Hotel was in excellent condition, well decorated, modern but very comfortable. Nice restaurant and attached to a dive shop. You can snorkel off the back dock and see an aircraft and boat within 5 yards of the docks! Lovely place, great staff.

Nice boutique hotel with excellent staff. The restaurant and bar were consistently good and most staff speak English. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to have a late checl out. AC worked well and the included breakfast was good. It was not a negative for us, but be aware that there are steep steps which would be challenging for a person with ambulation difficulties.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and even the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient for easy access to diving right on site. The dive masters were very friendly and knowledgeable. We also had a lovely walk around the town. We would definitely go back.

Hotel perfeito, desses que você não quer mais ir embora. Localização ótima, perto da área de comércio, serviços, transporte de taxi boat, tudo prático. O pier é perfeito para mergulho no mar, há pranchas de SUP e bicicletas disponíveis sem custo. Quarto e banheiro de tamanho bom, varanda prática. Café, água e gelo sempre disponíveis e sem custo extra fizeram a diferença. O mais importante: pessoal do restaurante e recepção hiper simpático e atencioso. Perfeito. Só a falta de elevador é que pode ser problema para quem tem alguma dificuldade, pois são 3 andares para o sobre e desce do dia a dia.

We loved staying at Diver's Paradise! The location was so convenient: close to town but not so close that it was loud and an easy walk from the water taxis and restaurant options. On site restaurant was delicious and we made great use of both the bikes and SUP's available free for guest use! Free coffee/tea/potable water all day downstairs and the staff was so kind and welcoming at all hours. Couldn't recommend more!

From reservations to checkout, this place was exceptional. We had to change our reservations due to family issues and Kevin at the desk was soooo friendly and helpful! He got us back on track and spoke excellent English, a great plus. We stayed 3 nights. The room had everything we needed, was clean, air conditioned and very comfortable. The staff and owners, extremely friendly. My husband thought he’d lost his eyeglasses. Someone must have found them and after we’d gone to sleep, the owner attached them to our doorknob and slipped a note under the door to let us know! Talk about service! And the restaurant was terrific too. The setting overlooks the Caribbean and you can have complementary tea and coffee all day long and sit and read if you just want to relax as we sometimes did. The breakfast omelettes were cooked to our specifications and served with delicious fresh fruits. The dinner items we had, delicious and the presentation like little works of art. This kind of food would be monster expensive in the states, but EXTREMELY reasonable here. They also have pretty lighting on the tables and the whole restaurant feels simply magical in the evening. You have lots of choices for restaurants in Bocas, but in our opinions, this is the one not to miss! We can’t wait to return! Thanks to the entire staff and owners for a lovely three days!

Great location. Right on the water so good for pick-up/drop off for tours. Close to but away from the noisy main street. It was clean and the staff were helpful. Great breakfasts! The not so great - the rooms themselves were very small and felt overpriced for a very simple room. It wasnt bad but I expected more based on other reviews. The main frustration was that it listed a number of included items from the attached dive store. When I went to enquire was told they actually didnt offer some of the things listed - eg snorkleing and diving was booked - which wasnt their fault, but there was no attempt to offer anything or make other suggestions. I felt like I basically got a "shrug - tough luck" attitide. Overall a decent place but again, I felt we overpaid for what it was.

The property itself is good, but you do hear noise though those walls. The receptionist who I forgot the name is outstanding. We did have a problem one evening with a loud guest (couples fight). The surrounding areas are nothing special. It is in the center of the town, but the town is not pretty. Bocas Del Toro is more of a hippie place, very poor. Don't expect luxury. Beaches are nice, but I have seen better in the Caribbean.

Quarto confortável, com ar condicionado, bom chuveiro com água quente e linda vista da varanda para o mar! A localização é boa, em uma área tranquila há 5 minutos caminhando do centrinho com muitos restaurantes e bares. Fácil acesso de barco para qualquer lugar de Bocas. O próprio hotel possui um pier. Caiaques e SUP grátis, uma delícia para curtir o mar perto do hotel.

The streets in Bocas Town were in shockingly bad condition. The hotel is located about a block or so before the main drag begins, which may be good (evening noise) or bad (accessibility) depending on your preference. We had a room on the water, which offered the best view. Nice that they had their own dock, making it easy to get going for at least some excursions. The property was nice but our room was directly above the dining room so we heard lots of noise in the morning as they were getting ready for service. They also ran out of hot water later in the morning, so it was important to shower early. The service in the dining room was pretty slow and my food was never hot by the time it made it to our table. The menu was also pretty limited, particularly at breakfast. We had problems with a server ignoring us on multiple occasions but when I reported it the manager seemed dismayed and pledged to address it. Overall our stay was ok.

Nice boutique hotel with excellent staff. The restaurant and bar were consistently good and most staff speak English. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to have a late checl out. AC worked well and the included breakfast was good. It was not a negative for us, but be aware that there are steep steps which would be challenging for a person with ambulation difficulties.

We loved our stay the staff was very friendly especially Chaquira who made our stay more comfortable. The food at the restaurant very good also the area is walking distance from groceries, bars and restaurants.

The streets in Bocas Town were in shockingly bad condition. The hotel is located about a block or so before the main drag begins, which may be good (evening noise) or bad (accessibility) depending on your preference. We had a room on the water, which offered the best view. Nice that they had their own dock, making it easy to get going for at least some excursions. From reservations to checkout, this place was exceptional. We had to change our reservations due to family issues and Kevin at the desk was soooo friendly and helpful! He got us back on track and spoke excellent English, a great plus. We stayed 3 nights. The room had everything we needed, was clean, air conditioned and very comfortable. The staff and owners, extremely friendly. My husband thought he’d lost his eyeglasses. Someone must have found them and after we’d gone to sleep, the owner attached them to our doorknob and slipped a note under the door to let us know! Talk about service! And the restaurant was terrific too. The setting overlooks the Caribbean and you can have complementary tea and coffee all day long and sit and read if you just want to relax as we sometimes did. The breakfast omelettes were cooked to our specifications and served with delicious fresh fruits. The dinner items we had, delicious and the presentation like little works of art. This kind of food would be monster expensive in the states, but EXTREMELY reasonable here. They also have pretty lighting on the tables and the whole restaurant feels simply magical in the evening. You have lots of choices for restaurants in Bocas, but in our opinions, this is the one not to miss! We can’t wait to return! Thanks to the entire staff and owners for a lovely three days!

Un lugar próximo al ferry, algo ruidoso por las mañanas pero nuestra estancia fue correcta, aunque si buscas tranquilidad no debes alojarte en el puerto debes salir a zonas de playa o montaña Eso si las carreteras están todas en obra y para ir a la playa Estrella de Mar te indican 18 km pero dado las obras tardas una hora o más Excelente atención sobre todo la de Zuly fue muy amable y muy atenta

We loved staying at Diver's Paradise! The location was so convenient: close to town but not so close that it was loud and an easy walk from the water taxis and restaurant options. On site restaurant was delicious and we made great use of both the bikes and SUP's available free for guest use! Free coffee/tea/potable water all day downstairs and the staff was so kind and welcoming at all hours. Couldn't recommend more!

We would consider this one of the best properties in Bocas del Toro. The staff are friendly and accommodating and most speak English. The hotel itself is charming and we chose a room facing the water so it was perfect. The food and drinks at the restaurant were so beautifully presented and delicious. Some of the staff members went above and beyond for us, which we are thankful for since we were traveling with our 2 year old child. The town itself is in a rough shape now. There is a lot of poverty yet we met some of the kindest and sweetest people there (the locals). And many of them speak English. The roads are being redone at the moment (which will take a year or so) so there's a lot of construction and dirt. If you can set this aside, we had a great time visiting Bocas del Toro and at our stay at Divers Hotel.

As hotel guests, we received a discount on food and diving and took advantage of both. The dinner was ok, lacking in flavors. But we are most meals at other Bocas restaurants, of which there are many.

Internet was good. Had a nice view of the ocean. Room was adequate size for two. Floor was not clean. A/C and ceiling fan were functioning and reasonably quiet. Lighting functioned. Dated decor. King sized mattress had a well on one side. Closet hanger area is pretty small with space for 1 large suitcase below. Desk is very small ... more of a shelf. Shelving space is adequate. Curtains and sheers were adequate and manual. Room is not quiet. Our room was right above the music and bar. Music does not play late. The snoring of other guests, as heard through the wall, is a problem. Deck area is not private and has a/c compressor on it generating significant heat over half of the deck. Deck furnishings are plastic and is no space for a reasonable table. Restaraunt/bar staff try hard, they are just not trained to our service standard. You have to be ok going with what they can do rather noticing to much of what they can not do. Keep your drinks simple. I ordered a pina colada that came with imsufficient ice while cream swirled and curddeled. I didnt ask for a replacement or credit, I just took it back full to the bar and asked for a beer. The food here is simple and acceptable. The main focus of the business is to provide divers an experience. We didnt do a dive so cant comment on that except to say there were numerous tours going out and smiles accompanying the divers return. Fishing is not a commercial concern in Bocas. Land & water taxi readiIy available. Owner is a nice guy.
