Elevator was broken and the pool was closed.

Ok place to stay. Clean and comfortable however traveling with kids and the pool out of service the entire time was a bummer. Elevator was sooo slow and only 1 worked the entire time. On the weekend the breakfast was not restocked based on number of guests. Completely empty at times of hot items and no dishes for cold items.

We did not like that the pool was not open for our two night stay. Fire alarm went off at 5am Monday morning. Breakfast was cold and underwhelming.

Nice camp fire in front of hotel.

Pool was filthy, couldn't even let my grandson swim. The went out to enjoy the fire out it didn't work. The two amenities that I looked forward to. When I asked about the fire pit I was told well I turned it on. Them asked when last time pool was cleaned and was told I don't k ow, not my job! The rooms were very clean and the kitchen staff serving breakfast were top notch, very friendly.

The staff was pleasant but hard to find, the pool was closed, the carpet in my room was stained. It wasn’t the worst room I’ve stayed in but based on reviews I read prior to booking it didn’t meet expectation. I wouldn’t recommend it or stay there again.

We loved this hotel. The room was very spacious and very clean. The water pressure and water temperature are a huge thing for me and this Home2 had awesome water pressure and plenty of hot water! The bed was super comfortable. My husband commented several times about how great the bed was, and he isn’t easy to please. We didn’t hear any noise from guests or traffic and slept great both nights. Parking was easy and the lot well lit. We are so happy to have found this hotel because we will be making numerous trips to the area and will be booking at this Home2 every time.

The pool was out of service for our entire stay, otherwise we were satisfied with our stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean enough for my wife’s standards. A lot of good food options around the area. It came in handy having a kitchen with a big refrigerator for our leftovers.

Comfy bed, large clean room. Pool is decent. Average breakfast. Only one of the elevators was working, and i felt they were understaffed. However, we enjoyed the location and would stay again.

We really like Home 2 hotels. They are roomy and affordable. This particular hotel however wasn’t as clean as we would like. The fridge although appearing clean, smelled like rotten meat and there was stains on the carpet. The extra bedding in the room was also iffy. The staff was great and the location was convenient(right off the highway, plenty of food/drink options and shopping nearby). Overall, a decent stay but housekeeping could have been better.

Didn't cook but the room could have been more cleaner we only had 2 sets of towels and I needed more so we could shower the next morning. And it was hair in the shower on the shower floor

Clean room, friendly staff

The property itself was very nice. Ample parking and a safe environment. The breakfast was amazing!!! A lot of choices. Coffee available 24hrs! The room was large and accommodated 4 adults comfortably. The bathroom however was not very clean and we needed to ask for additional towels and other amenities for the bathroom (kleenex, toilet tissue). We were taken care of very quickly and we appreciated that.

Staff was wonderful but the hotel could use some cleaning. Wasn’t terrible but the hallways had garbage in most and our countertops and tables haven’t been wiped down in awhile our towel was black as well as the light switches. I would stay again but hoping next time cleaner!

Courteous staff, clean room

Air conditioner in room leaked water. Carpet was saturated. When I questioned this at desk he said all rooms are like this. They were beginning to fix this problem with doing a group of rooms at the time. We needed to shorten our stay by one night. No assistance how to get a refund even though we bought travel insurance

It was 6 degrees out when we arrived, got in the room and when I got close to the heater that goes through the room there was a TREMENDOUS amount of 6 degree air coming in!! I put a of towels around it to stop the breeze. That works for about 50% of it. Went down to the front desk and let the gentleman know there was a breeze coming through .that I had put a bunch of towels around it. He noted it in his pad. Took our room number and said he would have maintenance go up and look at it tomorrow He did not offer to move us. He did not offer to discount our stay. He did not offer anything other than to say really. I will have my guys look at it. They also had the microwave that was permanently attached taped off and said it didn't worked and had a countertop on on there. Not very professional So it was an average day at best. Definitely not worth the money. Definitely would not recommend

Room layout was very efficient and the fully functional kitchenette was welcoming. Best blackout shade EVER - darkened room for an afternoon nap!

The pull out bed from sofa was hard. Very springy. Only a sheet and a very thin cover. Was cold all night

Great location, within walking distance to a nice trail, shopping, and restaurants. It was very easy for us to walk our dog and one day we walked to downtown Menomonee Falls which was a cute area. The hotel's complimentary breakfast was great with a variety of food options. Our only complaint was that our room could have used a little upgrading/TLC. The bedroom blind was broken and maintenance had left a sticky note stating a part was being ordered (but unclear how long that note had been there). Also, the bedroom A/C unit was very unpredictable and would randomly turn off. Other than that, our suite was very spacious with plenty of room and the hallways were quiet.

Second time staying here for a conference. I really enjoy this hotel. Very quiet and relaxing. Staff is very accommodating.

Have stayed here multiple times without problems. Our shower had a problem with the handle that made it very difficult to turn on and off. We told the front desk several times without any repair. We ended up showering at a different place the last day we were there.

We were not given the room we reserved. We reserved 2 rooms with a king size bed and when we got to the room it was 2 room with two queen beds in each room, When we went to the front desk and asked for the rooms we reserved she said there was none available. I asked the front desk why aren’t we getting what I reserved and she said because we booked our room through Expedia. We should be refunded or compensated for not getting what I paid for.

Very clean, well kept room. Breakfast had typical continental breakfast options that were fresh each day. Room was spacious, TV worked and came with all the ideal paid service channels (HBO etc.). Refrigerator and freezer were spacious and properly chilled. Bed and pillows were comfortable; no pillow pitting, sheets were warm and bed was in the middle of hard and soft extremes. I did not use the WIFI (had a strong 5G mobile connection and a hotspot) and thus cannot speak to that. My only negative comment is regarding booking and door key functionality. When I first arrived, neither key worked to open the door. The front desk suggested the lock light behavior indicated a low battery, so she assigned me to a new room. This action seemed to have caused unexpected problems. When I got to my room the next night, all my stuff was gone. Front desk was called who informed me that housekeeping had no check-out date assigned to my room and thus assumed it was vacant and subsequently brought all my stuff to the front desk without attempting to contact me. Hours after reclaiming my possessions, a random person beeped and walked into my room unannounced... he had just arrived and had been assigned my room, as if the front was unaware I was in there. Thank God I was dressed, I recall thinking. I walked down to the front desk to ask how it happened, learned nothing, returned to find my own key had since stopped working, and had to get a new one.

Breakfast lady was very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Met Kevin who was very thoughtful, helpful, a good "ambassador" for the hotel. Will stay here again when next in the area!

We did have trouble at first. Had to wait for someone to check us in. The system was down so the front desk person had to request us to come down back to front desk to complete check in. But personnel was pleasant

In room heaters/ac whistled almost constantly. Construction across the street.

Convenient location, quiet stay. Generally a nice place. Could not enter or exit without walking through a cloud of dope smoke.

There was an odd odor in the room and we were not sure what it was. Maybe cleaning because this is a pet friendly hotel? it didn't offend us horribly; just different. Staff was amazing. Breakfast (free) was amazing. Really a nice hotel. An easy walk to the downtown area for a quick bite at a local pub was fun!

Toilet paper was very low and no extra rolls. Had to ask for them. Breakfast foods not appealing.

Booked one of the studio suites and loved how spacious the room was, and appreciated the kitchenette as I was traveling with family (including a newborn). Hotel was clean and located in a nice area, with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast options were great - just wished the hot options were labeled better because I accidentally grabbed what I thought to be just an egg and veggie omelette, actually had ham in it (can't have pork). Staff was nice and helped point out the non pork options (chicken and turkey sausage options were available).

I was very happy with the size of the suite and the comfort of the bed. Bathroom also has a lot of space and the shower has a great pressure. Breakfast was ok. Everyday the same. We stayed 7 days and i think the only changes were: bacon to sausages or canadian bacon. Coffee it is not really good. The front desk people were very good and helpful. The cleaning was awful. We arrived a Tuesday and asked for not cleaning the next day because we had a mess. The following day was not cleaned. Neither the following one so we call service and they send someone to clean: meaning make the bed and put new towels. Then we had another "cleaning" day abd that was all for 7 days!. Location is great. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. I am sorry but the attitude of the cleaning people gathering in the halways in groups of 5 or 6 people talking loudly and not cleaning our room caused this review
