Hotel Posada Tayazal

We had a very clean room on 3rd floor which had A/C. The staff were friendly. However the hot water did not work.

Room was fine, with AC and nice balcony. Host was very friendly and helpful with all our luggage. Location was fine, and everything was fine for the price payed. Only issues was not having hot water, but that was all around hotels we have been in Guatemala.

Really great place to stay, basic but has all the essentials. Comfy beds, clean and it has actual hot water. The staff are lovely and helped me out with whatever questions I had several times. Overall great experience, just note it is a little noisy from speaking to others there are few places which doesn't have a noise problem on this island. I would be bring good quality ear plugs.

The staff was great. The answer all my questions and helped me book a boat tour. They also helped to arrange a taxi for an early departure and kept my luggage downstairs in the office.

Its a average hotel in a good location
