Onboarding staff could’ve been a little bit more polite but the rest of the staff were very polite. Room sizes are a big adjustment compared to western style but the location makes up for this.

Good hotel with clean & comfortable room. Its WiFi is very fast beyond 100 Mbps. 11:00 check out time is a plus. However, the location is just in the mid of busy "drinking" area with many bars; probably classified as XXX if it were in U.S.

The cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed at! They steam-cleaned carpets every guest checkouts, deodorises the room and changes linens everyday and provides all hotel amenities daily. They are accessible, breakfast is sumptuous, staff are courteous, love how they also provide unlimited coffee and refreshment during your stay! We’ll always stay at this hotel whenever in Osaka!
