What a beautiful location. We would love to have stayed another couple of nights just to unplug and enjoy the tranquility. The breakfast was wonderful, I had a blueberry waffle and my husband had a breakfast burrito. Being a 200 year old building, our room had slanted floors which made the head of the bead lower than the feet, even though we noticed it was already shimmed up a bit. Plus you need to be ready and willing to lug your luggage up to the 3rd floor (no issues for us but some might want to request a no stairs option). Otherwise a lovely experience. The fire pit outside with blankets provided was really inviting. Lobster boats really do come in at about 4:30am so you’ll hear them. We loved the authentic experience!

A wonderful "off the beaten path" Inn that has it all. Great view, few people, great restaurant and wonderful owners! Nice to stay at resort that is not corporate owned, it does make a difference.
