The pool was so chlorinated, it was not safe to let my kids swim in it. The water from the faucet you could smell from several feet away; Couldn't even brush my teeth with it. Staff are totally checked out. Breakfast is nice though.

Whirlpool not working, they should have contacted me before checking in as this is an important feture for me, if I had known before checking in I would have made other arrangments. This was the cleanest place I have ever stayed

The hotel is clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. It is easy to access from the freeway. The hot tub was clean and hot. Staff wasn’t around much, but we didn’t need them for anything.

Great clean place. Rooms were very nice as was the pool/spa area. Pool area doesn’t open until 1000, which makes it challenging to use the morning of check-out (1100). Morning breakfast was really good. Only issue was curdled milk in the fridge. Front desk person was kind, friendly, and willing to help out. Beds aren’t the most comfortable, a little firm, and both of us would stay here again. Great place for the price.

Stopped by here with my elderly mom on our way to Illinois. This was a fantastic, clean, convenient, very friendly hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Second floor is very accessible with elevator. Hotel staff were very efficient and friendly. Pool area was very clean, hot tub was amazing! Continental breakfast with cold and hot food was spectacular! We slept like babies, was very quiet, beds very comfortable, sheets towels and linens all spotless and clean. I highly recommend this facility.

This is now the thurd motel we have stayed in this last year hoping to swim after a day of siteseeing and activity. Every last pool was freezing because their indoor pools were unheated. We've decided to stop using Expedia and make reservations ourselves. If they are unheated from now on we will leave. Very disappointing.

There were a lot of bugs in our room. We were traveling late, so our options were limited. Even if the room isn't reserved frequently, they need to be checking the room for cleanliness. There were spiders in the shower and a pile of gnats dead at the door entry.

The room was clean and stocked with plenty of towels and hygiene products. Beds were comfortable and shower had plenty of pressure. Lobby was clean and adequate. One negative was the sulfur smell in the bathroom sink. However, the shower smelled fine. Another disappointment was the breakfast. It was mostly carbs, bread, waffles, and sugar. The eggs were more like egg substitute and gritty. The only fruit was bananas and the yogurt was Walmart brand with more sugar. Sausage patties were ok. If you’re fine with something quick, it’s fine but not if you’re trying to eat healthy.

Stopped to spend the night while seeing some local attractions, the hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful and polite. Overall a great experience where at times it could go in the opposite direction, sometimes a stay at an interstate hotel can be iffy but this was good.

The walls were paper thin that you could hear everything! Cheaply built as well.. Breakfast area was too small and food trays empty. We didn't even fit in there! Had breakfast elsewhere! Overnight stay was too expensive in an Americinn, our first and last stay!

Check-in was quick. Room was very spacious even with a king size bed, had a lounge chair with ottoman as well. Enjoyed having a personal keurig coffee maker right in the room and mini fridge. Complimentary breakfast was delicious! Check-out was even quicker.

The front desk person wasn’t even on site. There wasn’t a worker on site and I had to wait 35 minutes for him to show up. The room smelled terrible and there wasn’t any heat or air running and it was negative wind chills out. It was the worst I have ever had.

Beds were comfortable, room was clean, service was friendly. They had a Continental breakfast... Scrambled eggs were luke warm, had to heat them in the microwave, had sausage patties, cereal, bagels and danishes, yogurt, bananas, waffles, juice and coffee. Wasn't a fan of the shower You couldn't move the shower head and it was soft water, so had that slimy feel, but got the job done. Water pressure in the shower was just okay. The toilet flushed well, though! Overall, we had a great stay.

Had to wait 5min for the front desk person to come check us in. Tried to take a shower but it was cold and the tub drain was slow. There were only 3 pillows on the king bed. At breakfast the eggs and sausage warmers was cool and the fridge holding milk and yogurt showed a temp of 44 too warm. We skipped these items. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

Interesting stay. Showed up 12 hours after a 3" snow fall. Long travels. We just wanted a place to rest and good breakfast. Breakfast sucked. Next morning parking lot was still not plowed. Nobody ever at front desk. He was nice when we got ahold of him. Maid service good. Wyndham promises eggs. Nothing, no donuts, no eggs, fruit was old. I will take this up with Wyndham

The guy at the front desk was very rude. We drove all night and asked if we could get early check in he said that that was not possible. We needed more towels and had to go down to get them. And when we wanted to purchase something he was very short. Not sure I would stay there again just because of him. Poor customer service.

Came into the hotel to noone behind the desk. I waited for a few moments ts and noticed a phone that instructed to call for assistance-so I called the front desk from the front desk. Phone rang and guy answered asking what I needed-he came up after several minutes. Room was FREEZING when I came in. I asked the front desk guy if something was wrong and he laughed at me and said it was only 18 degrees outside so it would take some time for the room to warm because there was nothing in. It was too cold to sit in our room so we had to leave and come back after several hours. The hot tub was out of service which was a disappointment. The water did not warm up during shower. The front desk guy just blew me off and was rude.

This was a very clean, mid price hotel. Nice breakfast in the morning. Staff very pleasant & helpful when around. They did not man the front desk all the time, you had to call on the house phone which was annoying. Clean indoor pool and very convenient to I-80.

Got a dirty room the 1st time. Walls are paper thin could hear the guy in the next room coughing all night and was just loud. It’s out in the middle of nowhere and had to drive 10 minutes to get something to eat.

Our bathroom sink water smelled like rotten eggs! When the problem was brought to the attention of the manager he said the water was like ocean water?? We asked him to switch rooms and he agreed! The new room was fine but the toilet seat was broken and there were no instructions on how to get the tv to work! After about 20 minutes we of trying we figured it out on our own. The eggs at breakfast were terrible and the three thermoses of coffee were empty!

Breakfast was the biggest downside. The eggs,sauage, and sweet rolls/donuts were gone an hour before serving was scheduled to conclude. Would have liked decaf coffee. Orange juice was gone one morning. When I mentioned these issues at checkout I got the impression that food was put out and not checked again.

Stayed 4 days for local dog show. Very pleasant experience. Hotel is clean and everyone is super nice!!! Breakfast is included. Don’t pay attention to reviews complaining about $3.00 eggs. If you are that bougie don’t expect to have $20 breakfast served, also don’t be cheap and buy your self a breakfast if the rest of the stuff they offer doesn’t satisfy your mouth. You might also stay at the hotel for over $200 a night and they will serve you $5.00 breakfast or rent a house a cook for your self instead of complaining. This hotel was very good option to say . Perfect choice for long travels to rest your head in nice clean hotel with nice people and have a peace of bagel or cereal before you hit the road again.

You really need to do something about your breakfast. Powdered eggs are just awful. No meat but greasy sausage. Waffle machine typical. Bananas only fruit. Water has terrible taste making coffee and tea bad.
