Our stay was comfortable, quiet and relaxing. The complimentary breakfast was less to be desired, pancake machine wasn’t working and some food choices were empty but again, it was complimentary so what else can you expect. Staff was friendly and accommodating! Pool :( pool was not my favorite, that’s one of the big reasons I booked here. There’s scratched in writing on the tiles between the ledge and the water line on the lime or water stains ? which had me pretty grossed out. Not the worst place to stay but for the price I kind of expected more :( Again staff was lovely! But overall feel like I should’ve stayed at a motel instead.

We were running out of TP and asked to have some brought up and was told no. They couldn't send anyone we would have to come down, we were in our pajamas and ready for bed. 2nd the elevators broke down. Not good.

Everything around the property and inside looked well kept and updated, looks like a newer property, very clean rooms and everything functioning, ice machines were worked great and new, fitness room is nice and open and a small variety of stations and equipment, we didn’t use pool but looked nice when took a peek, excellent hot and cold breakfast options, staff kept up with cleanliness and stocking food, easy check in and checkout, very comfortable beds and pillows, quite rooms even though next to truck stop gas station and interstate, could be noisy ceiling from upper floor if there’s bouncy kiddos around, fantastic location to wine country options in Prosser, would visit this on a future stop!

Our carpet in room 226 was dirty. The toilet set comes up when you sit on it and the shower curtain inside had stains on it. I would also like a receipt for my stay.

Room was comfortable and a good size. Bed was very comfortable as well. The breakfast was very good with a great selection. Now for what needs some attention: Too few towels, the shower needed descaling/deliming of the threshold, while the shower floor needs a deep clean. Also, the HVAC fan is too loud.

Nice Hotel with a very friendly staff. Have a pretty good free breakfast too. The room was a little small, had two queen beds and a pull out couch, but the beds take up most of the room. So not much room for chairs or a table. There were 5 adults and 2 babies however. So the room was plenty adequate for us.

I've spent a lot more money for a much less pleasant room. It wasn't in an exciting spot (some edge-of-town truckstop vibes outside), but it was a nice room (good desk, chaise, comfortable bed linens) with a good breakfast and all for a good price.

Hotel is new, very clean, in the center of town. Convenient area to stay. However, I gave it a low rating due to the staff. During our stay on 03/07-03/08, we spoke to the front desk person at check-in and advised that we will be returning very late from out of town and asked if we could get a late check-out. She was nice and polite and said, check out is at 11 am, but that she would have our check out time at 11:30. She also said that she would leave a note for the morning shift letting them know that we will be calling in the morning to see if we can get a later check out. We got back to the hotel around 5am, we called the front desk to ask if we could do a later check-out (mind you, the hotel was not full) we spoke to Gracie from the front desk, and she was very rude. Her tone of voice was condescending. She said, "check-out is at 11 am and you cannot stay any longer". When we told her that the person that checked us in the night before said we could check-out at 11:30 she answered back with "AGAIN, you need to be out by 11:00". She was very short, she didn't give us a reason,

I've never seen a hotel so hard to get to. The signage is poor, it's behind a big truck stop, and it's hard to know how to get into. Once there, it's fine, but they should consider better street signage for first-timers like me.

The Holiday Inn in Prosser is a very nice facility. It looks new and clean. The breakfast is complimentary and the food is good. The room we stayed was spacious. The location is just out of the highway and to get to the entrance you need to drive through the Loves gas station.

Though I wasn’t initially investing any real thought into the “continental breakfast” option being offered by the hotel, it really turned out to be quite the big hit not only with the kids, but with me as well. The staff in all areas of the facility performed beautifully from making us feel welcomed, to tirelessly keeping the breakfast area fully stocked throughout the morning. I very much also appreciated the spacious fitness room which had a plethora of options for me to get a quick workout before we left. TY!
