Well located, only a few minutes walk from Osaka's Central Station and Umeda. Breakfast, although it had a fairly broad selection it lacked on quality, I guess because they receive large tour groups. This must also be the reason why the breakfast lounge is a very large and cold room and quite uncomfortable, which gets quite crowded with said groups first thing in the morning. Not a very pleasant way to start the day. Housekeeping staff ate very educated and pleasing, even found a present when we got back to the room on our third night. Reception staff correct but do not provide a warm welcome or farewell. Rooms are small and aged but beds are comfortable. Overall, acceptable but not sure I would return if there was another option available.

Enjoyed the location of the hotel. Easy walk to 2 stations and many bars and restaurants. The only negative is breakfast seemed over priced so we stuck to convenience stores for breakfast.

Great location in Osaka. Easy walk to transport, shops, restaurants and the river with parks,markets and rose gardens. Comfortable bed and good shower highly recommended. 😊
