Great hotel with plenty close by. Spent the day at the San Juan Capistrano mission. Short drive here and we got a great price. Nice pool and decent breakfast. We will definitely be returning if we are in the area.

Very clean rooms and common areas. Easy check in and check out process. Lobby area has a convenience store of snacks and essentials. Breakfast was pretty well stocked above a typical continental breakfast. Perfect for our basketball team traveling and their families. Location is super close to a lot of shopping and restaurants, and easily accessible to Hwy 5 and Pacific Coast Highway to beaches.

The entire hotel smells like cheap cleaner and mildew. The rooms had the heaviest of the smell. Tried to cancel because of it and find another hotel and couldn’t. There is limited parking in the area most reserved for diamond Hilton members. It shares a parking lot with a car Volvo car dealership so expect a lot of in and out traffic as well as a loud speaker paging people. Very small pool area that was very dirty. The breakfast was absolutely terrible. I’d avoid this place at all cost

Excellent stay. Great complimentary breakfast. Clean two-queen bedroom. My only complaint is the sliding door design for the bathroom. There\'s no door lock and there\'s a small gap that people can "peek" through. This dual-purpose door slides to close either the bathroom OR the closet, but you can\'t do both simultaneously. If I open the bathroom door, it closes the closet if someone is using it. There were a few times when I opened the bathroom door and it hit my mom as she was putting clothes in the closet. Whoever designed this didn\'t think through the impractical use.

My flight didn’t arrive until late in the evening. When I checked in, they put me in a room that was directly facing the car lot with bright shining lights and the blinds would not close. I wasn’t able to sleep with the lights from the car lot shining into the room.

The lobby staff and breakfast attendants were thoughtful and very helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The rooms were always cleaned by the maids, clean towels provided daily, beds made and they never knocked on the door if the 'Do Not Disturb' sign was hanging on the door. A definite plus for me! Overall, an excellent stay!

the air conditioner a super loud and sounded like an out of tune car. The toilet ran loud and took forever to turn off. The mattress was squeaky and uncomfortable. Had a terrible nights sleep there. The location is good and the staff were fine. Breakfast was OK, but I was so tired from the lack of sleep my attitude was diminished to a degree.

Worse stay ever. Arrived to check in during the evening only to be told my room was not cleaned s d offered a refund. Once room was cleaned after a 30 min wait I went to room and it was not very clean. There was hair on the sheets and the coffee tea pouches were open and had been used. Additionally the wifi was out. I css as lord tech support that told me to call front desk. Front desk mentioned wifi was dwn and they were working w the provider. Did not work my entire stay. Room should be discounted. I’d hv been better off staying elsewhere.

It was no fault of the guy working at the desk, but we rolled in at midnight after driving 9 hours to get there. The computer system was shut down and they couldn't give us our rooms. We waited about 30 minutes (not a big deal) but they guy should absolutely have been more hospitable and welcoming to us. We were treated as if WE were the inconvenience and should just go away, find a new hotel, and ask for a refund later. He needs training in customer service. He did apologize later which was appreciated, but there was nothing offered to us while we waited (not even water). It's just not the service we are so used to with Hampton and Hilton.

I was having a medical issue and they wouldn't let me go to my room after trying to check in. They did not allow check in claiming that my card kept declining (not the case), and they wouldn't refund me although I never stepped foot past the front desk. I complained and they said once I sent verification of my medical issue, that then and only then would they refund me my money. Awful service. Inconsiderent and dehumanized staff. My medical paperwork his on the way. I've been on going treatment since then, two months ago exactly. I'm told that your stressing me out didn't help my stroke at all either.

We got to the airport in KC at 3am for a 5am flight. We got to hotel at 10:30 am asking for early check in as we were super tired. They put us on a list for early check in. We finally got to our room at 2:10 pm. The people in our room checked out at 11:30. Why does it take 2 1/2 hours to clean a room? So much for priority check in!

I wanted to make you aware of something. Upon moving my luggage to my car early the morning of my check out on 7/23/24, the front desk clerk exited the elevator onto the 3rd floor, counting cash and nearly ran into me. My thoughts are that he may have been going to the rooms of people checking out early and taking the maid's tips. Why would he be on the 3rd floor counting small bills and not at the front desk? I was hesitant to leave a maid tip & hid the tip in the bathroom. Also at 6:00 when the breakfast doors should have been opened, there was a sign at the front desk stating he was assisting other guests and would return soon. Nope, he was outside smoking. The breakfast doors were opened after 6 because of his cigarette break. No big deal but he has one job. I am most concerned about the hard working maids and the possibility their tips were being stolen. I needed to mention it.

I especially like that the front door is locked at 10:00 p.m. each night. This added a secure feeling to our stay. The property is conveniently located off of I-5 and close to San Juan Capistrano, where we planned to visit.

Overall clean and good service. Loud music from school behind of property Breakfast was not good. The eggs and meat NEED replaced. It tasted terrible and all 5 family members agreed. Coffee was great and Everything else was great.
