The staff was great and helpful. The breakfast was good for a complimentary breakfast, which started at 6 AM. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Hotel was easy to get to and close to good restaurants. My only issue was/is the bathroom doors. They use barn style doors for the bathrooms, which leave a gap on each side of the door and offer little privacy. Bad design. We're going to be back in a few weeks for another volleyball tournament, and we'd like to stay here again, but we'll be staying somewhere else.

The pool is heated which was amazing!! Although, it looked a little green but my kids didn’t mind. The only major downfall was the breakfast. The juice machine was broken and the juice they sat out had gone bad or something. It was disgusting to say the least. Your options were really only cereal, yogurt, or a waffle. The yogurt and milk aren’t in a fridge, they’re just in a bucket with ice. Some of the wallpaper in our bathroom/room was coming off the wall from what looked like water damage??? Even up to about a foot high. Again, these are just little things. We only stayed one night and the heated pool was the highlight since it was 12 degrees and my kids couldn’t wait to have some fun in the water!

Close to muilt- fast food restaurants, clean, needs a little maintenance but over all good. The parking a little tight due to desel trucks having to park on street and only 30 to 40 spaces.

Very disappointed in how run down this Hampton has become recently. The pool was green the entire week of my stay even after I complained. The bedroom was fine but the workout room had limited equipment that worked. The parking lot flooded after moderate rain. All in all not a great experience.

The first room we got was not clean. The sheets had not been changed and the walls were dirty throughout the room. The lady on the night shift informed us that because of booking through Expedia that she would not be able to refund us but was able to switch us to another room. We received the new room that was a lot better but at least the sheets looked clean. I'm not sure I would stay here again but appreciated the front desk lady.

Staff was friendly. Check in was easy. Room was nice and relatively clean for a hotel but the sofa needs a good shampoo. My only real complaint is that the mini fridge didn’t work AT ALL. We had to throw away the food we put in it. The girl at the front desk just said “sorry. Thanks for letting us know.” The fridge and microwave were the reason we chose this hotel over others.

We splurged for the suite in Moore, OK. The room was great. Spacious, clean, stocked and comfortable. However, we bought food food the last leg of our trip and places it in the fridge and turned the temp up from the lowest setting.The next morning when packing up to leave, the fridge wasn't cold and apparently was broken, not just turned down too low when I stocked it. All of our food was ruined and a loss of $$$. Upon checking out the desk said they would inform maintenance. That's it. No apology for the loss of money and seemed to be completely uninterested.

We stayed 2 nights. There was 4 adults. We was in town for my granddaughter s graduation The room was clean the front desk personal was freindly and professional. The only thing was the room was extremely small and the door for bathroom was a sliding door that doubled as closet door. So if the door was slid over to close off bathriom the closet was exposed. But over all i would recommend this hotel.

Ordered a double Queen room but bed sizes were definitely a Full. We measured them. Dog friendly and excellent breakfast so not a bad stay. Just difficult to sleep in if you have more than one person to a bed.

I have stayed at other Hampton Inns for business and have never had the front desk deny me water when asked for it. I was told they only give water at check in but I wasn't even offered it then. The breakfast was down to one hot item available and i was not even really hot. Our room had cracks in the ceiling and wall paper was coming loose at the corners by the bed. the pillows were totally flat.

From our first step in, the lobby is warm and welcoming. They have nice and tasteful Valentine’s decorations with pretty lights. The hotelier was friendly and welcoming. The room was perfectly clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. It’s nice to know we can rely on a great experience at a Hampton hotel. Thanks!

When we tried to check in we realized my husband had booked the wrong date. Carolyn at the front desk was amazing and helped us get it all worked out. She talked on the phone with a hotels.com rep and had them change our booking date. She put us in a very nice room and was so patient and friendly and even apologized for the hassle. It was our fault! The room was very clean. Breakfast was a buffet basically. With biscuits and sausage gravy, eggs, sausage patties, country potatoes, oatmeal (already made-not packets) and toppings, toast, yogurt cups, bananas, apples… and I’m sure more that I didn’t see. Well worth the money and hassle. I will stay here again and definitely recommend.

The tv would not work properly. Could only watch 1 station and the volume did not work. There was ZERO hot water! It literally took 10 minutes for warm water. Morning receptionist was not helpful i asked for a printed receipt an she told me i couldn't get one an had to go to expeda to getone. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

The rooms were very clean, the rooms were large, with two queen beds, and there were enough towels in the bathroom. Though they don't clean the room every day but upon asking, they did clean the room. The room has a big tv, microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast was great as well. Would stay again.
