On se sentait un peu pressé lorsque l'on déjeunait et on a eu quelques difficultés avec l'horaire de nettoyage, mais nous avons pu nous entendre avec le personnel. Également le choix de mettre la machine à eau et à glace au 2ème étage uniquement accessible via l'ascenseur créait un temps d'attente pour retourner au lobby beaucoup trop grand les heures de rush avec les ascenseurs.

We arrived early for check in and staff gladly took our bags in. However, at the end of the night when we returned, we were shocked to see that our bags were left in the middle of the lobby, not even near the staff counter, making it accessible to anyone walking by. On another note, there was a strong smell of smoke in the lobby as the hotel set up a smoking area up front. Overall, a great 3 star hotel close to many amenities and convenient!

We liked that it was close to all of the attractions we wanted to visit via walking or the 2 trains nearby. The room was manageable with 2 adults, 3 large suitcases and 2 carry on. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We did not like the smoking cabin that was near the hotel main lobby door as it left a lingering smell of cigarettes nearly every time we entered or left the hotel. Regardless we would stay here again.

I was given a room where the previous tenant had smoked even though it’s prohibited. It triggered my asthma symptoms. The staff was good and dealt with it appropriately and gave me another room, but the smoking area out right at the entrance was very much an irritant everytime I left or came back.

Cet hôtel était un pied à terre assez pratique à Osaka notamment près des transports pour aller faire des journées ailleurs (Nara par ex.). Distance raisonnable à pied du fameux quartier Dotonbori. Il y a une épicerie juste à côté ce qui est très pratique, de même que des options pour déjeuner (chaîne Komeda, konbinis…) La chambre n’était pas spécialement moderne, mais propre et juste bien niveau taille pour deux personnes. Il faut toujours laisser une carte dans la chambre si on veut que la climatisation et le frigo fonctionnent en notre absence, sinon tout est coupé (en été c’est compliqué de ne pas rentrer dans une chambre fraîche après du tourisme à 38 degrés dehors!) Nous pensions qu’il y avait des machines à laver dans l’hôtel, mais finalement non. On nous a cependant expliqué gentiment à la réception différentes options pour le linge. Je recommande pour un passage de quelques jours à Osaka!

For the money, it wasn’t bad. My room was clean and a decent size, but by Japanese standards it’s below average. The biggest issue is that there’s a smoking area directly adjacent to the lobby, which means the entire lobby smells strongly of cigarette smoke. Which means that the cigarette smell also creeps into the elevators. The condition of the public areas - lobby, hallways, etc were also not the cleanest and worse for the wear. Overall my room was fine and the staff was kind, but just some things to know. Especially if you’re sensitive to smoke.

Great location if new to Osaka. They will take out trash, make your bed, give new towels daily. I did notice a few hairs in the shower and a clipped nail on the floor.

新しいホテル、部屋はシャワールームも含めて清潔で感じが良かった。玄関では傘の貸し出しも有り親切。コンビニなども至近距離に複数有り便利。今回仕事で利用させて頂いたが、とてもコスパが良かった。唯一気になったのが、ロビーフロアのベンチ付近で見かけたゴキブリ。普段から清掃駆除はされていると思いますが、どうしても気になりました。

Quiet, clean, safe and very convenient location. Right next to a 24hour Aeon convenient store and train stations with shopping and restaurants. Friendly and helpful. To our surprise the beds were so comfortable we were well rested after long days of touring. Love this Hotel can’t wait to come back.

This property had everything we need, a bed and a washroom. The room was on the smaller side, so if you are looking for a place with more room to spread out your belongings you may have to look elsewhere. We liked how convenient it was to walk around Osaka, and Dotonbori wasn’t too far away. Located right next to a train station, and we were able to forward our luggage without any difficulties. Didn’t have the breakfast so can’t speak to that, but overall a nice accommodation!

Good experience. Room a bit smaller than I expected but the bed is very comfy. Staff also very helpful and courteous. Location wise, The hotel is close proximity to a few stations, but I only found out only on the last few days. There is an underground shopping which lead directly to shinsaibashi station. Need to walk quite a distance to dotonbori though.. only thing I didn’t like is the room not being sound proof, can hear my neighbour loud noise every morning whenever they leave their room

A fair price for the amenities offered. Rooms are modestly sized but have all of the necessities covered. Biggest complaint was the poor WiFi. The connection was unstable allowing us to connect for short bits of time. We had to seek out wifi elsewhere

Great location- close to the subway and to shopping, like Daimaru, Parco, and Shinsaibasi-Suji. Also next door to the Aeon grocery Store that offers great Japanese food. Room is smaller and did not allow us to lay out our 2 carry-on luggages. Very clean

Personnel incroyable!!! Mon copain avait perdu son passeport, ils ont appelé à plusieurs stations pour savoir s'ils l'avaient retrouvé et ils ont arrangé le transport de retour (du dit passeport). Tres propre, personnel tres conviviale qui parlait tres bien anglais. Nous conseillons à tous !!

We were thoroughly impressed with the accommodating staff even when we panicked to get a cab. The room was the only perfect size for us and it was very clean, comfortable and spacious compared to other ones we stayed at. Das Hotel war nahe an Dotonbori. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt neben dem Hotel, was sehr praktisch war. Das Zimmer war nicht wirklich groß. Wir hatten während unserers Japan Urlaubs deutlich bessere Hotels aber es war jetzt auch nicht wirklich schlecht.

Hotel ok. Muito bem localizado. O quarto era bem apertado. O café da manhã foi bem limitado, e a funcionária do café praticamente expulsou as pessoas 15 minutos antes do horário para fechar, o que me gerou um incômodo enorme enquanto eu fazia a minha refeição.

didnt realise how close it was to a supermarket and McDonalds, really useful. my only gripe was the breakfast buffet was a little repetitive and closed at 9:30, which as late risers meant we missed a few and ended up in McDonalds. its very close to a tube train terminal so very convenient. dont think i could have found a better located hotel, not too close to busy areas but close enough. only gripe and its a small one was a few times in the night it got a bit noisy outside with what sounded like a scene from the Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift and we were on the top floor, but it didnt last long and was able to sleep.

Perfect Hotel its near to the Subway. You can reach every important destination around Osaka very easy. The Variation of Breakfast could be better and a sign wich describes the food was missing . Overall it was very good. If i visit Osaka i will come again thats for sure!
