The whole staff were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. They were exceptionally attentive from dawn till dusk, you will be in very safe hands with the team at Galaxy. Keti helped us plan our trips (boat cruise and winery tours) as well as helping me to pick out a private location for our engagement! The breakfast was hearty and delicious and the restaurant Le Moustache has a gorgeous view of the caldera and is the perfect location for fine dining and to watch the sunset. The pool and lounging facilities were very clean and it’s beautifully tranquil. 10/10

Nothing short of amazing! Would stay here again and again. We had the most amazing views from our Honeymoon Suite and the staff were attentive to all of our needs. The infinity pool is refreshing! Le Moustache is convenient and served scrumptious food. Within walking distance to Fira (20-30 mins) and roughly 3 hours (strenuous but scenic) hike to Oía.

This is a gem! Loved the beautiful scenic view. The staff makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. Rooms are clean and decorated with charm. You will not want to miss the view from your room! The pool area is top notch for scenery. My daughter and I took a girl's trip and this was the perfect quaint get-away. Good food and fabulous drinks at the pool. We will return to this hotel soon!

Gorgeous hotel with Amazing views! Room was perfect, with our own jacuzzi on the terrace which we loved. Breakfast delivered to our terrace each morning was a great touch and made it very special - also very tasty! Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, quiet and serene but very close walk to many restaurants and bars. Our favourite meal whilst in Santorini was in the hotels restaurant, Le Moustache, the sunset setting was extremely beautiful and the food was excellent, we had the prawns to start and beef for mains - 10/10 recommend!! Fantastic Stay!!

Our stay at Galaxy Suites exceeded our high expectations. The property is gorgeous and in a terrific location in Imerovigli. Easily accessible for car transfers and by the footpath between Fira and Oia. Breathtaking views. The staff was phenomenal. Keti at the front desk was incredibly helpful, responsive and super nice. The rest of the staff was just as friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant, Le Mustache, was excellent. A delicious breakfast was included each morning and contained more food than we could eat. We stayed in a 3 bedroom, which was perfect for a family of 5. We had a great plunge pool but found that we didn't really need it as the hotel has an incredible infinity pool and another pool onsight with plenty of spaces for sunbathing. My only recommendation would be to label the light switches in the room as there were a lot of them and it was not always intuitive as to which lights they controlled. A very minor suggestion on an incredible holiday property. We hope to return.

We loved our stay, our room was spacious, staff were attentive(especially great staff at the reception), the pools were great, we had no issues with reservations at the infinity pool and the pool near our room was basically just ours so it was nice for privacy. We dined at the restaurant and enjoyed everything we had. Breakfast was brought to our room which was great, with different options everyday. Now a few things could be improved like having glasses/cups for drinking water/making coffee in the room and the rooms were nice but could use some updating, like painting for example and a shower door/curtain to decrease flooding in the bathroom from the shower. Also the mattress was a bit rough but maybe it’s just me. Overall would stay again but some improvements could be made.

Galaxy Suites is the place to stay in Santorini! We had amazing views of the sunset every night and used the infinity pool each day. You get to choose your breakfast each morning to be delivered right on your private balcony. Katie was also great helping with all our needs including recs and ordering us taxis. This is a great option for your next vacay.

Stop right here, you don’t need to look any further! Upon arriving the staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to find us a buggy and rental car delivered to us at the hotel! That was amazingly helpful and made the whole vacation better! The view is the best! We even had an amazing view of clouds over the water one morning which made us feel like we were staying in the sky. They dissipated later into an amazing pool day at the infinity pool. We had a honeymoon suite, even though it was just me and my daughter on a girls trip. But we wanted the hot tub and larger room. It was beautiful, comfortable, close to everything and so easy! Be sure to reserve your cabana ahead of time for the infinity pool as there are only 4 covered cabanas and you don’t want to miss that! There are more uncovered ones, but it can be very hot in July. Staff at Le Moustache (pool restaurant) were friendly and gave very good service. Our room was very comfortable, when we needed something we were able to get it immediately. We walked down to reception simply because the staff was so helpful and it was nice talking with them. The kitchen staff even got me a coffee before breakfast with a smile on their face - thank you! This is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed and we stayed at another location on the island before this. The balcony and infinity pool were the best part of it! You will not be disappointed!

Superb!! Accommodation was excellent with own plunge pool & view over The Caldera. Also quiet and peaceful. Excellent location, half way between the bigger towns of Fira & Oei - so thankfully away from the touristy chaos but steps away from many restaurants, including lovely restaurant as part of hotel. Breakfast was included for us and excellent. Katie at Reception was amazing and nothing too much trouble. We had a scooter delivered to front door giving us great access to all areas and adventures on Santorini. I would highly recommend Galaxy Suites without hesitation.

Galaxy Suites was the perfect place for our stay in Santorini. Its location in Imerovigli was exactly what we were looking for—unmatched views I’d the caldera and sunsets, walkable to many dining and shopping options, centrally located for trips to other parts of the island and a good mix of activity with peaceful quiet. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and elegantly styled. The staff was extremely warm and helpful our entire trip and had many great recommendations to share. Very strongly recommended.

This hotel is nestled in the perfect place in Santorini. Walking distance to great restaurants as well. The staff was extremely accommodating and provided extra of everything needed. The room was so clean and the breakfast options are amazing. The staff assisted us with getting transportation to the airport and suggested great restaurants and beaches. Overall the staff was the best part because they were genuinely seeking to make the stay the most comfortable and accommodating :)

Probably one of the best infinity pools to see the sunset. The staff was great and the room very comfortable. The room’s pool is a bit small and there are occasions where people may pass in front of it so not completely private. Breakfast was amazing every day served in your room. Would definitely recommend.

I have just come back from here after an amazing holiday with 3 girlfriends. The Galaxy Cave Suite was perfect for us all and the food in the restaurant was one of the best meals we had in Santorini. But most of all the owners and the whole team made it for us, they all looked after us so well and nothing was a problem. We will return soon as we loved this place. Best wishes Shirley

Galaxy is BEAUTIFUL, their location of the caldera view is impeccable hence i understand the price point. All staff within are incredibly friendly and they do treat you like family and remembers each of their guests. There are a few things that are unusual, firstly their reception for check-in is pretty hidden down a few flight of stairs with barely any signs to guide you there. The process for check-in is pretty informal and not what you would traditionally expect, but i guess this is a part of their charm and it does give you the boutique/family feel. The rooms are clean and modern, and they provide customized breakfast every morning at your selected times. The plunge pool is adorable and VERY hot, which i like but my husband had to ask them to adjust it lower. Overall a wonderful experience and i hope to visit them again

We loved our stay, our room was spacious, staff were attentive(especially great staff at the reception), the pools were great, we had no issues with reservations at the infinity pool and the pool near our room was basically just ours so it was nice for privacy. We dined at the restaurant and enjoyed everything we had. Breakfast was brought to our room which was great, with different options everyday. Now a few things could be improved like having glasses/cups for drinking water/making coffee in the room and the rooms were nice but could use some updating, like painting for example and a shower door/curtain to decrease flooding in the bathroom from the shower. Also the mattress was a bit rough but maybe it’s just me. Overall would stay again but some improvements could be made.

This is a gem! Loved the beautiful scenic view. The staff makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. Rooms are clean and decorated with charm. You will not want to miss the view from your room! The pool area is top notch for scenery. My daughter and I took a girl's trip and this was the perfect quaint get-away. Good food and fabulous drinks at the pool. We will return to this hotel soon!

Our stay at Galaxy Suites exceeded our high expectations. The property is gorgeous and in a terrific location in Imerovigli. Easily accessible for car transfers and by the footpath between Fira and Oia. Breathtaking views. The staff was phenomenal. Keti at the front desk was incredibly helpful, responsive and super nice. The rest of the staff was just as friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant, Le Mustache, was excellent. A delicious breakfast was included each morning and contained more food than we could eat. We stayed in a 3 bedroom, which was perfect for a family of 5. We had a great plunge pool but found that we didn't really need it as the hotel has an incredible infinity pool and another pool onsight with plenty of spaces for sunbathing. My only recommendation would be to label the light switches in the room as there were a lot of them and it was not always intuitive as to which lights they controlled. Amazing rooms with even more amazing views. The included breakfast was delicious and so awesome not having to worry about food the second you wake up. Loved the customer service. They helped us with everything including scheduling taxis and planning the week and getting a catamaran ride all figured out. Loved the place and everybody there.

Galaxy is BEAUTIFUL, their location of the caldera view is impeccable hence i understand the price point. All staff within are incredibly friendly and they do treat you like family and remembers each of their guests. Galaxy Suites is the place to stay in Santorini! We had amazing views of the sunset every night and used the infinity pool each day. You get to choose your breakfast each morning to be delivered right on your private balcony. Katie was also great helping with all our needs including recs and ordering us taxis. This is a great option for your next vacay.

Keti is the most customer friendly person I’ve ever worked with in the hospitality industry. She was constantly on call for us, arranging transfers even into the evening hours when she wasn’t working. I came to Santorini and did not know where to stay, whether it was Oia, Imerovigli, or Fira. I ended up choosing Galaxy Suites & Villas, and I made the right decision. The hotel contacted me and let me know that my reservation was confirmed and I told them at that time that I was going to propose. They immediately upgraded my room to the honeymoon suite. We had beautiful views of the water, the islands and amazing sunsets. The pool on the balcony is great, and laying in the sun was amazing. The upgraded suite was a beautiful gesture, and when we got to the hotel, every member of the staff from the concierge, managers, to restaurant employees were so friendly. They even checked in to see how the proposal went. I would stay here again without a doubt! This hotel is located between Oia and Fira so it’s easy to travel to either town with no hassles, whether it’s ATVs, taxis, your own car, etc.

My husband and I loved our stay at the Galaxy Suites and Villa! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and all the hotel facilities are in great condition. The location was ideal- amazing sunset view, lots of near by restaurants, and a charming town with white buildings on the cliff without the crowds. Enjoying our breakfast on our balcony every morning was one of our trip highlights!

Stop right here, you don’t need to look any further! Upon arriving the staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to find us a buggy and rental car delivered to us at the hotel! That was amazingly helpful and made the whole vacation better! The view is the best! We even had an amazing view of clouds over the water one morning which made us feel like we were staying in the sky. They dissipated later into an amazing pool day at the infinity pool. We had a honeymoon suite, even though it was just me and my daughter on a girls trip. But we wanted the hot tub and larger room. It was beautiful, comfortable, close to everything and so easy! Be sure to reserve your cabana ahead of time for the infinity pool as there are only 4 covered cabanas and you don’t want to miss that! There are more uncovered ones, but it can be very hot in July. Staff at Le Moustache (pool restaurant) were friendly and gave very good service. Our room was very comfortable, when we needed something we were able to get it immediately. We walked down to reception simply because the staff was so helpful and it was nice talking with them. The kitchen staff even got me a coffee before breakfast with a smile on their face - thank you! This is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed and we stayed at another location on the island before this. The balcony and infinity pool were the best part of it! You will not be disappointed!

Superb!! Accommodation was excellent with own plunge pool & view over The Caldera. Also quiet and peaceful. Excellent location, half way between the bigger towns of Fira & Oei - so thankfully away from the touristy chaos but steps away from many restaurants, including lovely restaurant as part of hotel. Breakfast was included for us and excellent. Katie at Reception was amazing and nothing too much trouble. We had a scooter delivered to front door giving us great access to all areas and adventures on Santorini. I would highly recommend Galaxy Suites without hesitation.

The room, view, and breakfast were amazing. The service was especially excellent! Everyone was so kind and welcoming and Kety at the front was there every day with a huge smile and genuine friendly service. This was a perfect honeymoon retreat in a nice location conveniently walkable to Fira and drivable to Oia where we were close to everything happening but far enough to have a nice private experience.

Probably one of the best infinity pools to see the sunset. The staff was great and the room very comfortable. The room’s pool is a bit small and there are occasions where people may pass in front of it so not completely private. Breakfast was amazing every day served in your room. Would definitely recommend.

I honestly couldn't fault our stay everything was fabulous. - All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. - The views from both the room and restaurant were incredible, especially for sunset over the Caldera - Breakfasts were delicious and kept us going for most of the day - We ate at the restaurant several times and the food was great quality - Cocktails from the bar were very good too. - The room was very nice and was well designed so that it felt private. - The hotel is well located, having several good restaurants nearby but the area doesn't feel overly busy. It's easily walkable to get to Fira, and a nice hike to visit Oia Overall it was the perfect relaxing way to kick off our mini-moon. We would definitely visit again!

Gorgeous hotel with Amazing views! Room was perfect, with our own jacuzzi on the terrace which we loved. Breakfast delivered to our terrace each morning was a great touch and made it very special - also very tasty! Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, quiet and serene but very close walk to many restaurants and bars. Our favourite meal whilst in Santorini was in the hotels restaurant, Le Moustache, the sunset setting was extremely beautiful and the food was excellent, we had the prawns to start and beef for mains - 10/10 recommend!! We loved our stay, our room was spacious, staff were attentive(especially great staff at the reception), the pools were great, we had no issues with reservations at the infinity pool and the pool near our room was basically just ours so it was nice for privacy. We dined at the restaurant and enjoyed everything we had. Breakfast was brought to our room which was great, with different options everyday. Now a few things could be improved like having glasses/cups for drinking water/making coffee in the room and the rooms were nice but could use some updating, like painting for example and a shower door/curtain to decrease flooding in the bathroom from the shower. Also the mattress was a bit rough but maybe it’s just me. Overall would stay again but some improvements could be made.

Galaxy Suites is the place to stay in Santorini! We had amazing views of the sunset every night and used the infinity pool each day. You get to choose your breakfast each morning to be delivered right on your private balcony. Katie was also great helping with all our needs including recs and ordering us taxis. This is a great option for your next vacay.

Superb!! Accommodation was excellent with own plunge pool & view over The Caldera. Also quiet and peaceful. Excellent location, half way between the bigger towns of Fira & Oei - so thankfully away from the touristy chaos but steps away from many restaurants, including lovely restaurant as part of hotel. Breakfast was included for us and excellent. Katie at Reception was amazing and nothing too much trouble. We had a scooter delivered to front door giving us great access to all areas and adventures on Santorini. I would highly recommend Galaxy Suites without hesitation.

The seaside sunset views were spectacular and thoroughly enjoyed from our jacuzzi on our private balcony. The topside restaurant, The Mustache, has unbeatable sunset views that were absolutely stunning. The food was great. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Full of suggestions and I felt they really looked after us to ensure a smooth and relaxing vacation.

We LOVED our stay at Galaxy Suites! Our room was spacious with ample closet space, and a comfortable sitting area. Our semi-private porch had lounge chairs, a table and chairs, and a hot tub. Our view of the Aegean Sea and the sunset was absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was expansive, delicious, and was delivered to our room each morning.

If I could give it 10 stars I would !! I traveled with my beastie So peaceful, clean and amazing staff . I absolutely have no complaints with the hotel or establishment! Little pricey on all and any restaurant you eat but to be expected its Santorini !! We did pay for the experience and it was breathtaking ! The staff was the cherry on top ! Friendly and so eager to please and assist in all our needs . I would definitely return to this location . To mention they allowed us to check out late with no additional charge !! Thank you
