Hilton Garden Inn Roslyn

Quiet and well-maintained property. Despite my post-midnight arrival, I was greeted warmly and checked in quickly. Comfortable bed. I did not have breakfast there - there is a substantial charge for the buffet plus extra for to order items. Looked nice.

Clean, and very convenient

The room I checked into had a broken temperature control system, so I woke up early feeling uncomfortable. I asked if I could switch rooms in the afternoon since I had an important meeting and wasn’t feeling well, but the staff refused and asked me to move immediately instead. After moving to another room, I found that the hot water in the bathroom sink wasn’t working. I called the front desk and was told it would be fixed while I was out for my meeting. However, when I returned, nothing had been fixed. Overall, the hotel itself is quite nice, and the breakfast buffet was very good—the scrambled eggs were especially impressive. Unfortunately, the room issues and lack of helpfulness from the staff significantly impacted my experience. Thank you.
