Excellent place - only complaint would be no food/beverage on site but there is plenty in the area only 2 minute walk away. Check in was easy. Staff/support is very accommodating. Has nice gym, laundry, and terrace! I had a cool balcony view from my room. The surrounding area is amazing. Get some GOOD coffee and desayuno at La Ventanita!

Loved this hotel. Lobby was bright and inviting with families sitting in the lobby area visiting. Reception was very pleasant. Pool stayed open until 11 which we were excited for. Two popular restaurants were within 50 yards of the hotel. Shopping mall across the street and theater. Room was spacious and clean. Had everything we needed and the breakfast that was included was surprisingly good! Highly recommend!!

Very nice new hotel. One of the better breakfasts I have been to in a while. Very friendly staff. Nice large gym with all needs for a great workout. Would return again!

There is a huge disconnect between Expedia and the property rules. Expedia clearly mentions that they will have DAILY HOUSEKEEPING, however, when I asked they clearly said our policy does not have daily housekeeping. I booked this hotel explicitly because it highlighted the housekeeping else would have booked some other cheaper options. Secondly, the room had multiple issues - Toilet was cracked, bathroom floor tile was cracked, both tables in the room had surface chips and I had to take photos and show it to front desk to avoid incidental charges on my account. Also, I requested front desk to get the room cleaned, they promised that they will do it because Expedia and their rules doesn't match, but they didn't do it and the lady was not there in front desk the next day. It was a disaster experience with Springhill suits at South Jorden Utah and also with Expedia to misguide with the property highlights.

Lovely staff and great location, however the room was lackluster. I found food crumbs on the floor next to the bed, there was hair in the bathroom, and to top it off there was a used band-aid couch; all from the last visitor. Other than the cleaning and loud ac/heater it was a lovely place to stay.

We had issues with our room. The sink would not drain properly. The water would not get hot. The TV remote did not work. After the first night, the staff fixed the water temp and the drain issue. The TV remote never worked. We were never able to watch tv the entire trip.

Stayed five nights. After checking into our room with exceptionally nice front desk people I discovered that there was no wi-fi. Well, OK, I decided to just watch Netflix using the app on the TV, worked great. The next night I found that I couldn't even do that since the whole internet was down, for the remainder of our stay! The breakfast was OK but nothing special, eggs with sausage or bacon but never included potatoes or hash browns each day. Of course, there were waffles, bagels, English muffins and sometimes a small pastry. What was served was good, no complaints with the quality of the food that was served. Cleanliness was very good and the quality of the building and grounds were very good as well as the swimming pool and hot tub.

Dear Sir or Madam: When the housekeeping staff came to my door mid-morning after the second night's stay, I asked them to return later, around 12:30 or 1:00 p.m. or after I departed for the day. Upon my return late afternoon, my room had not been properly tended to. It looked like the only service the housekeeping staff performed was replacing toilet paper. I had to call down to the front desk to request new towels. Later, I discovered that the Kleenex box, which I emptied, had not been replaced. I felt like the Housekeeping service was substandard. The staff should have made my bed, vacuumed the floor, and put away the ironing board, which I was unable to fold up and put back into the closet. I was not pleased with my stay at the Spring Hill Marriott Suites in South Jordan, Utah. The next time I am in Utah, I will have no choice but to seek other accommodations. Reed H. Barker

It was an extremely nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay but we couldn’t help but notice our room was or seemed to be speed cleaned and not cleaned properly. Some of the surfaces were sticky and there were random long strands of blonde hair throughout the room and bathroom especially. It couldn’t have possibly been my hair or my other guest because we are both black women with curly hair. Granted we did come earlier than our check in time and they did accommodate us with giving us a room a bit earlier but we had no problem and would’ve waited longer for a room to ensure it was cleaned properly. Other than that it was a marvelous hotel and I would stay again.

He chatted with me for awhile and made me feel comfortable. Breakfast was a good way to start my day. The rooms are big and I could spread out. I walked everywhere and there are plenty of sidewalks and cross walks.

The property is nice overall. Rooms should be cleaned better between guests. First room assigned had huge crack in window and dried white splatter on headboard. Breakfast advertised on website as starting at 6 but didn’t start until 6:30 and even then, wasn’t completely set up until 6:50 on the day we needed to leave early. Almost every day we were there ( a week) hotel staff were eating in guest breakfast area- even right at food station. Highly unusual IMO. Didn’t regularly replenish food either- had to ask. Rooms were good size, comfortable and well decorated. Noise from nearby freeway in early morning hours but otherwise very quiet. It’s a really nice property- just needs management attention to details as mentioned above

Place was great! Room was nice and plenty of room to stretch out in for a a king bed so I would think the double rooms would be spacious, too. It’s close to everything, except for the construction (not hotels fault, its like state road construction) place is uber convenient and so quiet! At least I didn't hear anyone and the breakfast wasnt bad either. Would rent again.

Well the people were great, but there were two things I really didn’t like. It is memorial weekend and there is NO internet for our entire stay. Second, they short sheet the beds, well not really the sheets, but the blanket is cut off by your chest and you can’t pull it up over your shoulder. Also the tv is in the middle of the desk, so everywhere in the room you can only see it from the side. NOT well positioned at all and because there was no interenet…there was no internet channels. Breakfast was great, people great… facilities ugh.

The only complaint i have is, and why i gave it 4 stars, THE BEDS WERE HORRIBLE TO SLEEP ON. ROCK HARD. I actually got elbow burns from the bed from tossing and turning with my elbows!. Not a comfortable sleep. Which blows my mind because everything else was perfect. ..put some money into comfortable beds its 2023! wth!

This was my second stay here. This is now my go-to place to stay when visiting family in Herriman. Staff was super friendly and helpful both times (they actually remembered me and my daughters from when we first stayed here 4 months ago!). Rooms are spacious and clean.

I arrived and there was no one at the front desk, there was three of us waiting and continually ringing the bell trying to get someone to show up. It was a half hour before anyone had. I have stayed here numerous times and have never had this experience. I understand life happens but wondering what exactly happened that we had to wait a bit to check in.

overall, our stay was not so bad. We were there with many other families for a soccer tournament. Due to the soccer game schedule, we needed a late check out of 1:00 PM yesterday. The manager provided that for many of the other family in our group. But she refused to accommodate that for us!! They shouldn't do it for anyone or provide that for all!!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The free 5 mile radius shuttle was a life saver! Enjoyed the pool/hot tub. My only disappointment was the breakfast was overcooked the 6/7 days we stayed there.
