Beautiful view of a pond with a fountain from my window . There was a nice outdoor sitting area out there as well. The pool, and surrounding area was about half the size I had expected. It didn’t feel family friendly.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was good as well. Staff were nice. Very close to shopping, food and Adventureland! Only complaint is that the hot tub was actually disgusting! The pool was ice cold so many people went to the hot tub. When the jets were turned on…. I hopped out of there so quick. The bubbles were oily and BROWN!! The water prior to the jets turned on was murky and cloudy. I would stay here again and just avoid the whole pool area.

This hotel has become our go to place to stay in the area. Very clean, spacious and quiet, comfortable rooms. Nice bedding. Floors are clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Free self parking. Friendly staff. Breakfast was simple but good. Options to grab and go, or to plenty of seating to sit and enjoy. Hot breakfast was scrambled eggs, cheese eggs, sausage. There was also yougert, cereals, toast and other items. The workout room looked nice. Talked to some kids who had used the pool. They said it was nice but lots of chlorine. This hotel is very close to outlet shopping and Bass Pro.

We stayed there with our 10U baseball team for State and it could not have been more perfect. They got to swim, fish, walk to Bass Pro, hang out, and enjoy their down time all at one place! I enjoyed the work out room, the mall, and close restaurants! We will definitely be staying here again!!!

Hotel check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. I love how the hotel extras like shampoo and conditioner are larger and wall mounted for those who have super long hair. We all enjoyed breakfast with all the great variety. Hot tub jets were not working (hot still) but told us if needed we could use the hotel next doors (Hyatt). Pool hours were great! I love the check in and out times. Great hotel within walking distance to restaurants and shopping!

Area was nice and in walking distance to many shops and a couple of restaurants. The breakfast was excellent and had many hot teas to choose from. However, the queen beds were too hard, and A/C was very hot even at 60 degrees. There was no microwave in the room, so we had to go use the lobby microwave The mini fridge froze our drinks over night. The pool was small and only 4 feet deep, which works for cooling off and small toddlers. There was a nice hot tub also.

Loved the smell of the lobby - super clean hotel. Gym was fantastic too - with a VIEW. Michelle at the front desk was exceptional. She welcomed us and was so friendly, kind and caring. Made us feel right at home. Please recognize her! She was working upon our check in Saturday. Thank you.

Very clean and in a newly built building. Staff were welcoming. I appreciate being able to get one room for my family of 5 at an affordable price with a good hot breakfast included. My teenager slept on the pull out couch. The mattress looked thin but she had no complaints. Hot cocoa, tea, and coffee were always available in the lobby. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus. Near the highway but we didn’t notice noise from that, the hall, or neighboring rooms at all during our stay.

Location was great, shopping outlet across parking lot, Bass Pro Shop really close. Staff was NOT friendly upon check-in. I tried to use a Visa GC that we received for holidays, and they couldn't figure out how to do it, lack of knowledge, and couldn't explain why. Our room didnt seem cleaned well, bathroom floor had hair on it, bedding had some stains. We also had a tremendous issue with noise, kids running up and down halls, and peolpe coming through around 3am really loud(which I realize isn't the hotel staffs fault, but they could have said something to them coming through the lobby) all in all fairly disappointing this stay, I would have overlooked it more, if the staff had been professional and friendly.

Very nice hotel, fairly new from my estimate. I booked a lake view room, but when I got to my room it was not a lake view. When I told the front desk, she upgraded me to a suite with a lake view at no extra charge. Super helpful and friendly staff. Totally clean room.

The hotel was nice amd for the most part very clean. There was a water spot on the ceiling and some yellow stains on the bathroom wall. The bed was super hard, though, so my husband and I did nkt sleep the best. The kids said they woke up several times as well because the bed wasnt very comfortable. The staff was friendly and check-in was easy.

I was in town for the NCAA Tournament. It only took me about 10-15 minutes to get to the area. The breakfast was the same every day. Scrabble eggs, cheese omelette, sausage. How can you give the same breakfast from Thursday-Sunday? One of the worst breakfast that I had. The hot tub didn't work. It only had one jet that was working. I asked for maid service two times on my visit. They only came once. All they did was to give me clean towels and empty my trash in the bathroom. They never made my bed or change the sheets. They never cleaned anything in the main room. The location of the hotel is conventiely off the interstate, right by the outlet mall. There are two restaurants within walking distance to eat.

The staff is wonderful. We had car trouble and got stuck while waiting for it to be repaired. Dan, who was managing the front desk, was extremely considerate and helped me and my family feel welcomed until we got back on the road. He and the rest of the staff were very kind and accommodating. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, modern, nice and well kept.

Our check in went great but when we arrived at our room the door was propped open by the deadbolt. The man at the counter came down and fixed it immediately. Then, when we complained that the dog next door was continuously barking, he gave us a different room. Bed was very comfortable and the rest of our stay was great. We will definitely stay there again.

Room was excellent for working. Not the most comfortable for leisure. No room for an extra chair in the room and (i can't believe I'm going to say this) but the pillows were too soft to prop yourself up in the bed. Did like the access to filtered water in the fitness area. Housekeeping was FANTASTIC!

We ended up in a Multi-bed Suite because a lot were sold out. The kids (and parents) loved all of the room!! Very clean, easy check in process, and easy to get to! Our room looked over the pond so that was a plus for the kiddos to see all of the geese!

Our check in went great but when we arrived at our room the door was propped open by the deadbolt. The man at the counter came down and fixed it immediately. Then, when we complained that the dog next door was continuously barking, he gave us a different room. Bed was very comfortable and the rest of our stay was great. We will definitely stay there again.

I have never been treated so rudely by a front desk staff person. The worker didn’t look up from the computer and paper he was looking at nor did he greet me or say “just one moment”. After standing right in front of him for a minute or two I walked out and contemplated going to another hotel. I walked back in and he slowly stapled papers for another 30 seconds before saying “checking in?” He still didn’t greet me and never said thank you or anything. He was so rude and unfriendly. Not typical for hotel staff.

Lisa assisted us when checking in. She went above and beyond combining our reservations (we had made 2 separate ones) and without asking, she made sure our room was near another family member also staying there. Very helpful on another occasion as well. Very friendly staff. We will stay again!

The staff is wonderful. We had car trouble and got stuck while waiting for it to be repaired. Dan, who was managing the front desk, was extremely considerate and helped me and my family feel welcomed until we got back on the road. He and the rest of the staff were very kind and accommodating. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, modern, nice and well kept.

Loved the smell of the lobby - super clean hotel. Gym was fantastic too - with a VIEW. Michelle at the front desk was exceptional. She welcomed us and was so friendly, kind and caring. Made us feel right at home. Please recognize her! She was working upon our check in Saturday. Thank you.

The pool was ice cold so many people went to the hot tub. When the jets were turned on…. I hopped out of there so quick. The bubbles were oily and BROWN!! The water prior to the jets turned on was murky and cloudy. I would stay here again and just avoid the whole pool area.

Area was nice and in walking distance to many shops and a couple of restaurants. The breakfast was excellent and had many hot teas to choose from. However, the queen beds were too hard, and A/C was very hot even at 60 degrees. There was no microwave in the room, so we had to go use the lobby microwave The mini fridge froze our drinks over night. The pool was small and only 4 feet deep, which works for cooling off and small toddlers. There was a nice hot tub also.

The property is new and clean. It's located right by the interstate and a couple nice restaurants. Other dining options are close, but you'll need to drive. There was an awful livestock/manure smell that permeated but it's not something they could control. We stayed once during the summer and the smell was not there at that visit. It was noticeable and strong but was fine by the next afternoon. My only real issue is the front desk calling about 45 minutes before checkout to see when we're leaving. That seemed odd and like we were prompted to move along. She was friendly about it, but it seemed awkward and made us feel pressured.

This hotel has become our go to place to stay in the area. Very clean, spacious and quiet, comfortable rooms. Nice bedding. Floors are clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Free self parking. I was in town for the NCAA Tournament. It only took me about 10-15 minutes to get to the area. The breakfast was the same every day. Scrabble eggs, cheese omelette, sausage. How can you give the same breakfast from Thursday-Sunday? One of the worst breakfast that I had. The hot tub didn't work. It only had one jet that was working. I asked for maid service two times on my visit. They only came once. All they did was to give me clean towels and empty my trash in the bathroom. They never made my bed or change the sheets. They never cleaned anything in the main room. The location of the hotel is conventiely off the interstate, right by the outlet mall. There are two restaurants within walking distance to eat.
