We stayed here for four nights and enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a family atmosphere with water, tea, coffee available 24 hours in the common area. The staff is super helpful and helped us to plan our trips and excursions and found us a very good car and with driver. The old cily is 200 mts up the road with interesting food market in the evening. We recommend this property.

Schönes kleines Hotel mit liebenswertem Personal. Sogar ein Pool konnte auf der kleinen Fläche integriert werden, auch wenn er recht kalt war. Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon und Sitzmöglichkeit. Sehr bequeme Betten, angenehm weich und nicht durchgelegen. Wenig Platz für Kleidung, aber man kann sich für ein paar Tage gut behelfen. Toll ist, dass man die Möglichkeit hat sich jederzeit kostenlos Wasser und Kaffee zu nehmen und es stehen, je nachdem was wohl vom Frühstücksbuffet übrig geblieben ist, auch kleine Sacks, Obst und Kekse bereit. So wird weniger weggeworfen, was wiederum nachhaltig ist. Am Samstag findet auf der Straße, an dem das Hotel ist, immer der Nachtmarkt statt, was wir ganz gut fanden. Fußläufig schnell in der Altstadt und auch sonst sind es keine langen Wege, wenn man was sucht. Ansonsten fahren überall TukTuks rum. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und können es bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Great location, can easily walk to, like everything. Restaurants, laundry, bank, open street food, 7-11, salons, simply everything w/out need for taxi. Simple thing, but means a lot when hot and humid - free bottled water in cooler. Wonderful breakfast. We should have cancelled Bangkok visit and lengthened stay.

I loved that the rooms were quiet, clean, aircon worked well . Bathroom was clean. iWualai breakfast was decent. The only thing was that the wifi was a bit spotty. A bit far (walking wise) from center of Chiang Mai but not too bad. Close to night market. Excellent value.

Das Person war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war auch gut. Das Hotel ist klein und süß und liegt auch sehr gut. Im Badezimmer waren viele Motten und das Zimmer war allgemein etwas hellhörig. Das Zimmer wurde täglich sauber geputzt. Wie waren ingesamt zufrieden. Eine 8/10

하루 잠만 자고 나왔기 때문에 세세한 리뷰는 어렵습니다만 리셉션의 직원은 친절했으며 객실도 적당한 크기면서 전체적으로는 좋았습니다. 다만 객실 내 세면대쪽으로 청소가 살짝 아쉬운 부분이 있었고 3인실의 경우 3명이 여러 전자기기를 연결하기에는 전기 콘센트가 약간 부족한 느낌입니다. 그래도 가격적으로 매력적이며 공항과 가까워서 공항과의 연계성이 좋은 곳이라 생각됩니다.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au iWualai Hotel. Le personnel était vraiment chaleureux, la chambre spacieuse et impeccable. Le petit-déjeuner, quant à lui, était tout simplement parfait. L’hôtel est très proche de la vielle ville.

Good accommodation near the old town. Breakfast would have been better with more veggie options. There was meant to be a silent time between 9pm and 8am but it wasn’t in-forced so I got woken up a few times by selfish people

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im iWualai Hotel. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – nur wenige Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, was es ideal macht, um Chiang Mai zu erkunden. Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist minimalistisch, aber völlig ausreichend und funktional. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich, genau das, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Frühstück ist eher klein gehalten, aber es gibt von allem etwas – genug, um gestärkt in den Tag zu starten. Das Person war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war auch gut. Das Hotel ist klein und süß und liegt auch sehr gut. Im Badezimmer waren viele Motten und das Zimmer war allgemein etwas hellhörig. Das Zimmer wurde täglich sauber geputzt. Wie waren ingesamt zufrieden. Eine 8/10

The staff is super helpful and helped us to plan our trips and excursions and found us a very good car and with driver. 하루 잠만 자고 나왔기 때문에 세세한 리뷰는 어렵습니다만 리셉션의 직원은 친절했으며 객실도 적당한 크기면서 전체적으로는 좋았습니다. 다만 객실 내 세면대쪽으로 청소가 살짝 아쉬운 부분이 있었고 3인실의 경우 3명이 여러 전자기기를 연결하기에는 전기 콘센트가 약간 부족한 느낌입니다. 그래도 가격적으로 매력적이며 공항과 가까워서 공항과의 연계성이 좋은 곳이라 생각됩니다.

Schönes kleines Hotel mit liebenswertem Personal. Sogar ein Pool konnte auf der kleinen Fläche integriert werden, auch wenn er recht kalt war. Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon und Sitzmöglichkeit. Sehr bequeme Betten, angenehm weich und nicht durchgelegen. Wenig Platz für Kleidung, aber man kann sich für ein paar Tage gut behelfen. Toll ist, dass man die Möglichkeit hat sich jederzeit kostenlos Wasser und Kaffee zu nehmen und es stehen, je nachdem was wohl vom Frühstücksbuffet übrig geblieben ist, auch kleine Sacks, Obst und Kekse bereit. So wird weniger weggeworfen, was wiederum nachhaltig ist. Am Samstag findet auf der Straße, an dem das Hotel ist, immer der Nachtmarkt statt, was wir ganz gut fanden. Fußläufig schnell in der Altstadt und auch sonst sind es keine langen Wege, wenn man was sucht. Ansonsten fahren überall TukTuks rum. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und können es bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

It’s a good hotel for the price . Customer service people were very nice . The slippers they gave to wear inside the room are very very bad even with a drop of water on the floor and you’ll slip if you have those slippers on . Toilet paper was very very cheap kind it just sticks onto your hand . Tooth brush etc very not good at all . Breakfast buffet was mediocre for the price they charged and what other hotels offer , but on the whole Like I said the price you pay for the kind of hotel I will say I liked the hotel .

Great location, can easily walk to, like everything. Restaurants, laundry, bank, open street food, 7-11, salons, simply everything w/out need for taxi. Simple thing, but means a lot when hot and humid - free bottled water in cooler. Wonderful breakfast. We should have cancelled Bangkok visit and lengthened stay.
