What I like about it was the price was fair and if you want a relaxing day or overnight the Jacuzzi suite is well worth it.. I enjoyed my stay!!!

It was a great location restaurants are near them. Parking was great too.

Need do better clean rooms definitely hot tubs. In get better wifi. To many rooms n people living there to have slow wifi

So the property is definitely lower mid range but clean ISH I checked the bed no bugs I stayed an entire weekend. I did not see any bugs in the romantic fantasy room. The room is pretty dark. They have one side table lamp and the bathroom lights with like a laser party light on the ceiling. And some random color lights on the wall. You gotta make sure that the door actually shuts behind you. It might not the toilet, barely flushes. It has gotten clogged like every day. I stopped flushing, toilet paper and I flushed like wipes. The first time I used it and definitely learned my lesson. The bed is pretty stiff The specialty chair thing had marks on it like they didn’t clean it. I had to go buy some cleaning supplies to wipe everything down. The shower still had other people‘s hair in it. The table underneath the TV is pretty used and marked up. The door does not have the second swing lock on it like it was cut off parking lot pretty dirty and usually pretty full when you pull in on the right side of the building it’s like a one-way you take all the way around depending on where your room is. A good hotel to work in lots of traffic. They do not give a damn. I didn’t see the police here one time definitely heard them at the gas station though. Taco Bell is next-door bowling alley two doors down gas station two doors down. There’s a lot to do around here fairly close to the city. There’s a mall nearby. Check in with quick and easy. They offer like overnight eight hr and four hr

Was not worth $155, room stunk like it wasn’t cleaned, floor was dirty. Door looked like it had been kicked in before. Didn’t have additional lock to secure yourself. Had to put a chair to door. Jacuzzi was dirty. Curtain wouldn’t close properly

The property was unsanitary sex stains on the sheets, cigarette burns on the couch, saw two cockroaches. It was unsafe the lock on the door was broken, the motel is giving us the run around about our refund. DO NOT STAY THERE !!!

The hotel is decent for what it is, but housekeeping could be doing a lot better the last time I stayed there there was blood all over the toilet seat very noticeable. And there’s been some questionable marks on some of the sex chairs so I’m not really sure if they’re wiping them down in between each new renter. I’ll probably go back. I usually bring my own cleaning supplies.

Pictures shown are a little deceiving, this place had blood stained sheets. Room smelled like 10 ashtrays. , super outdated. Absolutely horrible.

You know it won\'t be a good night\'s sleep when you are pulling in and the police are pulling out, slowly. Our check in time was 2pm. We were running late all day. We get there at almost 2am and the front desk clerk tries to tell me the rooms are all sold out! I had already paid for it online!! I did eventually get a key. Upon looking at the door, it had been kicked in once! The people in the parking lot making "drug deals" were probably why the police were there! There was traffic all night long. We literally had to stay awake just to watch the car! The room itself was not clean, stains on floor, cigarette burns and what looked like a crack pipe burn on the tub stained in. Pubic hairs on the face towels. At the very, very least since we did not undo the bed I don\'t think we brought home unwanted guests!!! If it had been any hopes of obtaining a refund, we would have not stayed. We had already paid $91 for a room that I got a receipt for having paid$69!! We were there for a funeral and already running short on funds. Do not stay here!!

Room was dirty, checked in and checked back out paid 100$ for nothing ! Me and my partner were satisfied

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I booked online, got there and that's when things just started to go wrong. We were giving a room key, we had to go back to the front desk five times telling them it did not work until they finally went to the room with us and unlocked it with the key and told us that we wouldn't have a key to the room until 5:00 p.m. when the security guard got there and he would be the one to fix it. So we asked for a different room and ended up having to pay more for a downgraded room. The lock was broken on this room, the floor was cracked and taped it down, the jacuzzi was filthy, the door did not shut all the way you could literally see daylight through it. The toilet constantly ran because it was broken. Worst hotel stay of my life!

The head board was broken. The heater didn’t work and the lock on the door wasn’t working properly.

My heat didn’t work at all

The fridge in Room 219 was too horrible to clean. The bed made a loud sound every time you got on or off the bed.

There were cigarette burns on blankets and sheets there were noises and people hanging around right across the street all night. It’s just in a bad area and the rooms were pretty shabby and so was the bedding. The online add displays clean rooms with either the dancing pole and chair or the pole and tub or the chair and the tub yet the rooms only had 1 after changing rooms three times to get one with both or all three. I asked the attendant and that wasn’t hell the rooms were they only had one. Sometimes you can get a room at two of the items. There are signs for a lingerie store that no longer exist. It’s just a sign that’s up on a wall. It was what it was for a quick stay yet if you ever go here take your register weapons for protection anything could’ve happened when we were there pretty unsafe and less than clean place. We saw housekeeping and spoke with her about towels. She offered us towels, but she didn’t give them to us so we don’t know what happened. We had to ask someone the next day or later that day whatever happened because no one clean the room no one did anything.

I paid for a jacuzzi suite and never got one was told several different reasons for this and still haven’t received compensation for this matter

My key never worked to open or unlock my door to my room. Maintanence couldnt fix the issue.

it wasn't bad and it wasn't the best either. overall a ok stay wish the heat stayed working

The lady that was working the front desk wasn't so nice in the beginning, but later she was very kind.

The guy at the front desk was rude! My room was supposed to be ready for me to check in at 2pm I called and told them I'm spending the day with my family and will be in later, they said it's fine. I get there at 10pm and they tell me very rudely that I have to wait another hour my rooms not done. We waited got to the room and it looks nothing like what was advertised, it looked like a motel 6, like the bad ones you see in movies. Nothing romantic about it the place looks like a brothel.

The place yelled at us for trying to enter, apparently u had to be served like a box office in the entry way and the woman was very rude...they had huge signs showing no refunds, and that they rent by the hour. The towels were thread bare and scratchy, house keeping never came...so we had to dry off with wash cloths...and the room was fithy. There were ashes on the counter and burns on the bed...and no chain for the door...honesty the room looked like it may give u and std jist sleeping there...we only stayed cus wed already paid and with no refund we were stuck...10/10 would NOT recommend.

I've stayed at Luxe Inn & Suites before. The first time, the staff was friendly, competent, and I knew what I was getting into. The building is old and its a cheap hotel that even has hourly prices, so expectations weren't high. However, the last TWO TIMES we've arranged stays with the Luxe, we were met by an overweight man who treated us like we were an inconvenience to him for existing. When I approached the window, he didn't even get off his cell phone until I had finished talking. He wasn't working, he was just checking messages. He didn't even bother looking up our reservation he just kept repeating, "You'll have to make a new reservation, and reserved rooms arent available until 2pm next day" which didnt help me at all, I was there to get a room for THAT NIGHT. I came to get a room, if you can't help me with that, give your job up to someone who will. I just dont understand why people like this even have a job. Luxe is a great place when the Hotel Staff isn't disrespectful.

Expedia is a joke. I was sent an itinerary. I called luxe inn she said she don’t have anything for me. No reservation no nothing.

I can’t believe im still fetting charged i made the booking tried to check in an hr earlier but was denied…. This smart hotel marked as i did cell in when i did not they are a big scam!!!!!!

Made a reservation online but got to the room about 12:30am so the staff wouldn’t let us check in saying check in is at 2pm so we had to go find another room.

Lady in the front seat first gave me the wrong room twice and didn’t want to give us the right room we pod for.

The hotel staff that checked me in was very rood! She was on the phone when I came in and she even threw my ID & Key card back at me through the window. They stay here was great but some of the hotel staff need to fix their attitudes and throwing my ID at me along with my keycard was very disrespectful

Last minute stay. I did not receive the upgraded room that I made a reservation for onsite. Our room did not have a microwave. Hotel cut the telephone in my room off after I called to ask if there was a microwave I could use. There was a shootout near the lobby. Someone accidentally walked into our room.
