Small but well located rooms Good breakfast choice

Good location and amazing views from the spa. However neither lifts nor breakfast were suitable for the volume of guests and location of reception on 13th Floor is not clearly signposted

This is my 2nd time I stayed at this location and this one disappointed me. Breakfast bar was constantly running out of food and staff had to be reminded to fill it. This may be due to being short handed. But on the last breakfast I found a sharp piece of plastic in my eggs as I was chewing it, lucky I just didn’t swallow it straight I probably would have needed to go to the hospital. This will be my last time staying there.

Staff was nice. Area was good for transit

Stayed here for 2 nights and this hotel was within easy reach of everything. Pleasant and courteous staff. We had a deluxe king size room on 8th floor. Decent size room but like many Japanese hotels not much luggage space. We were ok as only had small suitcases. Amenities good and free complementary toothbrushes etc. Didn’t try the spa so can’t comment on that’s Have laundry facility's and microwave on the same floor. Only downside, no safe in the room for valuables. Breakfast not bad. Scrambled egg could have been warmer but have cereal, mixers fruits and yogurts etc so still not a bad start for the day. Recommend Hiroshima Neighbourly Brewing and area around that for food. Bout 10-15 mins walk away from hotel. Loved Memorial Park and palace. Wish we had longer in Hiroshima my favourite place in Japan so far
