Wanted somewhere close enough to the airport this is, with parking, gym, breakfast and a baby cot. It checked all those boxes and was reasonable. Staff were very friendly, gym is clean and has some modern equipment including weights, mats and machines. Room was ample comfortable and with air conditioning which was much appreciated with our 5 month old and the warm summer weather. Great blackout blinds too. Breakfast had hot and cold options with pretty good variety. They have vegan milk available just ask.

Tanto a comida como o atendimento são impecáveis e o preço é justo. Alias, o staff é excelente e procura ajudar com tudo. As massagistas, orientais, são fantásticas. Fiz uma massagem com minha esposa e saímos renovados. É preciso marcar com antecedência e preparam o spa exclusivamente para os hóspedes, com direito a sauna. Infelizmente a sauna a vapor estava fora de operação, mas a seca funcionava bem. Falta oferecer uma água quente para o chá - é preciso solicitar - e água gelada para depois da sauna. O quarto é bem espaçoso com bons produtos de higiene corporal. A uma pequena caminhada das principais atrações de Zagreb. Adoramos.

The hotel is nice and the staff are pleasant and helpful, Ivor was so helpful in giving perfect recommendations for dining and travel between cities. The location is fine but not as good as some other comparative hotels around. The VIP amenity which is presented as a Spa on Expedia turned out to be a mere sauna bath, which was available to other guests as well. Although I always include breakfast in my bookings, somehow the inclusion was missed in this one! Despite having another booking at the hotel later in the week which was checked by the hotel and found to be included, they insisted on charging full price for the current stay which was double the price of the one included in the booking!

Le Premier is far from being a 5star hotel. Except for the reception/concierge, all the rest disappointed. To begin, there was a vacuum cleaner and a cart full of dirty towels and sheets in the hall all afternoon until evening. The carpet in the hall and inside the room are in dire need of shampooing. The door of our room didn’t lock, as it was crooked. The tissue paper in the bathroom didn’t even have a container. There were only the exact number of towels in the bathroom, not befitting with a 5 star. No complimentary bottle of water. There was a lack of personnel in housekeeping, servers at breakfast and at the bar. Room wasn’t made until 3pm, just 1 server at breakfast and we stayed over an hour in the bar and nobody showed up.

Vê-se que foi um hotel grandioso, com instalações imponentes, mas que já viveu seus tempos áureos. Passou! As paredes do quarto estão meio sujas, a louça de chá/café estava quebrada na beira do pires, o aparelho de ar condicionado (aquecimento) do apartamento 103 fazia tanto barulho que não se podia usar. O estacionamento, na rua, na frente do prédio, é cobrado em 30 euros por noite. Enfim, já deve ter valido a pena. Não mais!!!

The food was great, I had dinner & breakfast included. I liked the large size of rooms. It was strange though that I had to ask the receptionist to turn on our AC, it was locked from our control in our room and there wasn’t a sign to explain that we had to request AC. Other than that everything went smoothly.

The room is in very good condition, very friendly staff and meets all the requirements. Great breakfast location etc. Only deadly disadvantage is right next to the track where tram goes and the most busiest street of Zagreb, when the tram passing by the whole room vibrates and caused my sleeping quality drops. Tram runs from 05:00 to 0:30 everyday.

Room was great, clean and a nice size. Bed,bedding, pillows and towels all a good a guality. Towels are a nice size...big. Bathroom is spaceous with good water pressure....water was warm did not get really hot tho. Reception was good and staff all nice. We did the couples massage was a good price and the girls where good. Hotel was quiet did not really hear the other guests. Now location ...location was great we walked from the train station and walked everyehere,it is close to most attractions and restaurants. Loved it we would stay again!

This is a beautiful hotel, however, the customer service brings the rating down. Unlike a lot of other hotels the staff were extremely hesitant to allow us to leave our baggage at the hotel before checking in. Our flight landed in the morning and check in wasn’t until 2, we ended up upgrading to allow us to move freely. Breakfast is really great but one staff member on to assist all customers orders and check in does not work and creates long wait times and a competition to get attention. Lastly on check out I was extremely disappointed in staff for not offering a simply gesture of opening a door. 4 staff were stood behind the desk while my partner and I attempted to keep the door open and move with 6 pieces of luggage, luckily another guest leaving offered to assist us while the staff continued to watch… this is not what 5 star hotel service should be.

Ivan at the restaurant and bar, went beyond to treat us well. He made sure the chef was able to create us a delicious vegetarian meal, even the options on the menu were limited. He gifted us with their exclusive red wine for us to take home.

This is a very nice hotel. The room was excellent and the standard of fixtures and fittings were excellent. However, I would not rated as a five star more closer to a four star. Upon arrival we pulled up in front of the door and there was nobody to greet us or help us with bags however the Young man at reception was extremely helpful and very polite but as a five star it requires additional staff to support guests upon arrival. The breakfast was mediocre and once again the server was very polite and nice, but the options for food was limited as a five star, as a four star it would be fine.Upon departure we had paid for valet parking and our car was parked out the front however this time there was two members of staff behind the front desk and when we got up to leave neither of the staff provided any assistance to helping with the bags and opening the doors even though I made a purposeful struggle with the door, it did not attract their attention which would indicate a lack of training upon staff and a requirement to understand what five star service means.

Wir haben eine Nacht in dem Hotel übernachtet. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, hell und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Negativ zu bewerten ist der Lärm von der Straße. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Straße und da wird man schon sehr früh von den fahrenden Autos und der Straßenbahn geweckt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker allerdings gibt es keine große Auswahl. Jedoch besteht die Möglichkeit Kaffee oder ein gewünschtes Eiergericht zu bestellen. Außerdem besteht die Möglichkeit das Auto direkt vor dem Hotel oder in einer Parkgarage abzustellen (gegen Aufpreis).
