KOKO HOTEL Osaka Umeda - formerly Hotel Wing International Select Osaka Umeda

The room wasn't as clean as my hotel in Tokyo. So it was pretty jarring to go from that to this. It's not horrible though and I got used to it. The saving grace for this property is that it's extremely close to A LOT in Osaka, especially the gay bars if that's what you're into. The train station is also super close too. So, I would stay here again just for the convenience of it.

Good central location near Umeda station, friendly staff. They were very helpful with sending my luggage to the next city. Though their eco-system for towels didn’t work as I didn’t receive clean towels and had to ask for them at reception.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, good central location. Room was ok but not quite as good as other hotels we have stayed in during our visit to Japan, there was no pjs, welcome drink or bottled water as supplied in the other hotels that were the same price range and standard, not that that matters but just didn't feel as nice as some of the other hotels we stayed in but credit to the staff.

Clean room, staff very professional and helpful. The Ryan's hotels are in the best location close to shops and restaurants.

Everything about this hotel is exceptionally. I have been around so many hotels with much premium category. But wing international Umeda is unique. My family enjoy it a lot
