Breakfast was plentiful, many choices and very filling. Our room was spacious and clean. The interior compound was quiet and pools area very relaxing. 15 minutes walk to town centre and 5 minutes walk to ponta da Piedade clifftop boardwalk and beaches. 5 stars!

20 minute walk to town to get in the main area for shopping and restaurants. However, it is convenient to a wood type boardwalk to walk along to see the ocean. No beach views and it’s street parking.

There are several Villas in this group. The main Villa is charming and in the beautiful gardens. The annex where we stayed had a balcony with a nice view. The breakfast was delicious, and there was something of everything. The presentation was also inviting. All the pools and lush foliage make this a very pleasant place to stay. The street parking is always available.

The beaches were just a short walk away! The staff were very helpful, and the setup was great with pools, breakfasts' and gated property. The only downside was no provided parking, but staff were very helpful at assisting with finding an open spot in the neighbourhood.

Das Hotel liegt zwar direkt an der Straße zu den Stränden, ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig wenn man wie wir weiter in der Anlage untergebracht war. Die einzelnen Häuser sind sehr stillvoll hergerichtet und der Villen Charakter ist gut umgesetzt. Es gibt mehrere Pools, wobei wir unseren eigenen hatten. Ein tolles Frühstück in einem sehr schönen Frühstücksraum.

This is a cozy little villa style inn that is only a 15 minute walk to the Old Town as well as three or four beaches. The area is quiet with a number of small restaurants to grab dinner at. It was three small swimming pools, although one is a private pool for room #12. Plenty of plants on the property to give it a warm feel. I would stay again if I end up in Lagos again.

Really nice hotel that actually looks better than Expedia pictures. They have a lot of flowers and trees, perfect landscaping, 3 pools, beach chairs and umbrellas. Property is very clean and cured. We got very cute room with nice decor, some of the things looked a bit outdated, but it was kind of charming. The pool was just in front of or door that was great. Breakfast is 10 euro per person and its a huge variety of food, never seen it before. The area around fool of trails and small beaches, but if you want to go to the bigger beaches you meed to take a bus or uber.

Very nice hotel with a pool and good breakfast buffet. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel, since we were out almost all day everyday, but it was a great place to come home to. The rooms were nice and cool even when it was very hot

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed. The grounds were incredible, the villa was spacious, beautiful, clean, and oh so comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. It’s a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve, and close to town. This place was over the top.

We really enjoyed the property and services of this hotel. The staff was always available to help you. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious.They did housekeeping every day. We had a patio to sit at and the pool right outside the rooms.Very quiet ambiance.The Breakfast offered a variety of choices and it was always supplied with fresh goods. Walking distance to a beach and the board walk to Ponta da Piedade. A few stores and restaurants nearby. We took uber or bolt to center Lagos for nice dinners.

Lovely hotel with great outdoor space with plenty of options to relax. Room was great with a nice balcony. Occasional sewage smell but that quickly disappeared. Breakfast as others say is fantastic and worth it to fuel up for some beach hopping. Good walking distance to most of the beaches and a nice bar next door and a small supermarket within a couple minutes. Didn’t head into the town but it could be done on a cooler day in less than 25mins but with the beaches and restaurants nearby, there wasn’t too much of a need to head much further out. Recommend Camilo beach nearby and evening walk through some nice residential areas to Porto de Mos beach. Highly recommend this hotel!

La struttura non è delle migliori, noi abbiamo trovato un sacco di formiche in camera sul mobile della macchinetta del caffè, i letti sono scomodi e la nostra camera, forse anche in base ai gusti personali esteticamente non piaceva, il bagno però bello e confortevole. Struttura senza ristoranti vicini, lontano dal centro storico. Spiaggia a 5 minuti a piedi, ma piccola e affollatissima.

Really enjoyed the property. Rooms were nice and spacious with small private decks. Pools were clean. Breakfast was fantastic (many options of delicious food). About a 20-minute walk to center of Lagos. Only negative was that the WiFi coverage was very spotty in areas.

It is a lovely place but the shower is just too small and leaking water soaking the bathroom floor. The shower door hit my thumb bloody too. If they can improve this, it is definitely a 5.

We stayed in the 2nd building which was very quiet and peaceful except for a large dog in an adjacent home that was continually barking. Getting our luggage up the hill to that building was a huge challenge. There are no bell boys, carts, etc. So you will be on your own. This hotel has been upgraded beautifully since I stayed there in 2018. Very nice! Could use better lighting in the rooms. Very close to beautiful beaches, cliffs, lighthouse and restaurants. Try Onde Norte . . . Delicious food and nice place!

Our room was lovely, with a lot of space. The outside seating was a great touch. The breakfast was amazing, and always plentiful. The pools were too cold to swim in, we went when it was 20 degrees C. The walk downtown is a bit long, and passes an abandon hotel which is a bit frightening at night. However the property itself was amazing, and great access to beaches, and the cliffs, which Lagos is known for

Very charming and cozy hotel. Only one negative in my stay: avoid rooms # 33 and 34. They are right behind the breakfast area and the staff entrance is between the two rooms. Noise starts at 6 am with the start of breakfast preparation. I am sure the other rooms are quieter.

We had asked for no stairs. With our canes, clearly we could not do them. So they DID kindly switch us but 2 young people checked us in. Clearly saw us struggling and never offered to help with our luggage.

The service staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, I did experience some bug bites during the night, which affected my sleep due to the itchiness. However, the management was very responsive and promptly changed all the bedding as soon as I reported the issue.

We had planned to stay at Villas D. Dinis for three nights and were excited to be in the Algarve and able to walk to the beaches and cliffs. However, the area around the residence was deserted and there was a large abandoned hotel a block away. To get to the nearest beach, or into town, you had to walk by it. It was a 15-minute walk into town with no other people nearby, and really no restaurants within a 10-minute walk. We did not feel comfortable walking in the evening from the Villas and felt unsafe and uncomfortable, as we were two women traveling alone. Our room was lovely, with a lot of space. The outside seating was a great touch. The breakfast was amazing, and always plentiful. The pools were too cold to swim in, we went when it was 20 degrees C. The walk downtown is a bit long, and passes an abandon hotel which is a bit frightening at night. However the property itself was amazing, and great access to beaches, and the cliffs, which Lagos is known for

This is a cozy little villa style inn that is only a 15 minute walk to the Old Town as well as three or four beaches. The area is quiet with a number of small restaurants to grab dinner at. It was three small swimming pools, although one is a private pool for room #12. Plenty of plants on the property to give it a warm feel. I would stay again if I end up in Lagos again.

Nous avons payé pour une suite junior et notre chambre n’était pas colle sur les photos d’une suite junior ! Le patio ne sert à rien car il est dans l’allée du passage. Le PDJ est correct pour le salé mais loins de l’être pour le sucrée ! Nous avons eux des croissants de la veille voir de l’avant veille ! Le plus regrettable c’est l’isolation ! Vous entendez les douches et les toilettes des voisins ! Pour une villa Romantic !!!!! Pas top….
