Lovely hotel in a great location of Osaka. Convenient for the metro to get around. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were a little small but were clean and in good condition. WiFi was poor and no English channels on the TV. Good value for money though and would stay there again.

We booked two Club level rooms for our family, and it was nice to have lounge access after several long days of walking around, seeing the sights, though it would be nice if they stayed open later in the evening. The hotel location is great, as the train is right next to the hotel. There's also a very nice cafe next door for pastries and coffee, plus several convenience stores every close by. The rooms were small, which is to be expected, but had everything we needed. We've stayed in various Osaka hotels before, but we would definitely stay at this one again.

The room had everything I needed and it was clean. You aren’t allowed to eat in the lobby which was a little odd.
