Great value for the area. Some creamer was spoiled. Vending machine empty.

Booked, paid, confirmed. Code to unlock door. Easy peasy. Room was small but clean and comfortable

Not interested in paying $400/night at a ski lodge just to lay my head down and shower after skiing all day. Wished the ice maker was working, but other than that I was pleased.

Found Hotel and called the number and left voicemail to get room# and door code. Gal calls back with in 2 minutes. We liked the process as it was quick and easy.

Older motel but updated. Keyless entry with code was good. Very clean for being older.

Very nice Motel. Nice chairs & table outside our door. Room was equipped with frig, including 2 bottles of water, microwave, coffee maker, plastic tableware, popcorn, and nice toiletries. Bathroom was small, with shower. Very pleasant lady at checkin. Front desk had breakfast: coffee, juice, and pastries.

Rooms were well-kept and cozy. A couple chairs outside your room were great! We happen to stay here when there was night on the town! We walked - the bands, classic cars and the crowd were awesome! Definitely recommend!

What a hidden gem of a property! Very clean in the room and in the parking area. Nicely lit up so comfortable and safe parking. On check in, the lady was so kind and helpful with anything we needed! Bed was very comfortable, as was the couch. Close to downtown, so easy to get to places. I highly recommend staying here for a comfortable nights rest!

We only spent one night, but is was a pleasant and comfortable motel. A bit old in style but a bit modern in some ways like the coded entry to your room. Think Schitts Creek... a nice find.

The Boyne City Motel is an excellent choice for staying in town near all the shopping and dining Boyne has to offer. It is clean and quiet. The beds are very comfortable with immaculately white, comfy bedding and 4 pillows per bed. The in-room coffee maker, microwave, fridge, bottled water and caramel corn were appreciated. We didn't realize (but were delighted) that it includes a continental breakfast in the office starting at 8 a.m. with pastries, juices, coffee, quick oatmeal, yogurt, fruit and granola bars. Each room has 2 patio chairs and a table outside. The management is friendly and accommodating and this is an excellent value!

Clean, comfortable- perfect for a deer hunter!

This is a wonderful property! You can tell the staff work hard to make this cozy motel both CLEAN and affordable! It was the perfect place to stay for my ski trip to Boyne Mountain, and it's steps away from Boyne City's beautiful downtown.

The room was old, tired and dirty. Not worth the cost.

Staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. The room was tip top on cleanliness! The room is very small but had everything we needed. The complimentary Carmel popcorn was YUMM! The bathroom size is extremely small, my friend said he could use the toilet, wash his hands in the sink, and wash his feet in the shower all at once lol! We stayed on a holiday weekend so I wasnt thrilled about the price but it was better than the alternative of paying double somewhere else. Overall it is a very cute and convenient place to stay and we will be back again!

To explain my service rating: it was a phone check in. A pleasant person gave me the room code. The toilet had a “skid mark…”. Hmmm The carpet was older. The bed/mattress were impecable. I would stay there again

Clean room good customer service

This is such a nice little place. It's obviously older, but it is well kept and spotlessly clean! The staff was awesome and it's nice to be able to text right to someone for any needs or questions. This will be my secret little spot for Boyne getaways.

The Room was clean. I was happily surprised by the Popcorn, the water & the coffee maker. The shower was extremely small. My 6’2 Husband almost didn’t fit. That was the only drawback. It was a seamless check-in process as well. I would recommend for someone traveling as ourselves.

This is a great place to stay. I stayed here with my two kiddos this time. The Wi-Fi is fast, the location is super convenient, and the price is very reasonable. Anytime I’m in the area, this is where I stay.

Property should have been perfect to relax if they did not use a window room air conditioner. It creates constant noise or humming all night.

Very old motel with a tiny shower and no curtains to block it the light. The up side is the location to downtown.

When I was online booking the room there were 6 rooms available, 1 on the 2nd floor and 5 on the 1st floor. The room we received was a 1st floor on the end of the building closest to the street, there was a lot of early morning road noise (dump trucks, front end loaders and other construction vehicles) from "all" the city streets that seemed to be getting new water and sewer lines. We walked downtown for dinner only to find a majority of the street corners and sidewalks barricaded and had to walk in the street on a busy main thoroughfare. Back at the room the bathroom was lacking a valve knob to be able to divert the water from a shower to taking a bath. I'm shower the wife likes a bath! The toilet seat was a little too small, it should have a sign on it for 15 and under only, we're 65+. Later the neighbors upstairs and next door got home and the buzzing and rattling water lines were alive for almost 1.5 hours, causing us to turn up the volume on the TV to hear what we were watching. I'm still baffled how Hotels.com has a review Rating of 9.2 for BCM when I should have booked something in the 7+ area that would have included a pool and hot tub! The people were nice and the shorter drive to the Skybridge are my best takeaways from this experience.

The team is super responsive when you text them. They are flexible and they care about your stay! The manager Nicole was on top of it! She really cared about my stay, and made sure I felt safe, especially after traveling alone.

Toilet would barely flush a minimal amount of toilet paper. Called maintenance. Finally got a return call the next afternoon! Not good!

We were not told until we checked in that each night we stayed was more expensive then the night before. We stayed for four nights. Believe me, it wasn't worth the price we ended up paying. We will never stay there again.

Although the hotel is older, it’s very clean and comfortable. It’s only a short walk to excellent shopping and restaurants.

The property was clean and suited our needs for a bed and bathrooms for a weekend softball tournament that was a central location to our games. We were two blocks from one set of fields and two blocks from the waterfront park. The room was immaculate with some of the features a touch dated but very clean. This was a gem of a find for the price, the daily cleaning staff was courteous and cordial, and location near the downtown allowed us to be located in the middle of the action for the weekend. 👍

we were looking for something Clean, Comfortable, and Economical. This Motel hit all of our expectations. The location to the town is perfect. A few steps and we were walking Main street!

Check in was quick and efficient. There was information in the room for ships and restaurants around the area. The motel is in such a great walkable distance from down town.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this motel. I stay here when I go to Boyne Mountain resort. It the only place close to the resort. Everything was good with the room. Clean and comfortable etc. But the price for a room was ridiculous. No coffee in the room or front office.

Expensive for the room. Website stated free breakfast....prepackaged donuts and Nutri Grain bars does not a breakfast make!

The check in staff was friendly. The grounds were pleasant & room was clean. The room was a bit small, but doable for a night of sleep. More options for breakfast would be nice. The water & popcorn provided was a nice treat. The proximity to downtown was a plus (walkable). Overall, pleasant stay. We recommend the BCM, and would stay again.

We were there for a soccer tournament so we were not there but to sleep basically . Was clean and had a good breakfast for us to grab on are way out . Would have been nice if there breakfast opened before 8am we had to grab and go .

very convenient to go to boyne mountain for skiing, easy park, staff are friendly. The also provide breakfast (bread, bagel, milk, coffee.....).
