Staffs were very helpful on the first day. The receptionist always offered help when someone needed it. The room was clean and welcoming except from some minor issues such as the fridge was not working well but I managed to store few things there. Breakfast was plenty to go around. Heating was perfectly working. I was satisfied with my stay.

Very clean and excellent staff. Good food. Location is slightly isolated as one needs to climb long stairs to get to shopping and food services.

The room was okay overall, but the air conditioning didn’t work properly, which made it difficult for me to sleep during my stay. I requested a fan, but was informed that no fan was available. Although I set the room temperature to 16°, the thermostat controls were limited, and it seems the hotel manages the modes centrally. To make matters worse, the heater mode was on despite my setting, and the room became quite suffocating. I eventually had to switch off the system and open all the windows just to get a bit of sleep.

The staff were amazing, but the room wasn’t as expected. The carpet wasn’t clean, the drawers weren’t functioning properly, the sofa wasn’t clean, there wasn’t any kitchen wear. I asked for a blanket but I got sheet!
