Convenient location near motorway, Innaloo Westfield Mall anf Ikea. Sushi Wawa across the Rd has great food. No pool or outside relaxing area. No complimentary parking. You have to pay $15per day. Free parking is across the Rd in the ikea carpark, but you'll need to shift it as they have a 4 hr limit during the day. We'll appointed kitchen with Dish drawer. Good sized bathroom. 2 aircon units Washer and dryer. Comfortable stay, recommended property.

The size of the rooms are large and quiet. Undercover off street parking available (bays are quite tight for a 4x4 though). Walking distance to parks and shipping centre. 2nd time staying here and can't fault the service.

I booked two rooms on Expedia in the same transaction and they had no knowledge of us being booked together hence we were on different floors. we also advised we had a car but still could not park in the car park for the hotel. room was clean and big.

It was a little far from your local shops but there are food and dining amenities at your door step. The room availed was just perfect. It was clean. The common areas such as the corridor and the smell was a bit stale and could see specks of mud on the carpet. Parking was $15 a night reserved under Quest reserve. Book in advance due to limited lots. The guest service was accommodating when I tried to retain my room as part of the extension of my stay.

Customer service was not good. One the receptionist staff was having problems with communication with regards to the room. We got room but didn't get parking in the building. They ask my kids and myself to park across the road and walk to the hotel. This was not convenient.

The room was modern and beautifully designed. Staff were professional and helpful. Very close to many restaurants and Westfield Shopping Centre. Twisties under the bed were visible on arrival. Cleaning staff may need to be reminded to look and clean under beds.

Reception staff were professional and friendly. Apartment service staff were accomodating and also friendly. Wifi quality was intermittent on the top floor. A few of the towels were stained. Bed linen was crisp. We made use of the coffee room but didn’t hear about it until four days in. Didn’t realise the garden area was an option to utilise. Overall a lovely stay.

Room was clean on arrival. Towel change every day except Sunday. Coffee and milk not always replenished and bed not made up. Safe threw up an error code the night before our 4am departure. Fortunately I’d decided to have our hand luggage ready. Had this occurred on the morning of our departure we’d have missed the pick up and probably the flight.

Over all the place and the staff were lovely. But the bathroom…. The shower was NOT clean properly. There was black hair on the edge of the shower and over the shampoo and conditioner bottles on the walll. And they “put new linen in there and I don’t think they didn’t as there was one of the towels was yellowy tinge and it was there the next morning when I got back to the hotel room….

Super apartments great facilities only small issue is even though the windows are double glazed you still get some traffic noise up until about 9pm not a big issue but the apartments facing outward will all be the same

The property presented well and the staff were excellent. If you stay, ask for a room without a co-joining door to the room next door. The doors are not sound proof and will let any party noise easily through. We were awake until 4am. Disappointed with that, not to mention extremely tired.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The reception ladies were lovely, cleaning team very helpful and thorough, and the location was more than ideal, peaceful and quiet, Karrinyup shopping district and CBD easily accessible if you have a car. My only qualm was that i was not told about the security bond until i arrived for check in, which was a bit inconvenient to pay on the spot, however i booked through Expedia so perhaps that’s their responsibility for not putting it in the fine print. Nonetheless i enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

The property was one of the better hotels I’ve ever stayed at, easily walkable to public transport and shopping, and staff were all professional, friendly and lovely. Great value for money overall and would definitely stay again~ Highly recommend!!
