We travel alot.and this place is spot.Abdul was great.pictures on internet spot on .shower was great beds were comfortable and big.would stay again also had a grill that i was able to cook on 5 ⭐ for me

I would highly recommend this location only one block away from boardwalk room and pool well kept the owner even allowed us to park our car in the parking lot and use the pool before check in because we were there early he was very accommodating I have no complaints I will definitely be back when I visit wildwood again

I booked a one-night stay in Wildwood, NJ through Hotels.com with full intent to stay at the property. While en route, I called the front desk and was told that early check-in was available for $20 and that a room was ready. Based on that assurance, I proceeded to the hotel. However, when I arrived, the same staff member stated the room was not ready and changed the parking fee to $25. While discussing this change, another guest entered and expressed surprise at how we were being treated. The staff member then began arguing with both of us, creating a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. I no longer felt safe staying at the property. My father, who was with me, also voiced concern about the lack of professionalism. I immediately contacted Hotels.com and explained that due to the behavior of the hotel staff, I no longer felt safe or welcomed and chose not to check in. Hotels.com made two attempts to resolve the issue, but the property refused a refund. I am requesting a chargeback for services not rendered. I did not stay at the hotel, did not receive the agreed-upon accommodations, and was met with a hostile environment. Given the circumstances, I believe a full refund is warranted.

Pool was the only good thing about this hotel.

Abdul was very friendly , the pool was very clean. The room was nice , especially the shower. We're used to staying in places with a small kitchenette but there was a small refrigerator and a microwave that served our purpose. A bit of a walk but was manageable. Overall, we had a pleasant trip.

Situé à environ 10 min de marche de la plage (3 rues) et plusieurs restaurants à proximité. L’insonorisation entre les chambres est très bien .Le Bbq disponible pour tous a été tres pratique pour le souper près de la piscine, Petit bémol l’hôtel est situé sur une rue passante donc le bruit des autos peut être incommodant pour certaines personnes.Pour ma part je la recommande

Abdul was good guy and helpful only I didn’t like about is the parking space not enough space it’s to tight

The man at the front desk, Abdul, was very helpful and accommodating with parking, and check in time. Very polite and helpful. The room and pool looked very clean.

The property was updated and only a few blocks from most attractions, Armon was amazing and kept the place quiet and free from just anyone coming onto the property. The pool was great and clean, the staff was always nice and checked daily if we needed any towels, soaps or anything else. will stay again next year.

He called me earlier in the day to inquire on my check in time, and he was nice enough to wait for our arrival, as we did not get in until 8:15 after having worked followed by a 4 hour drive. He made sure we had no issues getting into our room. The room itself was very nice. Big standup shower, a microwave, and a mini fridge. They have a grill on site by the pool, which I thought was also nice. We did not have a chance to use the pool, but it looked very clean. We booked here for one night because of the price and proximity to the boardwalk, which was only a short walk to. Only about a 15-20 minute drive to the main area of Cape May as well. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We booked this property last minute for a sporting event for one night. The hotel is in horrible condition. There is trash everywhere. The room itself was extremely dirty, I don't think the bathroom had been cleaned in months. We wouldn't not have stayed there if we weren't extremely tired., and we knew we we are sleeping a few hours and checking out. Stay away.

It was very clean, quiet, beds were comfortable, shower was great and manager was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be returning here!

Very clean place to stay. Pretty modern. The pool was very nice and you can tell it was taken care of very well. Abdul, the man at the desk, was very helpful and friendly. You could easily tell he cared about the people who stayed there and their experience at The Sunrise Inn. I would highly recommend this affordable place to stay.

Our room had the worst odor you could imagine, like sweat and musk. The blankets were stained and smelled. Close to the board walk. The fridge was rusted. Not enough towels, they were also cheap.

The hotel was nice and clean. Abdul was ver nice and helpful.

we kept smelling a stench coming from one of the beds. after awhile we decided to take the sheets off to check only to find vomit stains all over the bed. after seeing that we thought our room wasn’t even cleaned. when we asked the front desk if the maid was still here two men told us she left but if we wanted to we could change the sheets ourselves. we then asked for a room change and were given it. when we went to check out the woman in charge kept questioning why we changed rooms and was trying to blame us for the smell.

We stayed here this past weekend and had a great experience. The hotel is in a perfect location, just steps away from the beach. Everything was very clean, and the room was comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy, which made our stay even more relaxing. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Wildwood!

It was very clean

Broken towel rack in bathroom. Told manager to make a note so i don't get charged. Don't know if he did but he never showed to check it out

The room was not bad in general, but tv did not not work, AC smells like burning plastic. The most disappointing thing that when I called to the hotel and could not not undesand only one word and asked to repit it for me, I heard back that if I do not understand English, I should stay home. Also, no one problem was solved and we had to leave to different place. I did not like that next door people smoked marihuana. People were making BBQ, listened loud music. The plase was too loud and busy for me in general. I prefer calm, clean ,polite, and respectful palces.

Our check in took at least 15 minutes even though there was no one ahead of us. I’m hoping this was a new employee. It could get nasty during the busy season. After the check in experience, I was greatly surprised at the nice room accommodations. Bed was very comfortable.

Very nice staff, Abdul was a great person! Very clean place. We informed them about the TV not working as well as the bathroom light. TV was never fixed; bathroom light was looked at & we were informed that it would be replaced throughout our stay and it never was… however besides that it was a pleasure staying here especially because it was so affordable on a holiday weekend. Will definitely be back, the bathroom was very nice as well as the staff and the rooms.

Family of five, wanted to stay walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. The Sunrise was wonderful! We had two very comfortable King beds and a sofa pull out in a nice big room. Room was very clean with tile floors and a really nice shower. Jersey Girl, Dragon China and a really nice bar are all walking distance, like super super close. We absolutely loved our trip. Abdul greeted us when we arrived and was very nice to our family and made sure we had everything we needed our whole stay. Everyone we saw and talked to was so nice. Next time we go to Wildwood, I will definitely book with The Sunrise again. Also! If you like to rent a golf cart, it’s directly across the street. Rite is kitty corner too.

The person at front was really unprofessional

Abdul was so awesome, checked up on us a lot. Such a great couple days staying, can't wait to go back next year! We love you Abdul!

I booked this hotel for 1 night only to arrive and find out that the hotel was CLOSED DOWN! Some guy walks up and tells me he's sending me to a different hotel that i looked at the reviews and they were awful! Bed bugs and all. I did not go to the 1 star hotel they tried to send me to and now they are refusing to refund my money saying they have a no refund policy?? what the?? THEY WERE CLOSED DOWN!!! I am now reporting this to the BBB. RUN DONT WALK away from this scam!!!! Only gave 1 star because i had to!!!

Will stay again! Abdul is so polite and welcoming offering help and making sure we have what we need. So kind and gentle to our kids. He was always walking around the property making sure everything is in check. The property is spotless outside and in. No trash. No wet smell in the rooms. Not even any sand. We had a full size fridge and a microwave and bigger trash cans than any hotel we have stayed in. Comfortable beds, clean floors, and spacious rooms Which is super convenient when traveling with kids! The shower head system is amazing and the water is hot and not hard! We will definitely stay again!

Had an amazing stay will be visiting again the worker Abdul made it feel like we was family and if we needed anything he was there to help better than the pictures they upgraded all the rooms its way better than pictured !

Abdul was a super host. Room was comfortable. Location close to all attractions , restaurants etc.

Overall a great stay and easy access to beach

The property was very nice close to the beach/boardwalk although we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool during our stat because of the weather, but you are right on a strip. A lot of stores restaurant definitely book it stay here. Staff was real. Nice rooms was very nice. I will be visiting soon again.
