The fire alarm would go off at least three times during the night and interrupt my sleep throughout my stay. Staff said they were working on it but after 3 days still not fixed. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

The property doesn't have a designated area with grass to walk your fur baby, but the parking lot is a nice size to walk. The property is clean. My only concern is that sometimes people park in guess parking and go to McDonald's and guest will invite others over and take parking from paying guest. There's security at night, which makes me feel a bit safer. It appears that the fourth floor is often rented to families with children. So if you are on the third floor on you may consider requesting not to be in the middle units on the third floor. The stomping, and running can be quiet disturbing. I had to request to be moved to the fourth floor. Security had to go to the unit multiple times to address the issue. I have experienced this issue several times. Staff is very attentive and the rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is ok, average hotel food, but is great the offer Breakfast.

The elevators' permits expired in March. There were bothersome transients on the property both morning and after work. The room was always clean, but the hallways and common areas left one wondering. Breakfast selection was inconvenient and the quality of each varied widely day to day.

The hotel was clean and spacious. The rooms are not sound proof. Very noisy. I didn’t feel safe when I parked my car. It was not well lit and found other people sleeping in their cars.

This has been my go-to place since 2024, when I visited the Azuza area. The staff is always pleasant, rooms are a nice size, and it's usually quiet. The lobby is always clean, and the hotel provides breakfast. The breakfast is standard, but it's available. Parking can be challenging in front of the hotel. There's overflow parking in the back. The good thing is you can use your key to get in the back entrance to the hotel, and they have security. Overall, I give the hotel an 8.5 rating and would recommend it to family and friends. Oh, they are dog-friendly.

There had been a water main break and much of the hotel was being repaired. Area around hotel under construction which made access to and from hard. Sidewalks closed for construction prevented me from walking to nearby restaurants.

Very disappointed! The chair had a cigarette burn in it and the outlet in the bathroom would not work so I had to use in a different room with no mirror accessible for using my curling iron on my hair…was told they will check it in the next day which I was leaving…. I had a two day stay and they would not compensate me or anything! Again very disappointed especially for the price! I also had to wait to be let in as Gabriel looked at me and just continued to do computer work!

✋🛑I DO NOT RECOMMEND✋🛑Had such a bad experience staying here. I travel a lot for business and I mostly always stay in home 2 suites because I've had such great experience in the past I've stayed in the corona location, Vegas location, and I've always had great experience with our stay, but not this time. This location we walked in and there was a gummy bear on the floor, the couch looked dirty so I had to put a towel in order to sit down one of the washcloths had black stains like it must of been mascara. The bed was spring coils so it was noisy every time we tossed;which I was very surprised about because the other locations we've stayed at the beds were so soft and comfortable. The staff in the morning was not very friendly. Our checkout wasn't until 12pm and even though we had a no disturb sign on our door there was a knock at our door at 9am to ask if we were almost out because they had to clean😒 overall I would not recommend to stay here it isn't worth it for the $200 that we had to pay to stay here. And if youre asking why we didnt switch rooms? We couldnt becasue we were told that it was sold out and every room was occupied. we will definetly not be staying in this location again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone either. Save your time and go elsewhere if you'd like to have a comfortable better experience.

I found roaches in my room. I asked for housekeeping twice and was never serviced. The ladies at reception were very nice though and accommodated my having to leave a day early. I wouldn't stay here again

Terrible soundproofing. The people below us lodged a complaint because we dared to walk around our room at 10pm! Also, there was no corkscrew in our suite and the front desk couldn’t provide us with one either. What kind of hotel doesn’t have at least one corkscrew available?

We have a great time, we take advantage of the pool, the sofa bed is not so comfortable but acceptable for kids. The only complaint i have was the TV, the signal was coming and leaving, the remote control was not working 😕

The room has everything you would need especially if it’s an extended stay. Full kitchen with dining plates, bowls, glassware, silverware, full size refrigerator, microwave, & dishwasher. They have the standards as well like ironing board, iron, & hairdryer. The room also has a rollout table for dining, a large TV. Lastly, the front desk was very helpful & accommodating to my request!

overall: Pretty Good- quite nice. friendly staff, clean rooms, nice amenities & breakfast! Facility felt safe & was quiet. Room for improvement. . . for the second time in a row the USB port(s) did not work - when asked, staff simply shrugged their shoulders, smiled & said 'sorry'. . .poor service there. Also. . .girls (& some boys) do not plan to thouroghly wash your haie at this facility cuz the shower is WEAK☹️

We had to switch rooms after the second night because the TV would stay on. When we switched to the second room the refrigerator was buzzing randomly very loudly. At one point none of the phones on the property worked. And there was some guy shooting up in the parking lot. There was a homeless element around the area.

I stayed at this hotel for the recent Breeder Cup races at Santa Anita. I was a single woman staying alone as the rest of my group opted to pay a lot more money to stay closer to the track. This hotel was only 15 minutes to the track. My room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The parking lot was well lit and I felt safe coming in after dark. Even though, it's right off the highway, it was quiet inside. Breakfast options were good as was the 24 hour coffee. My friends will stay here next time we're out to visit Santa Anita!!

Very good hotel. There is an In-n-out across the street and a McDonald’s next to it. You can only enter the hotel, unless you are guest and have access with your key. Be very aware if you surroundings. We saw a woman walking around the property with a stick in her hand, but she kept walking.

Nothing really special, Hilton suites are normally nice as expected. We were given the wrong room and breakfast was way below what I’ve experienced at any Hilton location, selection was limited to 2-3 types of muffins, bananas, school milk, sandwiches that seemed to be made the day prior, a omelet that didn’t look or taste right, some few other small things, and wheat waffles.

Staff at the hotel was superb. The breakfast was good, especially the spinach biscuits (my homie ate like 5). Also, there's a 24hr McDonalds literally 10 steps away from the hotel, and it's a 10/10 (they gave us extra food). So overall great experience, if your gonna book a hotel in the area, this is a solid choice no question asked.

This is such a comfortable and friendly complex. The staff were always smiling and so very helpful. And the breakfast was excellent—not the usual cold cereal, make your own waffles, and hard cheese omelettes. There were six different kinds of breakfast sandwiches, all served fresh and hot. And there was the lovely pool and fire pit!!

This is our go-to hotel when we visit our grandsons, and we love it. We've tried other hotels in the area, and this is our favorite. I am an early riser, and my husband is not. I can get up and walk across the parking lot to McDonalds or 2 blocks away to Starbucks for my espresso fix. Breakfast is good, with waffles, eggs, and all sorts of bread options.

We stayed a week and everything was great! Breakfast was wonderful, lots of choices, coffee, tea and hot chocolate was available 24 hours a day. Room was clean and spacious with a full refrigerator, dishes, dishwasher, microwave and an induction stove top and pots if needed. Front desk help was very, very nice and helpful. We will stay here again if in the area but will definitely choose Home2 Suites again wherever we travel.
