Hôtel super en plein de centre de Strasbourg, les chambres sont superbes. Le SPA au top. Par contre pour le stationnement une calamité. Il y a bien quelques places à l’hôtel mais malgré ma demande persistante, elles sont réservées à quelques privilégiés.. on vous oriente sur un parking publique exiguë (j’y ai laissé une jante) les places sont toutes petites. Et les rampes prévues pour des citadines ! Parking Kléber ! Je trouve que le stationnement, voire la recharge pour voitures électriques font parties d’un service de qualité pour prétendre au titre d’un hôtel de standing supérieur ! La ce n’est clairement pas le cas ! Il y a cette une réduction sur le prix du stationnement mais tout de même, je veux être serein pendant mon séjour. Là ça ne peut pas être le cas !

It is a shame that such a hotel charges extra (25€) for a 60min sauna (you need to book an appointment), which should be included, when you promote yourself as a Hotel & Spa - with 5 stars and the corresponding price. Also the breakfast was not included and 34€ is quite a price if you only want a tea and some fruits.

Hotel is advertised with valet parking, but there is none. They have 7 parking spots and then you have to drive to the nearby parking garage. Walking with your big suitcases through the city. Not 5 star worthey. And the garage is only suitible for smaller cars. I booked 3 nights and had to go in and out the garage 12 time, damaging 3 of my wheels wich will cost me serious money to repair. So all the platforms and websites stop advertising this hotel with valet parking, there is none. 4 star hotel max. The food in the restaurant was not 5 star hotel restaurant worthy. Room was good and clean.

Checking in and out are very slow. Rooms are ok although not a 5 stars. Hotel Parking arrangements are not clear at the time of booking. Finding the hotel by car was impossible. Once found, if you did not make a reservation for it, you have no parking at the hotel.

Na recepção somente 1 pessoa as 21:30. Hotel tem somente 5 vagas para carro e eu teria que ter reservado. Ar condicionado não funciona durante a noite. The hotel was nice and as pictured in a great location. However given there was a significant price difference between this and the other hotels, we accepted this as we understood it had spa facilities. The spa was hugely underwhelming, the jacuzzi was cold and the steam room wasn’t hot enough either. This was a huge let down for us as we chose this hotel based on offering spa facilities.

Hot water limited. Room temp not contollable. Paper thin walls with a screamer next door. Bed mattress/topper not properly affixed and not fixed when requested. Location of property was ideal. Rooms where comfortable and well Appointed. Although the windows were closed we had an issue with oder in the room coming from the restaurant below. We changed rooms the 2nd night of our stay. However since it was on the Same side of the restaurant the older still was present in the room.

My family and I stayed here for one night and I wish we had stayed longer. The hotel is located in the city center near restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the hotel bar. Our room was spacious and comfortable, as well as very clean. I will definitely visit again and choose this hotel!

Quando chegamos a região do hotel estava toda bloqueada por causa dos mercados de natal e a equipe não sabia nos informar como chegávamos e onde estacionávamos nosso carro. The location of the hotel inside the old town is ideal. We took the train and then walked to the property. Very smart choice this time of the year (Christmas). We did have to wait a lot an hour for our room to be ready, but the staff was very nice and they invited us to a lounge with soft drinks and food while we waited. Room was spacious. Clean and modern. Shower was a bit tiny and we couldn’t figure out the thermostat (a bit too hot) but the bed was very comfortable.

I keep seeing that this is a 5 star hotel, and no offense to them but it’s definitely not. It’s a decent autograph Marriott. I spent an exorbitant amount for a very tiny room, which I chalked up to it being a 5 star. But turns out I got absolutely gouged on the price because of the Christmas season. However my biggest problem is I left something behind and they won’t respond to let me know if they found it. And the pictures catfish ya a bit. If you look out your window and to the right it’s the bright neon sign of the cinema. Not quite as charming as the main photo. Oh and it’s directly above the tram line. This is good and bad I guess.

Loved this hotel! We knew nothing about Strasbourg, and this hotel is right in the heart of downtown which was great for the plans we had to walk around and explore. The onsite bar and restaurant had tasty food and snacks - but would recommend for dinner you go out and get some real Alsatian classics! We asked the concierge - who was kind and amazing overall - for a dinner recommendation and had the best dinner of our European vacation. The room was clean and cozy, with a great bathroom and shower. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing. 1) no notice given that we couldn’t drive to the property, ended up driving around for 45 minutes trying to find an open road and then told we had to park a 15 minute walk away (should have received an email), 2) we called for an extra blanket and pillow and this $700 hotel room stayed “sorry, we are booked and we have no blankets or pillows, 3) at breakfast, they never brought us coffee after asking 3x, 4) asked concierge one question about finding a French baked good we liked and was treated with a “that’s not a good enough question for me”. All this and I’m a Marriott Titanium Elite member.

We stayed here right after christmas since it's close to the main christmas market and it's suppose to be a 5 start hotel. In reality, it's 4 stars at best. They have a checkin time of 4pm, which is later than anywhere I've ever stayed at. We checked in promptly at 4 and was told that because a 'marriot member' decided to have a late checkout, my room was not ready. We finally got into our room at 4:45, after sundown. They brought our luggate to our room, but the person that brought the luggage didn't even knock. He just let himself in and shoved the luggage through the door. The room itself was fine. Nothing to write home about. The have a pool/spa, but if you want to use it, you'll have to pay by the hour or day, even if you're a hotel guest, which is ridiculous. If the prices were a bit lower I'd be more inclined to forgive them, but for what we paid, I was expecting better service and amenities. If I ever go back to Strasbourg, I'll definitely stay somewhere else.

What a great hotel, in a great location. Train tram and your at the hotel in 10 minutes. Cab 10 minutes. Smack dab in the middle of everything, 5 min to anything in Strasbourg. Nice staff. Beautiful hotel. We did not do the breakfast since there are so many great patisseries and cafes , no need to spend 34 Euros on breakfast. Nice bar and service.

La really beautiful hotel located in the centre of town, right next to Galeries Lafayette (where I was working for the night) the staff are super friendly and helpful and the food was excellent (we had dinner and breakfast) rooms are lovely, well appointed and the right size for a short stay (I booked the smallest room) the bathrooms are sleek and I loved the Clarke’s toiletries. the spa is also small but perfectly formed, if a little expensive (sauna, steam room and hot tub for €25 for one hours use for hotel guests) would definitely stay again.
