フロントがある本館は、「研修センター」とあったので、建物外観に少し驚きました。しかし、宿泊棟は、隣の綺麗な建物でした。お部屋はシャワーのみですが、一階に大浴場があり、綺麗でした。（ただし男性と時間で利用が決められているます）お部屋はとても綺麗で満足でした。

The hotel was nice, quiet, within walking distance to Umeda station, and offered a public bathing area. Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the wifi in my particular room was unusable (connects for 30 seconds to disconnects), but because I had enough data for the 5 nights that I stayed, I didn't ask the staff for any resolutions on this matter.

大浴場が排水口がつまっていて洗い場全てが流れないお湯に５センチ程も足が浸かった状態でシャンプーをしたりするという気持ち悪い経験をした。女湯から入れ替えした男湯もその状態のまま客に使用させている。不衛生だし、つまりを直そうとしないのか?\u3000部屋の清掃はキレイにされていた。シャトルバスも１５分も遅れているなら待っているお客に伝えるべきでは？

Even though the room and bathroom ware really small (when sitting on the toilet, your knee touches the door), it was enough for our stay. Everything is new and clean, staff was friendly, it is close to major subway stations (10~15min walk) lots of eating and shopping places around the station. No complains for $50 /night hotel.

部屋は綺麗でシャワーとトイレが個別に使用できます。バスタブはありませんが大浴場がありサウナもあるのでそちらを利用しました。ホテル周辺は静かでぐっすり眠れました。

We arranged late hence there’s no shuttle, it’s an about 15mins walk but with luggage it’s not that convenient. Very basic hotel, room really really tiny. After opening our luggage there not much room to walk.

The hotels overall apperance is clean and nice. The room is small but manageable. But the bed, wow, it felt like sleeping on concrete with pillows that were hard as bricks. I did ask for a sofer pillow but was told that there was only 1 kind. I stayed 1 night of my 3 night reservation (and paid for all 3) because i hadn't slept the 1st night and wasnt able to even nap the next afternoon due to the bed. I travel a lot, 10 times last year alone, and have never had such an issue with the bed/pillows any where that I've stayed. So if you dont like a hard bed and hard pillows book somewhere else. If that it what you look for , you will enjoy this hotel because it is clean and does the job.

Only 10 minutes walk to the Osaka station, with a convenient shop nearby. The room is a bit small especially the bathroom, but there is a large bath on the first floor. Staff is nice and helpful. I would like to thanks Mr.Shahi who pay a great effort to help us solve a big problem.

We booked this thinking it would be a close stay to the station. It says 15 mins but the walk is NOT convenient at all. We didn’t realize there was a shuttle so our fault, but thank god there is. It is located outside of the station and comes every 20 minutes from 8-6pm. The staff was nice and the room was okay, just very small. My luggage arrived from the last hotel and staff did not inform me and did not offer to help us bring it to our rooms which is not located in the same building. Later, pI asked for help to send the luggage as the last two hotels did it for me. They had me fill out the slip for each luggage and it was time consuming and a little confusing. I wish they handled it like the other hotels. Overall, not a bad stay but I would stay closer to the station, near dotonbori or at a hotel with a shuttle that had longer hours of operation. Our shuttle driver was great.

阪急梅田駅に夜の21:00ごろに着き、日中に比べるとスマホの地図を見ながら辿り着くのは時間がかかりました。大浴場は22:00以降女性は使えないので残念でした。部屋は申し分なく快適でアメニティも充実していました。広さも十分でコスト的に満足です。コンビニも徒歩圏内にありますし、飲食店もありました。静かな場所にあるので時間に余裕があればまた利用したいです。無料の大阪駅行きのシャトルバスもありますが、歩いて行った方が早そうで、次の日の8:00前には大阪駅まで徒歩で行きました。

Tres bon accueil hôtel proche de station de métro et de Osaka Station. Tres propre, et avec un bain public japonais. Excellent petit déjeuner japonais servi sur plateau. Tres bon séjour de 4 nuits pour visiter l'exposition universelle et la ville d'Osaka.

Very clean, updated, staff friendly and helpful and the free Japanese-style breakfast was fine for us. Not far from Osaka train station and they have shuttle at the station.

施設は新しくきれいで、部屋もよかったです。朝食は予約が必要ですがとても美味しかった。大浴場もきれいで外風呂もあってスッキリできる。駅から歩けることもできる距離ですがシャトルバスもあって便利でした。また泊まりたいと思います。

Weird set-up where check-in is in a different building. The rooms are so small, they can’t even put a sink in the same area as the toilet. Quiet location.

Regular check in is at their Training Center location (across the street). If past check in time, you check in at the hotel location itself. I didn't see anyone at the reception from the outside, and I don't think I saw an option to buzz/ring them either. I thought I would have to find another place for the night. Otherwise, room was fairly typical.

The hotel was nice, quiet, within walking distance to Umeda station, and offered a public bathing area. Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the wifi in my particular room was unusable (connects for 30 seconds to disconnects), but because I had enough data for the 5 nights that I stayed, I didn't ask the staff for any resolutions on this matter.
