大きい車で行ったら平面駐車場は満杯で立体駐車場しか空いておらず、停められないとのことでUSJのパーキングに誘導されたが子連れで遠くて割引もなかったのが大変だった

ユニバーサルシティ駅のすぐそばなので、電車を利用する人には交通の便が非常に良い。チェックイン時にフロントに依頼すれば、荷物を預かってくれる。大浴場があるので、便利。洗うスペースも一つひとつ広めで、快適だった。ただ、大浴場にはタオルが用意されていないので、自分の部屋から持っていかなくては行けない。忘れないように注意が必要です。スリッパをぬいで、脱衣所の、ロッカーに入れるようになっていたが、外国人の宿泊者がスリッパのまま脱衣所に上がっていったので、もう少しわかりやすくした方がいいと思った。そこそこのお値段はするが、アメニティは、自身でフロント前にあるものを持っていかないといけない。フロント階で、ミネラルウォーターや、お茶など、種類は限られるが、買うことができる。 3人で宿泊の予約をしていたが、一人行けなくなったため、宿泊の２日前に人数が変わる旨を連絡していたが、部屋の料金の一部払い戻しなどはなかった。また、朝食バイキングも３人分予約したいたが、行けなくなった一人分の払い戻しをしてもらえるか聞いたが、払い戻しできないと言われた。バイキングなので、払い戻ししてくれないのはおかしいと思った。朝食バイキング会場は、座席数も多く、待たずに利用することができた。8:00過ぎから混んできた。

施設は綺麗そうな見た目だけど大浴場や天井が壊れてる場所があったりする。ドライヤーにすごいホコリが詰まってたり。ただ普通に過ごす分には問題ない、チェックイン前の荷物預かりやホテルから荷物を発送できるのも助かった。ユニバから近いのでこの値段でこの施設と思うと高いかもしれないけどユニバの目の前でこの値段ならいいと思う。足の痛みを我慢して移動する代わりの値段と思えばいいと思う

ユニバーサルシティ駅からも近く、アクセスはとても良いです。大浴場は時間帯によっては大混雑です。空いてる時に入りましたが、カラコンが浮いていて気持ち悪かったです。お部屋も埃がちらほら見えてしまい、清潔さはいまひとつでした。

Overall this place was great aside from the lack of cleanliness. Awesome location for visiting Universal (though not easy or cheap to get to places like Dotonbori), staff was lovely, and rooms are spacious. We loved having the in-room private onsen. It was very loud at night with kids running down the hallways when the park closed around 8-10, but that’s to be expected with the location. The main problems we had were there was an excess of mold in the shower, stains on the wall and curtains, general dust, and my skin was very itchy the whole time we stayed there. Don’t know if it was the sheets or if I have an allergy to something in the detergent or soap I’m not aware of! Overall, glad we stayed here but if it had been cleaner we would have been significantly more comfortable.

とにかく、清潔感が感じられなかった。ホテルのとりえとも言えようスパの脱衣所がひどかった。ロッカーが壊れてる。髪の毛が浴衣一面に落ちていて足の踏み場がない。定期的に清掃が、できていない。客室のソファのシミが目立っていた。高い宿泊料を、払っているのに、3人で泊まったら、ソファベッドは自分たちでセッティングするように言われた。ソファとして使用する場合もあるからなのか！？良かったのは、スパの利用時間がチェックアウトまでなのと、駅前の立地条件ぐらいだった。

This property is really perfect if you are going to Universal Studios. It is a short walk to the park. You can even go back to the room midday for a nap and go back to the park at night. It’s also conveniently located right next to the JR station and there’s a 7Eleven right next door. After a long day’s walking, they have a spa and sauna open through the night. We found it to be a great option to have something to do during early morning when you can’t sleep due to jet lag. Rooms are a little small and could have been cleaner (wear and tear on cushions and the shower curtain was mildew), but for the price point, convenience, and onsite spa this place is really great.

The hotel is located in a convenient location in universal city above the train station. The rooms are much smaller than the pictures show you, bathrooms smell damp ( like a cruise ship kind of) and the roll away bed for my child was pointless as it was hard as a rock, not able to be slept on and had to sleep with us. The room attendants kept switching our fridge off everyday when making up the room which would make our things go hot. The room also does not have a safe which isn’t the best for travellers! The curtains had mould and they also aren’t blackout so as soon as the sun is up, so were you. First world problems but would stay elsewhere in the future.

Comfortable beds - we had a larger than king size bed and there was also a sofa convertible bed option which my daughter chose to sleep on. We had a great stay, only issue is the rooms very small so our 3 suitcases were constantly in the walkway. Other than that, a great stay. Close as you can get to the Universal City train station and a short walk to Universal Studios which was perfect.

I loved this hotel so much I really did. It was the best hotel we had in all of Japan but I can't give it 5 stars as I was attacked by another tourist during breakfast at this hotel so I can't give them full stars even though I really want to. I did nothing wrong and this crazy tourist harassed me two mornings in a row and on the second morning it got physical. The hotel did nothing to protect me. I did not feel safe at this hotel.

大寒波の連休に宿泊したので、観光で疲れて冷えた体に、大浴場がありがたかったです。コンビニや飲食店も近くにたくさんあるので、夕食なしでも困りません。朝食バイキングもおいしかったです。（混雑しますが） There are many staff from abroad, so they can treat you with English and so on.

So close to Universal studios. Located right at the end of the city walk. Close to 7/11 for quick shopping if needed. Located right at the top of the train station. Made for easy access to travel. Would stay here again!

We stayed there mainly for USJ so it was great to go there in the morning. If someone wants to enjoy Osaka’s city and other areas, I suggest to consider another hotel in the city. JR doesn’t share travel ticket/cost with other subway/train lines and it was a bit annoying. The big bath on the 14th floor was very good, though.

The open air bath is amazing but the room itself felt more cramped than the pics would have you believe. The queue for breakfast was enormous. There were many, many empty seats but they were not letting people on and I had to complain. There were school trips to Universal but they were all arriving late and the were not caring they were causing others to be late for the park. There were people leaving the kitchen but they were not letting other people in. The service was terrible.

Great accommodation for USJ and easy access back to Osaka City via train. Staff were excellent and excellent communication. Breakfast were great with western and japanese options. Even kids love breakie with fries available in the morning. Highly recommended.

Ideal spot for those going to Universal. Hotel is right at the train station too so pretty simple to get around. The beds are comfortable enough. Hotel is looking a little old, no usb outlets in the rooms either. We had free breakfast but i would go elsewhere if its not included, the buffet there isnt great
