We called the hotel the day before arrival to inform them of a late arrival and requested a 1st floor room. I called again on the day of to confirm the 1st floor room and to let them know that we would be arriving later than expected. The front desk staff was very kind and assured me that they would have the requested room available. When we arrived (after midnight), the staff was very nice and checked us in quickly. The area was well-lit, clean, and felt very safe. The room was clean and beds were more comfortable than expected. Throughout our stay, we took enjoyed the breakfast each morning, with the owner even offering to make more food (they were out of some items due to us going towards the end of the breakfast service). In summary: clean and well-lit exterior, safe, good location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. This hotel exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely stay here if we are in the area again!

I was pleasantly surprised with this location. The man that greeted me at the front desk was very friendly and extremely helpful. The location was exceptionally clean. I liked that I could drive up and park one space over from my room. The parking lot was very well-maintained very nice very well lit. I just do not have anything bad to say about this location.

Motel is on a large concrete slab. Extremely hot. Pool area blazing hot, burns your feet, no shade, no rails for getting in/out of the water, no lounge chairs or areas to place towels, keys, etc. Only seating is concrete benches. Breakfast was skimpy and unappealing. TV interrupted frequently. Staff was mostly pleasant. Room cleaning was good.

If I could give zero stars I would. For starters, it is a motel and not a hotel. The rooms open to the outside, and I was approached by 2 men trying to enter my room. As a female traveling alone, this was NOT good. There were only stairs, leaving me to lug a heavy bag up crumbling stairs. The room was moldy and disgusting. When the air conditioning was turned on, it not only smelled terrible, but I started coughing and my eyes were super itchy. It was told I could not get my money back as it was prepaid. I stayed one night as other hotels were all booked. I was unable to sleep as people were outside the room, directly outside of my window all night. I showered in the morning and was not alone. I had the pleasure of having a cockroach crawl on my foot. It was repulsive. The mold on the frame around the refrigerator was gross. The furniture was worn, old and cracking. This place is not worth the $125 a night. I left after the first night and got a room next door at the best Western. That hotel was beautiful, safe and cheaper. Avoid this motel at ALL costs.

I will start by saying the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful but it was an otherwise unpleasant stay. The television in the room was inoperable, there was significant mold and black mildew built up in the shower, dried blood or something equally disgusting crusted on to the shower curtain, dried boogers on the wall of the restroom, spilled food/beverages dried on to the door jams and baseboards, and the TV in the room was broken. To top it all off, I only managed a few hours due to a group sex party happening in the room directly above mine. Hands down the grossest and most unsettling stay I’ve ever had at a hotel. I will not be staying at this property in the future.

The sheets were dirty, the couch was torn and was disgusting, we didn't have toilet paper or towels to bathe and dry ourselves with. The lights wouldn't stop flickering and in the morning we found dead bugs in the sheets on the second bed. For the price and time I was there was too much. The room looked like it was rented by the hour.

Receptionist at the front desk was awesome. The biggest problem with this facility is they use a very, very strong chemical air freshener. The first unit I was shown had so much air freshener. It was literally hazardous. The second one was better, but it still had a very strong odor of beak. The last issue I had was taking a shower last night. It took five minutes for the hot water to warm up enough.

Lots of dead bugs inside my room it was overwhelming, breakfast was just terrible- they ran out within 30 min of putting it out. The gentleman would not put enough out for 8 people. Bed were extremely hard. This hotel is in an excellent location - Buc-ee’s right across street, couple of restaurants walking distance- would be great place if they clean it up more

Basic room with two small beds. Sheets were clean but definitely in need of replacement. The room is in need of major repairs. Holes in wall, and the door. The bathroom door barely clears the toilet. The shower pressure was good through. Old and outdated but good for a basic night stay and shower. Not sure I would let me family stay there. The employees working the desk were super friendly and helpful.

Water would bot get hot, the toilet constantly ran. The coffee maker would not work because they didnt have the right coffee pods to go with it. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

We never stayed as we had a storm, car problems and road closures. Tried to cancel but because it was past the 24 hour period, we had to pay for the room anyway. Not very customer friendly.

The staff was excellent! Very Friendly and easy to check in and out. Very convenient to the activities we had scheduled. Overall a plus the only thing we noticed was the facing around the door in our room had come loose and needed to be fixed. It was on the inside so no problem to us but would not keep someone from breaking in through the door. However I would not hesitate to stay at this facility again. Great Job and wonderful stay!

The staff was Fantastic! Kind as well as professional. I got lost and drove through bad weather to get there,Julio helped with directions and reassured me that my room was waiting on me and my family. Breakfast was yummy! Enjoyed the Texas waffles!! My granddaughter love the sausage they made extra for. I needed to bring one of my dogs so was very grateful you allowed pets. Thank you so very much!

Nice, quite and cozy. The front desk gentleman was awesome. The room key wasnt working when we first arrived. When i turned around he met me saying he saw us having trouble and brought us a new key.

Staff was so friendly and helpful when I checked in. Property was easy to get to and clean. Room was basic but clean and well stocked. Perfect for what I needed. Good quality for a good price. Directly across the street from Bucees. Which is very convenient! Plenty to eat in less than a mile from the hotel. Enjoyed the stay!

Receptionist at the front desk was awesome. The biggest problem with this facility is they use a very, very strong chemical air freshener. The first unit I was shown had so much air freshener. It was literally hazardous. The second one was better, but it still had a very strong odor of beak. The last issue I had was taking a shower last night. It took five minutes for the hot water to warm up enough.

We called the hotel the day before arrival to inform them of a late arrival and requested a 1st floor room. I called again on the day of to confirm the 1st floor room and to let them know that we would be arriving later than expected. The front desk staff was very kind and assured me that they would have the requested room available. When we arrived (after midnight), the staff was very nice and checked us in quickly. The area was well-lit, clean, and felt very safe. The room was clean and beds were more comfortable than expected. Throughout our stay, we took enjoyed the breakfast each morning, with the owner even offering to make more food (they were out of some items due to us going towards the end of the breakfast service). In summary: clean and well-lit exterior, safe, good location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. This hotel exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely stay here if we are in the area again!

If I could give zero stars I would. For starters, it is a motel and not a hotel. The rooms open to the outside, and I was approached by 2 men trying to enter my room. As a female traveling alone, this was NOT good. There were only stairs, leaving me to lug a heavy bag up crumbling stairs. The room was moldy and disgusting. When the air conditioning was turned on, it not only smelled terrible, but I started coughing and my eyes were super itchy. It was told I could not get my money back as it was prepaid. I stayed one night as other hotels were all booked. I was unable to sleep as people were outside the room, directly outside of my window all night. I showered in the morning and was not alone. I had the pleasure of having a cockroach crawl on my foot. It was repulsive. The mold on the frame around the refrigerator was gross. The furniture was worn, old and cracking. This place is not worth the $125 a night. I left after the first night and got a room next door at the best Western. That hotel was beautiful, safe and cheaper. Avoid this motel at ALL costs.

Check in was great. The person that checked us in was friendly. After that, it went downhill. The floor in the room was dirty. Dead bugs in the room and bathroom. When I lifted the lid on the toilet, there was dried urine all around the rim. There was a tube of toothpaste between the towels on the shelf. Still wondering about that. The AC was cool, at best. The next morning, we went down for breakfast. There were 7 of us, in 3 rooms. There was no food. I asked the clerk if he was going to refill. He took about 20 minutes and then put out 4 sausage links and about 5 scrambled eggs. Keep in mind, I’m not expecting a chef prepared meal, but he saw how many of us there were and put out enough food for two. Thankfully, there is a Buccee’s across the street so we went for colaches instead. I’ll never come back to this place.

Pool area blazing hot, burns your feet, no shade, no rails for getting in/out of the water, no lounge chairs or areas to place towels, keys, etc. Only seating is concrete benches. Breakfast was skimpy and unappealing. TV interrupted frequently. Staff was mostly pleasant. Room cleaning was good.

Everything was great, other than breakfast. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The eggs at breakfast were extremely dried out and strung out. Bathroom floor was sticky, there was no shampoo in the shower, only conditioner. The AC rattled through the night until I got up and rattled it. It finallly stopped. Was a little disappointed compared to other Choice hotels I have stayed at.
