conditioning works well. 3 sets of bunk beds that sleep 6. We were only a family of 4 but this house would sleep 10 comfortably. The garage had a ping pong table that converts to pool table, air hockey, and foosball. We recommended this place to our friends and will definitely stay there again!

This was our second time staying at the Be Our Guest House. We love staying here because they have thought of everything, from beach umbrellas and coolers to strollers and pool toys. This place has everything you could need while on vacation, whether heading to the themr parks or the beach. The location is safe, clean, and close to everything. The owner is quick to respond and incredibly helpful.

Everything is so amazing in this home. They have everything you could possibly think of from strollers to playpens. The game room was a blast, the pool was so much fun. We enjoyed this home so much I can’t wait to come back. The owners go above and beyond!

This property may be undersold in the description, the house is great, the amenities are way more than what I would’ve expected. The pool area feels very private. Tons of entertainment in the house for a family. The house is near a shopping center that isn’t as crazy as most in the area. Very close to Disney property. Owner is very kind and responsive. Highly recommend.

Everything was clean and comfortable overall. It has plenty of space and the neighborhood was quiet. There is a grocery store at the highway 2 minutes from the house. The outdoor space is small but nice and had vests for small children. The only negative comments would be for the games. Pool cues were missing tips and there was no chalk for them. Air hockey table either wasnt moving enough air or the pucks are too worn to hover smoothly. I'm sure its tough to keep in good shape and it wasnt the reason we went there. That was just the missing cherry on top. We would use this place again if we returned to the area. Ddd

My wife was especially impressed by the cleanliness—every room was spotless and well cared for, making for a truly relaxing getaway.The home had tons of great amenities. The game room was a hit with our kids—they spent hours playing air hockey, foosball, ping pong, and even a stand-up arcade game in the living room. Clearly, a lot of thought went into making this space fun and family-friendly.The host was great—super communicative and responsive, even though we had zero issues. It was nice knowing they were available if needed.The pool was another highlight. Not only was it crystal clear, but it also had a deep end over 5 feet, making it fun for both kids and adults. Plus, it can be heated, which was a nice perk in February.A Publix grocery store is just 2-3 minutes away, making snack runs and meal planning easy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful—perfect for unwinding after long park days.One thing to keep in mind: it’s further from Disney than it might seem. Traffic can be rough, especially at peak hours. One evening, we spent 50 minutes in traffic leaving Magic Kingdom. This is typical for most rentals in the area, though, so just plan accordingly.I’d 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone. The clean home, great amenities, awesome game room, and responsive host made for an outstanding experience. We’re already looking forward to booking it again. 5 stars!

The property was just as described and it looked even better in person. They thought of all the little things some places don't offer. Like hand soap,laundry supplies,dish washing supplies,they even had spices and coffee. We only had 2 minor snags,but they were handled quickly. The microwave above the stove went out before we arrived,but they let us know ahead of time and had a replacement during our stay. The propane was out for the fire pit,and i literally had a message back right away, and was given the code for the propane tank on the grill tonuse instead. Our kids loved the game room as well as the board games and game consoles.The property was clean and the beds were comfy. The theme throughout was adorable,our little ones loved the lights in the frozen room. We had a welcome sign and balloons on arrival day. There was plenty of childrens supplies if needed,like stroller and playpen. They had a cooler beach chairs and sand toys if needed. Also pool toys outside on the patio. We will definitely stay here again amd recommend this place to anyone. It has all the qualities we were looking for. Thanks for an amazing,relaxing vacation!

It was very clean. Everything was the way the owner said it would be. We had a lot of fun. I would recommend it to anybody.

This is our second time staying at this house - last time 5 years ago, and it was absolute pleasure once again. Our host Keith was quick to respond to messages before the trip, on our arrival (we didn't have reason to text him during our stay even that he said to do it at any time if we need anything), and when we left. My first review was really long, I won't do that again :) - house description and pictures are accurate, easy check in/check out; many beautiful details in the house and near pool area; everything you might need in the kitchen (we used it daily); bedrooms nicely separated, our teen enjoyed having his own bedroom and bathroom; weather was not crazy hot so we also enjoyed using game room, and pool was clean and area around was clean as well. Clean property is a must for us, so honestly no need to use wipes and be afraid to touch anything - EVERYTHING was clean so you can start your vacation the same moment you enter the house :) There is much more to say and everything is positive. Thank you Keith and you have every reason to be proud of your house and how you manage it! :)

The location of the house was a bit far to our activities. The house was good in exception for the air conditioning traps they’re not really clean. The BBQ was clean and we were happy to get sugar, salt and other when we arrived.

Be Our Guest vacation home was everything I was looking for in a vacation home but within my budget! The home was clean and so inviting! My children LOVED the themed rooms. We had to drag them out of the pool daily to go do anything. They would have rather stayed in the pool or hung out in the game room. The home provided all of the essentials to start our vacation and we didn’t need to get our own supplies for the first few days which made the start of our vacation so easy. I can’t thank the host enough for providing their home for my family to enjoy our first extended family vacation.

With one "Frozen" and one "Star Wars" themed bedroom our 4 year old twin grandkids just loved the place. The 2 master suites made it perfect for our family. House was clean and comfy. The pool was a big hit - also with themed decorations and privacy. It made a perfect base for the theme parks - about 25 minutes to Disney. Publix grocery only about a mile away - very convenient! Keith was very responsive and easy to work with.

The home was very nice, and comfy. Definitely made us feel at home. It was enough space for me my hubby our two kids and my parents. It's not a bad drive to the Disney theme parks either. We loved the house and our kids enjoyed the Disney theme as well along with the pool and the games. The host was very professional and nice and easy to be in contact with. Will consider staying here in the future.

Location is fairly close to all many things. Owner was responsive to any questions during and before and graciously accepted my package and had it waiting for me inside. We will definitel y return. Clean and decorative. The only suggestion I would have is to make the bed in the master bedroom a king bed

We loved all the Disney decor and my girls especially loved the Frozen room! Video games and a game room were just the start of entertainment for this house, but the biggest hit was the pool! The host was awesome and very accommodating to my specific needs!

Our stay was very nice. Host was responsive and accommodating to changing our reservation last minute (due to the hurricanes in October). Minor issues encountered during the stay, host was again very responsive.

This house is very cozy, the impressions are very positive. The children are already asking when we will go again)) There are many shops nearby. Easy road to Disney. The host was very welcoming and supportive. All was clean and ready to stay. Will be back!

The house is fantastic. I love how the property owners think about all the little things you need for traveling, especially when flying, and keep the theme of a disney vacation in that thought process. For example - they had snack cups, poncho's, umbrellas for the park days and beach items for the days you dont go to the parks. They also provide items needed like condiments, papertowels, laundry detergent, etc. You dont normally have those items at vacation homes and when you travel with a family and fly, it's nice to have access to those items without needing to go to the store right away. Our kids loved the disney themed rooms and having a pool to swim in on non-park days, as well as the fun games and game room. There were only two downsides to the property, which relate on location. Traffic is TERRIBLE getting to/from the parks and they are doing a lot of building up in the area so it's likely to get worse. The other downfall is the neighborhood road is very narrow and really hard to navigate, especially with larger SUVs.
