Very clean and helpful staff. Parking was super convenient and safe.

Nice spot. The only thing it lacks is a hot tub.

The pool area looked run down and uninviting we chose not to "enjoy" it.

One of the mornings we woke up to the terrible smell of grease trap getting cleaned from the restaurant next door. It was terrible. The pool was not clean but its location on the 6th floor was amazing. Great view.

Extremely disappointing experience. Arrived on 4th of July weekend only to learn the pool was closed for a deep clean on a holiday Saturday. Every complaint was met with there’s nothing we can do and there was no manager present on Saturday or Sunday. There was no warning through the checkout process or website that the main draw of this hotel would be closed. Aside from the unprofessional service and unwillingness to provide any accommodation for the extreme inconvenience of the pool being closed, room Tv was down for the first 4 hours of our stay, and there were decoration remnants on our ceiling from the previous guest. All we were told to do was to email the GM and that “he probably won’t get back to us till Monday” without being offered any compensation. I cannot express the dissatisfaction of myself as well as the others in my party who reserved rooms enough.

This property is in a perfect spot to park and car and walk the Streets of Tucson. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The pool area was outstanding located above the city and very clean. We give you a 10 and will definitely return.

Very nice hotel with somewhat limited food service. There are very good restaurants nearby. I had a delicious chicken quesadilla at the bar the night I arrived. I would stay here again. Modern decor and a beautiful pool area.

This hotel is centrally located downtown with lots of good eating choices within walking distance. The daily parking rate is crazy high for downtown Tucson but other than that a good choice.

The roof top pool was amazing.

It has a nice bar, we didn’t use the restaurant. Everything is near, lots of restaurants and bars around, I just did not give it five stars because they don’t tell you that parking is 25 dollars daily until you get there. Other than that the hotel is perfect and the staff is friendly.

They did not clean my room during my whole stay. They said they only refresh with new towels if requested. I did not know this or I would not have booked here.

Everything looked good and clean minus the random sock in my room behind the chair by the lamp. All in all pretty good. All the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Great place would go there again.

Very clean and comfortable

Upon entering the room, there was a terrible bathroom smell. Talked to a housekeeper down the hall, she didn’t have anything to rectify the problem. Went downstairs to talk to the hotel desk told them about stink. They said they’ll deal with it. came back about three hours later and still smelled but somewhat dissipated. Left for three more hours came back still smelled. My wife didn’t want to change the room because she doesn’t like to be a complainer and we had good view,so I said OK. Will not return.

The cleanness of the room

Hotel is in a great location awesome pool staff is great, but when I came back to the room I found these massive roaches that could pick me up and carry me away. Whoa! You got one job and that’s to make sure roaches the size of me aren’t in my room.

I stayed three nights. They never came to clean my room and I ran out of toilet paper.

Place was immaculate. Staff was friendly and professional. The memorial day event was something we will return for.

The property was very nice, but we were left a little underwhelmed by the room. It wasn’t very cozy and didn’t lend itself to lounging between our breaks in our day downtown. The shower was dirty as well. Looks like the top part of the shower walls had never been cleaned and there was mold starting to grow in the caulking. We got a good price on the room, but usually it’s double what we paid and I feel like it would be extremely overpriced at that dollar amount.

The hotel is adjacent to downtown clubs and you can hear the bass and club music until 2 am The hotel should disclaim this We didn’t get to sleep until after 2 am Will never stay here again even though the hotel is lovely and the staff was superb Huge bummer

Do not stay here unless you don’t mind staying up until 2am. That’s when the partying stops and the DJs pack it up for the night. They make you sign a waiver when you get there that you can’t ask for compensation for the noise. If you are a partier, this is probably the place for you. If you are not then stay else where so you can actually sleep peacefully.

Centrally located. Close to restaurants and bars. Small pool and room’s window right by the pool and people walking by.

We had room 636 which was very dark. One small window looking at pool. Windows arent treated so guests can look into the room from the pool area.

This was a beautiful hotel. We left the dirty doubletree by the airport to come here and were so pleased by the hotel's aesthetic. Unfortunately, the hotel is surrounded by nightclubs- even on a Sunday night, the pounding music is DEAFENING. I feel bad for the hotel because there is nothing they can do. They did say that they have quieter rooms but I called BS on that because the whole hotel was pounding. I would only stay here if I was going to the clubs. Do not stay here if you want to sleep.

We had a very nice room, but the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable so I had a lousy night's sleep.

Everything was great except the incredibly loud club underneath our room - and we were on the 8th floor - that blasted music until 2am. After it stopped, because I ofc could not fall asleep until it stopped, then cops had to come blaring sirens and yelling on their megaphones telling people to leave. Got no sleep. I should have known that the earplugs next to my bed were a bad omen. Just wish we had been given any advance notice so we would have requested a room on other side. Other than that, I would have given 5 stars. We will not be back…

Very clean room, nice views, but the night club was too much. Way too noisy till 2am. Next time we will stay on the other side of building. We we're on the 6th floor, corner to the night club.

Horrible hotel, I will not stay here again out of principle. Staff was friendly upon arrival, but I went to the front desk multiple times to get help, and no one was there - had to wait 10 minutes a couple of times for someone to return. But that wasn’t even the bad part. I was in town for work, and met some acquaintances for dinner the night of my arrival. I returned to my room to find 10 cent earplugs on my nightstand, which I assumed were for lively foot traffic, considering the hotel is downtown; “no big deal,” I thought, I lived in NYC for a few years and some noise while trying to sleep isn’t disruptive. I discovered my assumptions were incorrect when I was awoken at 1:00 am by an outdoor nightclub literally next door to the hotel outside my window playing insanely loud music. I put in the cheap earplugs, but the bass was so loud I could not get back to sleep until it ended at 2:30 am. When I called the front desk to inform them they had an outdoor nightclub next door (I felt bad for my sarcastic tone after the fact, I was sleepy and grumpy at that particular moment), the employee responded, “we are painfully aware.” This tells me two things, (1) they’ve received similar complaints before, and (2) despite knowing about this issue, they do absolutely nothing to inform guests about this inconvenience ahead of time. It’s not listed anywhere on the website, there are no signs warning guests when they check in, and the checkin staff says nothing about this fact; yo

The room was fine, the staff was okay, not very friendly or helpful. The toiletries in the bathroom were empty.

Friendly, efficient check in, cleanliness and self parking option

Front desk switched my room to a quieter room, all the ladies there are awesome, rooms are clean, loved the hotel

The open air club right next door makes it impossible to sleep u til 2 am. The music is nonstop. At 2 am big trucks begin moving through the alleyways—it is built on an alleyway—and the club starts cleaning up which is also noisy. Lots of trash cans slamming around. They don’t tell you this until you get there, that the noise might keep you up. In a welcome packet letter and it’s too late to cancel at that time. The valet park is $30 a night but the valet is rarely there so you have to wait until they go get them. No bellhop to help carry bags but they do have a cart you can use yourself. The first day nobody cleaned my room. I would not stay there again.

The staff were absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. Before leaving our car wouldn't start we asked the front desk if they would be able to possibly help and within 10 minutes we were on the road.

Great for walking the downtown area.

Great DT hotel that is close to everything!

Very convenient location in the heart of Tucson.

I read through the comments before deciding on this hotel so I was alerted to the noise from the neighboring bar. However, we could see the bar from our room but it was not loud at all. We barely heard it in the room and it did not keep us up at all. The other negative comments we in regard to breakfast so we made a plan "B". In the morning we went down and were pleased with the spread and the egg Cazuela (that I had never heard of). We stayed and were not disappointed. The cazuela was fantastic on toast and the mango-chia, coconut milk pudding was another great find. We also fell in love with the roof pool and decided to come back to spend the 4th of July to see fireworks in the city.

I loved all of the dining and drinking options near the hotel. It was lovely to walk to venues!

Nice hotel, easy to get to in downtown Tucson. Great loacation for walking around and many food choices within a block or two. Never like to pay for parking ($25), but is expected for downtown locations. Pool area looked nice, but too cold when we were there to take advantage. Coffee and some cold food offering for pay in the morning which we did not partake.

We booked a king with a sofa bed and got room with 2 double beds. We were told because we used a third party vendor that they could not guarantee that room. They had no other rooms to put us in. The breakfast buffet was a joke. They advertised a restaurant but that only served small plate items. We had to go else where for both breakfast and dinner.

Would not recommend the hotel. Completely overpriced for basic room with one small mirror, light switches that didn’t make sense, ironing board not put away by cleaning staff and sink wasn’t washed. I couldn’t even adjust room temp, loud club music all night and $20 per person for breakfast that is what I would expect at a cheap hotel. Paid close to $500 per night…

I loved the placement of the hotel. It is very convenient if you want to go out in downtown Tucson. The room I stayed in had a great view of the street. The room was clean and comfortable. One thing I disagree on is that you have to pay for parking. Even if you stay at the hotel. They charge you for parking space. You also need to pay for breakfast if you want to eat there. I recommend eating somewhere else. Overall the experience was great. Great staff. Great pool and a small gym to work out in

Staff is very nice and professional. The are is a bit loud but they kindly provided ear plugs. Facilities are kept clean and beds are comfy. The coffee in the rooms could be better they taste like water so you will need to find better coffee . Wish they had lavazza coffee in rooms at the price of stay you would imagine they had Better coffee
