Amazing facility and accommodating staff. Jennie went about and beyond with our requests. And Toan always greeted us with smiles. Definitely recommend Breakfast buffet was amazing. Bar has good food and the seafood restaurant has a great atmosphere. Easy access to the beach from the main pool

夏休みに、5泊お世話になりました。プライベートプールが思っていた以上に大きくて、とても綺麗に維持されていて最高でした。3階建で広いので、清掃時間がかかるため、夕方まで来なかったりする事もありましたが、それを踏まえてもまたリピートしたいと思いました。

This is our second time staying at a Premier Village. Each location was excellent. From the villas, to the property and grounds. The beach in Da Nang was beautiful and the water clean, crystal clear and surprisingly warm. The breakfast at Lemongrass was great and provide a lot of variety. The villa was excellent, quiet, and the private pool provided a great place to wind down or cool off while at the room.

General service is good. Front line staff, including drivers and safe guards are all friendly and helpful. We loved to chat with them. Gardening and environment is well-maintained with tropical and exotic Vietnam vibes. Direct connection with the beach is charming and romantic. However our villa showed multiple malfunction when we moved in. TV was not available in all rooms. Took them 1 day to fix it. Pool lights were broken, fixed in the other day and then broken again. One of the water heaters was not working as the circuit was broken by the fuse. Our impression towards the hotel was kinda ruined by these details. While they should maintain or check the villa facility before clients' check-in. In stead, these checking/fixing/communication became the first activity of our Danang vacation. Definitely cooling down your mood. Lastly, their water heater was disappointing. After turning on the water heater for a while, you could enjoy 10min of warm water shower. Then it would be cool shower time. I did not understand why there is a bath tub.

It was great time with my family. It was very nice resort to stay carm with family. My little kids enjoyed pool and beach. Main pool was not crowded. The only thing what I felt not good was there is not good restaurant for dinner in the resort. There is a place but the cuisine was not so good and not various.

Amazing resort with great room condition, kind staff, great facilities. Very nice and cozy private pool and large comfortable main pool. Staffs were very kind from beginning, even before I arrived I was able to arrange everything from in-room BBQ and complimentary birthday cake. Thank you Vivian for your help and kindness! Cheers,

Unbelievable stay! The grounds our impeccable, the landscaping, the proximity to basically a private beach. Lisa was our personal assistant was the most attentive and extremely helpful. There was nothing that we could not get assistance with at anytime. Our villa was incredible. Sysyed in room 214 with direct access to the beach and private pool. I would recommend staying here.

가족여행시 숙소로는 최고였습니다. 담당매니저 Jason 은 세심하게 카카오톡 메신저를 통해 불편한것을 물었고, 궁금한점은 즉각 응대해주었습니다. 리조트가 워낙 넓어 이동은 전동카로 하였는데, 카운터에 전화하면 5분이내에 도착하여 불편함이 없었습니다. 침구류도 매일 교체해주고 청소해주어 오후에 외출시 돌아오면 청소가 완료되어 매우 편리했습니다.

Not a 5 star experience. We pay a lot for comfort and didn’t receive it. The AC in our bedroom didn’t work. We called for maintenance and they checked it, but we’re unable to fix it. It was so hot and very difficult to sleep at night. Our pool lights were also broken. We asked those to be fixed so we could relax and swim at night. They said they would fix but never did. We ordered cocktails at the pool and took them back to our room. 30 minutes later we had a staff member knocking on our door saying they needed the glass back. We didn’t even get to finish our drinks. It’s a beautiful hotel, but poorly maintained and poor service. I did not feel happy.

The villa was modern and well kept. Excellent customer service. Love that the villa has the private pool and the breakfast buffet was delightful, made our trip even more wonderful. It’s right on the beach with great location as you can walk around the areas, neighborhoods, and to nearby restaurants. Avoid going to tourists trap restaurants and bars as prices are crazy high for what you’re getting. The customer service level at these places are way above the normal level that it made us felt very uncomfortable.
The villa was modern and well kept. Excellent customer service. Love that the villa has the private pool and the breakfast buffet was delightful, made our trip even more wonderful. 1박에 60만원가량에 저렴하지않은 가격이지만 워낙 평이 좋고 인근시설 접근성도 좋아서 예약했습니다. 하지만 체크인 하는 때에 아코르멤버십 가입권유와 시작부터 오션어쎄쓰 빌라 업그레이드를 지속권유하고, 의도적으로 고객 컴플레인이 많은 370빌라를 배정해주었습니다. 370호 빌라는 매우 시끄럽고 리조트 외곽이어서 바깥 도로에 자동차 경적소리가 끊임없이 들리고,출퇴근하는 직원들이 계속 왔다갔다하여 소음이 심합니다. 그리고 풀빌라 안전상태가 좋지않아 저희 막내는 오자마자 튀어나온 타일에 상처가났습니다. 이러한이유들로 방을 바꿔달라하였으나 지속적으로 추가 비용을 지불하고 방을 옮기라 권유하며, 같은 가든뷰 빌라는 모두 full booking 이라 얘기합니다. 그냥 보아도 빈방이 많은데 고객들로 하여금 추가 결제를 유도하는 경영수법인듯 합니다. 다행히 방을 바꿔주어 좋았습니다만, 그러한 의도들이 다분해 다낭도깨비에 글을 올렸습니다. 그런데 그 다음날 저희와 똑같은 일을 겪은 고객이 또다시 나타났다는 사실을 올린 글 댓글을 통해 확인하였고, 그 분역시 같은수법으로 370쪽 빌라를 배정해주고, 추가결제 유도하여 방을 바꾸게하였습니다. 담당 메니저는 저와 다른 이 였지만,동일한 수법을 사용하는 것을 보아하니 한국인 및 특정 관광객을 대상으로 하는 파렴치한 경영 수법 인 듯 합니다. 가실 분들은 부디 숙지하시고, 미리 조용한 빌라를 배정해달라고 요청하시던가 미리 방 번호를 알려달라고 요청해보세요. 저희는 업그레이드 받고 오션어쎄쓰 빌라로 옮겨서 만족도는 높았습니다. 해변이 가깝고 메인풀도 좋습니다. 직원들도 친절하구요. 조식또한 맛있습니다. 다만 처음에 겪었던 일로 인해 두번 찾지는 않을 것 같습니다. 가족여행시 숙소로는 최고였습니다. 담당매니저 Jason 은 세심하게 카카오톡 메신저를 통해 불편한것을 물었고, 궁금한점은 즉각 응대해주었습니다. 리조트가 워낙 넓어 이동은 전동카로 하였는데, 카운터에 전화하면 5분이내에 도착하여 불편함이 없었습니다. 침구류도 매일 교체해주고 청소해주어 오후에 외출시 돌아오면 청소가 완료되어 매우 편리했습니다.

It was our second visit in Premier Village. I was not sure what brought us back here But as soon as we arrived, We realized what it was. It was just so convenient to communicate with the villa manager and all the inquiries and requirements were handled through the single channel which was very nice. The villa manager Kay was responsive and prompt. Buggy drivers were very friendly too. However, the dining options and breakfast could be a lot more Improved.

Not a 5 star experience. We pay a lot for comfort and didn’t receive it. The AC in our bedroom didn’t work. We called for maintenance and they checked it, but we’re unable to fix it. It was so hot and very difficult to sleep at night. Our pool lights were also broken. We asked those to be fixed so we could relax and swim at night. They said they would fix but never did. We ordered cocktails at the pool and took them back to our room. 30 minutes later we had a staff member knocking on our door saying they needed the glass back. We didn’t even get to finish our drinks. It’s a beautiful hotel, but poorly maintained and poor service. I did not feel happy.

This is our second time staying at a Premier Village. Each location was excellent. From the villas, to the property and grounds. The beach in Da Nang was beautiful and the water clean, crystal clear and surprisingly warm. The breakfast at Lemongrass was great and provide a lot of variety. The villa was excellent, quiet, and the private pool provided a great place to wind down or cool off while at the room.

The villa was modern and well kept. Excellent customer service. Love that the villa has the private pool and the breakfast buffet was delightful, made our trip even more wonderful. It’s right on the beach with great location as you can walk around the areas, neighborhoods, and to nearby restaurants. Avoid going to tourists trap restaurants and bars as prices are crazy high for what you’re getting. The customer service level at these places are way above the normal level that it made us felt very uncomfortable.

General service is good. Front line staff, including drivers and safe guards are all friendly and helpful. We loved to chat with them. Gardening and environment is well-maintained with tropical and exotic Vietnam vibes. Direct connection with the beach is charming and romantic. However our villa showed multiple malfunction when we moved in. TV was not available in all rooms. Took them 1 day to fix it. Pool lights were broken, fixed in the other day and then broken again. One of the water heaters was not working as the circuit was broken by the fuse. Our impression towards the hotel was kinda ruined by these details. While they should maintain or check the villa facility before clients' check-in. In stead, these checking/fixing/communication became the first activity of our Danang vacation. Definitely cooling down your mood. Lastly, their water heater was disappointing. After turning on the water heater for a while, you could enjoy 10min of warm water shower. Then it would be cool shower time. I did not understand why there is a bath tub.

It was great time with my family. It was very nice resort to stay carm with family. My little kids enjoyed pool and beach. Main pool was not crowded. The only thing what I felt not good was there is not good restaurant for dinner in the resort. There is a place but the cuisine was not so good and not various.
