The property,hotel room and surrounding area were not bad. Honestly, is pretty decent. But, with the 2nd day we stayed there the elevator was broken and our room is in 4th floor! We have to go back and forth using stair untill our last day. Carried our luggage down the stairs from 4th floor! They didn't say anything apologetic at all! Terrible! Their excuse was they need to wait for a part to be shipped to fix it? Really? The breakfast items was super mediocre too.

Very unhappy!!! The elevators were not working. Per other guests, been non-functional for about 5 days with no explanation. My room was dirty, the sink was leaking water and got all the hand towels soaked. The phone wouldn't work. The front desk girl was not helpful or apologetic at all. Most of all, my reservations were canceled even though I pre-paid in full. I ended up paying again, so I have been doubled charged. Currently, disputing with hotel to resolve with Expedia's help.

Lovely hotel. Pool, exercise room, lobby and eating areaa excellent. Only negative was the slippery floor in the shower. Had to hold on to keep from slipping.

The hotel was was quiet. The staff was exceptionally kind. Every staff member was very pleasant to work with. The cleanliness was subpar. We arrived late, but the floors in and around the elevator were sticky. The hallway of our floor felt damp and had a faint odor along with a couple areas that needed to be vacuumed. The room acceptable.

Bed bugs my first night there I was on the third floor and I woke up with bites all over my arms trunk and back. I found bedbugs in the bed the next morning. The front door staff contacted the GM and my room was moved to the second floor, which I had no problems afterwards. I’m supposed to be receiving a refund for the first night stay which still has not been proven to be true yet currently waiting on Expedia to get back to me

CO worker found a cockroach in his shower, my shower leaked terribly and flooded the bathroom. My toilet didn't have grout or silicone or anything securing it to the floor so it wobbled all over. The toilet seat was broken and would slide off the toilet. The elevator smelled like a dead animal and after 3 days never changed. I was quite disappointed with the stay, I haven't been in a hotel yet with this many problems, I will never stay at another Laquinta

Room neglected, not clean and hallway with cat food on carpet , told staff Sam (nice man) at desk and cleaning ladies were both there and mopping and vacuming .. this was morning time and still 2 days later was there even though i brought it to staff attention very politely more than once .. stay was 5 days

STINKS - literally! People held their noses in the elevator, the entire property smells musty (Water Damage)? Plus all the pet smells.... Air condition was a window unit that blew foul air. Fold out couch had a bent frame and would not open, so my kids slept on the mattress on the floor. The front desk offered to move us to another room, but it was already late and we had unloaded. There was no maintenance assistance and she (front desk) informed me she was "the only person there". Although she handled her role very professionally, you could tell demands were high. My three children and I were told at check in to please be quiet because they "don't normally put children on the 4th floor" (even though I had called ahead to be on the same floor as my friend and her two young children who were on the 4th floor) as they had already had noise complaints from the 2nd and 3rd floor. The shower was gross with black mold. Overall - very outdated and worn out despite exterior appearance.

Really like this place. Second stay there. Very clean and nice room. Only downfall is the headboards fake leather are cracking and showing wear which is a shame because everything else is very nice. I will definitely stay here again!! Quite,pool,good breakfast

The room was comfortable and clean, though has a faint chemical cleaner aroma to it. Water pressure was very low, making it hard to shower (4th floor). Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit lackluster. Keeping in mind that the overall cost for two days stay was just over $200, I would say that the accommodation was fair value for the money. You could get more, but it would cost more as well.

We cannot complain about the cleanliness of the room, it was perfect. However the barking dogs, constant ice machine use and general noise levels from other rooms as well as the noisy air conditioning did not make for a 5 star stay.

Beware of bait and switch! I have been staying at La Quinta since Wednesday, August 6th. I've been extended my stay day-by-day. This morning I went down to extend 1 more day. I was told I have a balance of $11 and some change. When I ask for what, I was told I was charged the wrong amount for last night's stay. I expressed that it was not my fault if the system charged me that. Not only was I quoted that amount, but it was what I was charged. After he spoke with the general manager, he said that it was "simply a mistake" but if I refuse to pay it they will not be extending my stay. It's ridiculous to penalize a customer for a mistake made by their system. I had enjoyed my stay up until today. As a business, you should not penalize the customer for your mistake. Switching the price after paying the quoted price is unacceptable.

Was unable to provide receipt that indicated cost of the room. Receipt indicated all zeros. Desk worker was clueless, showed little or no interest in providing the receipt. Have stayed at hundreds of hotels and have been able to get a cost of stay receipt. You just lost a customer.

We stay at this location whenever we are visiting family. Its location is perfect. They are accommodating when we arrive early. Love that they have showers instead of tubs as we are elderly. We had a very nice stay.

Wylie location was a nice clean new hotel. Good breakfast scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, sweet bread and waffles plus other items. Nice Lobby and breakfast area ( not crowded in). Rooms nice and clean.

I went to hotel and there was no receptionist for about 15 minutes. Then I checked in. Breakfast was really slow and there was no choice at all. I was waiting for pancake change about 10 minutes. And there was only one flavor of yogurt
