Great staff, quick check in, and great staff….only one negative was that the pool was closed for no reason and no answer…..other than that its been GREAT!!!

Locks on the outside of the building were broken, could not get back in with key card. Was told by staff that they were aware of it and the batteries would be replaced the next day. There were beer cans left in the trash from an earlier guest. There were a pair of socks in the bedsheets from an earlier guest. The water was brown (was told it was a city issue). The stopper in the bottom of the shower/tub would not stay open to let the shower water drain. Overall, just a very poor stay and no attention paid to maintenance.

The property was clean, however small inconveniences where prevalent. Fire Pit in outdoor seating are was in disrepair. Fridge in room did not work - was completely iced over and was no longer cooling. Room not ready at check-in time. However, good location for a horse show at the convention center and quick access to many restaurants. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.

The hotel was very clean but the water had a light brownish color to it. I ran the water for a while and still had the color. We used bottle water. Sara the receptionist was EXCELLENT!! I noticed her when I was sitting in the dining area eating breakfast. She spoke to everyone that walked in/out the door. She walked around the dining area and spoke to everyone eating and asked if they needed anything and if everything was good. She has TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Did not know that the water in the city came from a well and was brown. That's probably something to let guests know ahead of time instead of surprising them with a brochure once you question it at the hotel. Did not receive clean towels after placing towels outside and housekeeping picked up. After requesting towels from front desk because non were in my room anymore had to use blue pool towels because access to regular linens the front desk did not have.

Room and elevator had strange old odor. Water damage in bathroom unrepaired. Shower curtain too short. Water all on floor. Breakfast starting late 7am. Many people waiting at 6:20-6:36. We left before eating. One of reasons for staying was free breakfast.

The water is stained. The house keeping is sub par. The we stayed 4 nights … I asked to get the room cleaned in our third day and it was not done. When it was done, it was sloppy. For $179/ night … I expect more.

Everything about our stay was fine. It was a just a stop on our way, so we didn’t have an opportunity to experience much. The room was very spacious and clean. The only complaint that I have, is that our check-out process was less than stellar. The desk attendant seemed almost annoyed that I waited at desk to give her my keys. Which she took and then just dropped behind her computer screen. I’ve been to several hotels that didn’t do check-out, but they all let us know at check-in to just leave the keys in the room or they would have a bowl or vase to toss them in on the desk as your walking out. I know it’s such a small thing, but I hated feeling like an inconvenience.

The bed felt like you were going to slide off. The pillows were horrible I dragged butt all day long. Worst night sleep since my moms house last weekend. Breakfast was good. Now i booked 5 nights starting sunday at Another location. Ill tell you how that goes later

The room was comfortable. However, the microwave’s door had to be pushed shut again at the top of door to make it work. The thermostat on the wall didn’t work.. but did on the AC unit, the telephone didn’t work and there was so much “clunking” from the floor above us.. had to move to another room in order to sleep.

The property was nice, but the refrigerator in our room didn’t work, the air conditioner made a terrible noise every time the compressor kicked on and we asked for wash clothes 4 different times. We finally received “microfiber cleaning clothes” from the lady on our floor. Just frustrating when the rooms cost as much as they do.

Nice, newer hotel. Comfortable, well designed and appointed room if a bit on the small side. Good location though somewhat off the beaten path. Once we got our location bearings though, getting around was quite easy. Everything was clean and fresh.

Bed was broke door wood not lock did no door was not locking tell 2 days so my stuff in my room and my child was u safe in room unlocked. Bed was frame was broke and manger never came to talk to us I need full refund not ok

I had called for a late check in and they were very accommodating. When we arrived we were greeted promptly by the front desk attendant, Juana. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room keys were ready and waiting. It was nice visiting with her and she made sure our stay was awesome! We would have stayed there again on our return trip but unfortunately they were all booked up for that weekend. We decided to drive straight thru rathere than stay someplace else!

It was a sold out weekend and they were just unorganized. Rooms weren’t clean/ready by check-in time so we had to get ready in the lobby for an event we had to be at. We had to take our luggage back out to the car and try to check back in after the event at 10:30 at night. When we got back, they tried to put us in a more expensive room that we did not book originally. when we got to our room, the toilet didn’t work but they didn’t have any rooms to move us to so I ended up fixing the toilet myself. The staff wasn’t bad and I know they were overwhelmed due to them being completely booked and so many issues happening. They just were not prepared and it just made our trip a little more stressful.

It was easy access from the highway. We arrived late and called a couple of times to let them know we would be arriving late. It took almost 30 minutes to get us a room because she wasn’t sure what rooms were available. Other than that the stay was a good overnight stay.

Perfect place to stop for the night and cut our roadtrip to Florida in half. It’s conveniently located by a handful of restaurants, clean and had a nice breakfast. We will definitely stay again next time we pass through!

Hotel is close to interstate & restaurants, and well-lit with welcoming entrance & very attractive lobby, pool & patio areas. Room was very clean, decor was very nice in soothing buttery-yellow. Beds & (4) pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom had plenty of hooks for luxurious towels! Staff was friendly & helpful- we encountered so many! Breakfast had lots of nice touches: salsa AND cheese for eggs, Turkey sausage AND ham, Oat milk as well as dairy creamers! Two attendants monitored it closely & spoke to guests- and Coffee was great! Very pleased, especially for the price! We could have used a freezer in the mini-fridge, but that seems trivial overall.

I wasn't expecting a whole lot to be honest when I saw how great the prices were but let me tell you I really felt like it was super bougie and I loved it it was so close to the expo center which is where we had to go for a show but I mean the staff was amazing the breakfast was out of this world phenomenal and the goose feathered pillows were so comfy every bit of this stay was amazing

The bath tub was TOO slippery. We almost slipped more than once in shower. No grips on tub floor for safety. Then my daughter grabbed a danish for breakfast and it was expired. We told kitchen staff and she checked all package and all was expired.
