We checked in and the room we had booked wasn’t available, when we got to the room there were no light bulbs, curtains were 3 different colors. There was a strong chemical smell: we ended up leaving.

It was a very bad service, we reserved to do the check-in of the rooms at 12:30pm and when we arrived at 4:00pm they were not ready at all, when they finally finished getting them ready they smelled very bad, they were dirty and there was no water on the restrooms.

Unkept property, dirty room and bad odor of smoke and dirty smell in room. Large gaps around door when closed to allow bugs and cold air in. Would not stay here ever or recommend

This was the worst motel that we stayed at on our trip. We have stayed in 24 motels over the last 24 nights. It was filthy. The bath had no surface left on it and was that dirty I had to wear plastic bags on my feet. The entrance door was covered in so much grime as was the rest of the motel.

The hotel was disgusting. The room had bedbugs on the pillow. The floor was wet and the flooring was coming up towear tou could trip or slip on it. Terrible place!

Room smelled of bug spray. Very small room. Old. Wasn’t clean. Air conditioning in the wall so loud we had to turn it off to hear the tv Tears in the wall. Duct tape on the floor and walls and ceilings. Actually saw bugs. It’s 1 redeeming quality. It’s a easy walk to the racetrack

This property is very old and they are fixing it up! Still have a lot of work to do. Our beds were comfortable and clean but the bath was not.

So the staff was very kind, but overall this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Upon arriving I had to wait almost 15 minutes to check into my room, which was not that big of a deal. When the gentleman took me to the room, half of the carpet was soaking wet. The TV remote didn't work for the TV. The power kept shutting off every 30 minutes and I would have to go to the office and ask them to reset the breaker. The water continued to move across the floor throughout the night. But the staff is very friendly, honestly they should not have charged me for that room.

For the price was nice large clean room The staff & management where really Great and made sure had clean freshtowels in room! Its a older property and the owner's of it now are trying to fix it up if which i definitely noticed all the new furniture & light fixtures For the price its just as good as other ones costing 80 & up Room's around martinsvile...

We needed a hotel near the Martinsville Speedway. I should have known that there should have been a reason this one had vacancies. The man who checked us in was friendly but the condition of the establishment was terrible. There were spiders and bugs in the room. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. Just deplorable. We were scheduled to stay two nights but we left after one.
