Like how the property was convenient and quiet even though near the highway and airport. Waffles were the best part of the breakfast options. We were an overnight stay for a late Fall playoff football game. Looking forward to thawing out in the hot tub afterwards. Unfortunately that was not an option.

Rebecca who worked to get me and my family situated was excellent. Aylene and Deb who were staffed during day hours, all were 10 out 10. Fitness room, Pool and hot tub were great and clean. Room was also very clean with a neutral smell which was perfect for my sensitive nose. Breakfast was excellent, fresh and had a good variety that my family enjoyed. This comfort suite location was superb and definitely recommend.

For the most part it was your average hotel stay. The staff was nice and the area was quiet. The location is nice and close to Costco, Target, and WinCo with was super nice. The heater/AC unit was rattling if you didn't have the constant fan on. Wasnt a deal breaker once we figured it out. Breakfast was actually really good for a free breakfast! Sausage and biscuits and gravy were top notch. My biggest complaint was that the hot tub was not working. We reserved through a 3rd party with Expedia so I guess that's on us. I should have called the hotel to make sure they were both working. The pool was completely empty on Friday and Saturday day and night. It's hard to want to swim in a chilly pool when you can't warm up in the hot tub. It was a pretty big disappointment when my kids absolute favorite part of going on vacations is swimming. The front desk didn't even let us know when we were checking in. We found out when we walked into the pool area to go swim.

Our stay was pretty good, overall. Found some dried up noodles when we moved the ottoman, but the couch was big and comfy. The bathroom was the downfall; the walls were grimy and had gross stains, and the shower head was extremely clogged and dirty.

Parts of the Hotel had dirty carpet including our room. The shower nozzle was stuck on one setting because it was corroded with minerals from the water. bottom of the bathroom door on the inside was damaged by water from the shower. Overall, the room could have used some maintenance.

Room was dirty, especially the bathroom shower. They had a bucket in the middle of a hallway to catch dripping water...was there the week before. Front desk person had a dog behind the counter. Hotel is extremely worn out and dirty for the age of it.

I cannot recommend this property. There was some mold/mildew in the shower, and a large section of my carpet was wet! I called the desk to ask if they had just shampooed it. The answer was no, and the clerk asked me to check the refrigerator and bathroom plumbing to see if either was leaking. No apology, no offer to change my room or discount my stay. Was told maintenance would come up the next day. I was only there 1 night, so that did not help me.

The hotel was conveniently located and was easy to get to. The staff was kind and helpful and our room was very spacious and quiet. Unfortunately the bed was horribly uncomfortable and hard. The heater ran constantly and mostly blew out cold air. I would not stay here again.

Wifi is still the outdated 2.4 GHz and very slow. Mold around the caulking in the shower; clean otherwise. Fridge has no temperature setting and so water bottles freeze solid overnight. Room quiet. Bed comfortable.

I’ve had mostly good stays at this hotel. It is relatively quiet and most problems with noise are due to thin walls. And other guests not managing their children. The rooms are a little worn but comfortable. My room could use a carpet shampoo and new bedcover. The breakfast has always been ample and good. Location is good and far enough away from the freeway to not get that noise. My choice of place to stay when I need a hotel room in Bozeman, MT.

The person that checked me in was very nice and it was a quick process. Good amount of pillows on the bed and nice to have an extra blanket in the closet. I like that the air/fan could be on all night to block any possible noise. The bed was not comfy, terrible lighting in the bathroom. The back of the bathroom door is coming apart at the bottom because when open rests close to the shower entrance. The toilet is really low. Need USB ports at bedside tables.

We had an amazing stay! We arrived early and was able to get us checked in right away. The room as very clean and the bed was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was filling with waffles, oatmeal, bagels, and eggs. But the best part was coming back after being out in the snow to warm delicious cookies in the lobby! The hotel staff was super friendly! We would for sure stay here again!

The positives first. Hotel is convenient to the airport and university. Room was clean. Breakfast what you would expect from a similar style hotel. Now the negatives. First of all, the check in was horrible. Had to wait 10 minutes before a person came to the desk. No bell or means to to alert staff. The front desk person(Lydia) was rude and unfriendly. No greeting, no smile and unclear on her instructions. Took two tries before telling me the credit card machine tap feature wasn’t working. Appeared the customer behind me got the same treatment. She is a bad reflection of your hotel. She needs to be fired. The hotel interior is dated and at least needs new carpets. The room was small and especially the the bathroom. I can overlook the age of the facilities but not the unfriendliness of the staff. For $267 I expect to at least be treated like a my business is appreciated. Will not stay here again.

After an unfortunate event at another hotel, I was transferred over to this one. Getting here was super easy and the front desk clerk, Arlene, was amazing. Everyone I encountered here was very friendly and kind. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Great location for visiting Bozeman family. Clean and updated. However, the night staff needs to be taught how to speak to guests. When our room keys were wiped clear each night, we were told we didn’t know how to use key cards. Then continued to argue with us that keys worked. It put a black mark on what would have been a great stay.

The staff was amazing. We had an issue with our bathroom drain and it was taken care of immediately. I couldn’t speak more highly of the suburb customer service and it’s was very comfortable there! Good breakfast and big rooms.

Newly constructed property and well maintained. Staff members were educated on hotel operations and were good communicators. Only hesitation was the "cookie cutter" continental breakfast on Saturday: nothing fresh. But I will stay here again.

This hotel was clean. We went to breakfast at 9:00 am and they were out of most everything. We had yogurt. The beds are very firm and my daughter and I did not sleep well on them. We will most likely not stay here again just because we do not like firm beds.

This was our third time staying at this hotel in the last few years. Always clean and quiet. Kind front desk staff and a really great hearty breakfast for the family in the mornings. My only wish for improvement would be family rooms with bunks!, But the double Queen room with a pull out couch at least fits our family of six for now. Overall, we've come to count on an excellent experience at this hotel every time.
