Really lovely apartment with kitchenette, right in the centre of Aberdeen. Very convenient for the TECA too as there is a bus outside that goes straight to TECA and the airport.

Stayed here for one. Ight on our road trip through Scotland. I liked the place because it was new and modern. Everything is cleaned and nice. We got a suite. So it had all the bells and whistles which was nice. The only down side is that the parking is very complicated. You have to park somewhere outside and go check in than they give you a code to get into the parking but to find parking around the area is hard thank got my husband went around while I went to check in. Than once we go into the parking lot there were no direct elevator or even stairs to take you inside the lobby have to go outside and up the stairs that was the only downfall. It would have been nice if they hotel at least send an email about the process of this. Also the parking is about 13 pounds a night.

Bringing the luggage from the parking spot to the hotel is a chore as there is no lift and one has to go up three flights of stairs…. Can be difficult for elderly…. Hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful… breakfast was very nice…. Parking was safe, location was good ( construction going on around the hotel and getting to the parking spot is tricky). Once inside, very nice

The rooms were absolutely lovely — the bed was incredibly comfortable, with crisp white bedding and even spare duvets if needed. The space itself was generous, and having a little kitchenette was such a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was modern and really well designed, making the whole stay feel extra comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better. It was fantastic being just steps away from the Christmas market — so festive and convenient. The staff were genuinely wonderful. I want to give a special mention to Dimitrij and Esther who were both incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay and guided us through all the options for parking in the vicinity. And the buffet breakfast was excellent. Plenty of vegan and vegetarian options, all really delicious and fresh. I’d absolutely stay in a Marriott Bonvoy hotel again in the future.

I wish I could give the staff more stars. Their service, particularly two gentlemen who assisted my Mum and I, were truly fantastic. They deserve particular recognition for being incredibly friendly, helpful and caring. My one complaint was that the hotel doesn’t have room service or a restaurant onsite for dinner. I’d also suggest some improvements to accessibility for people unable to walk up and down stairs. But truly, we couldn’t have been happier with the staff and service received. Thank you!

Room was a good size but had sticky floors, used coffee pods left next to and in the machine. Breakfast was terrible (bacon tasted inedible, cheap sausages.) Outside bins overflowing. Cheaper , older and better places to stay. Definitely not worth £120 for a room in Aberdeen.

We hadn’t been to Aberdeen for 20 years but when a relative became ill we decided to visit. The City has changed over the years and as a result Marriott built their Residenses in the city centre a newish build. The staff here are very pleasant kind and helpful and informative. Our room was spotless and had a fitted kitchen with microwave and fridge. The bathroom had a large shower with towels replaced as room service came to clean. Tea coffee and water supplied as we as cups plates and cutlery. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was included cooked or cold items tea coffee and fruit juice. Extra cooked items were by request

A beautifully furnished hotel in a lovely location. Room was spotless and very spacious with all you could need. The staff were warm, friendly and so helpful. Stayed in this hotel a few times and have never had a problem. Rooms are lovely and the complimentary breakfast is very nice. Only issue I had was as our room was in the 4th floor it was very warm for me. It's for ne in the room with the central air on but I found myself sweating just walking from the room to the lift, I'll perhaps request a lower floor next time we stay here.

Excellent hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Good breakfasts. Minor downsides: a) There is a single sliding door to the bathroom/toilet. However this same door also acts as the door to the wardrobe and drawers for your clothes etc. This means that if you slide the door to the right to close the wardrobe, it opens the door to the bathroom/toilet!! Even if someone is sitting in there. Whoever designed the room layout needs to think it through again! b) As often happens, the toasters in breakfast room cannot cope with the number of people trying to use them. The bread supplied was too thin so it took forever to make the toast. Or you just get hot bread. Try thick sliced bread, Being wider, each side would be closer to the heating element hence toasting better and quicker.

Spent over an hour to find the Hotel, called hotel numerous times, no answer, 2 young children in the car, Sofa bed mattress was paper thin, 4 ended up in double bed, breakfast was poor had to ask for extras only sausages, scrambled egg and fatty bacon, would not stay here again.

So the building itself is a nice and clean place to stay - the staff on the other hand aren’t exactly great - the room I stayed in a suite wasn’t much bigger than a normal room in any other hotel - very over priced for what it is actually worth - staff ( cleaning staff ) rushing me in the morning even tho check out was not till 12 noon - by asking me at 11:20 am when I would be leaving - there wasn’t even a sign or a door sign that I could use to say do not disturb in my room - even when complaining about this - the general body language of the staff member at reception seemed like he didn’t care - won’t be staying again and certainly wasn’t worth 250 pound a night

I can’t begin to tell how dissatisfied I am with the process and service at check in with the Aberdeen Marriott. I have been a gold member or higher for over 30 years and never experienced such a difficult process and lack of customer service. The desk person barely spoke English and when we arrived would not let us unload our significant luggage in their garage so we got soak and wet during the process. No apology no regrets from anyone on staff. I reserved two rooms. Which included four guest and they suffered due to the lack of concern from the staff I would appreciate some type of apology accordingly.

STAFF - especially Mark, Omar and Ivan must be sorted out as service employees of “AAA”status. They were a stupendous quality to myself during my long stay, and I can’t imagine having done without them thank you you guys and the rest of you also.

Really lovely apartment with kitchenette, right in the centre of Aberdeen. Very convenient for the TECA too as there is a bus outside that goes straight to TECA and the airport.

This was such a great hotel, the staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. They have a small kitchen for longer stays, as well as plenty of seating (lounge chair, two seated high top and desk). The only issue is due to construction in the area, it was very difficult to get to the hotel.

The hotel is a hidden gem! It’s not the easiest place to drive to for the first time, but thereafter the hotel was excellent. The staff were all helpful, pleasant and hard working. The room itself had everything you needed and more for our stay. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel was central to walk to the abundance of pubs, restaurants and shops. Planning to return very soon.

Room was a good size but had sticky floors, used coffee pods left next to and in the machine. Breakfast was terrible (bacon tasted inedible, cheap sausages.) Outside bins overflowing. Cheaper , older and better places to stay. Definitely not worth £120 for a room in Aberdeen.

The rooms were absolutely lovely — the bed was incredibly comfortable, with crisp white bedding and even spare duvets if needed. The space itself was generous, and having a little kitchenette was such a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was modern and really well designed, making the whole stay feel extra comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better. It was fantastic being just steps away from the Christmas market — so festive and convenient. The staff were genuinely wonderful. I want to give a special mention to Dimitrij and Esther who were both incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay and guided us through all the options for parking in the vicinity. And the buffet breakfast was excellent. Plenty of vegan and vegetarian options, all really delicious and fresh. I’d absolutely stay in a Marriott Bonvoy hotel again in the future.

Rooms are fantastic, no problem there. I already knew about the parking, difficult to get to when the Xmas market is there. Breakfast was way below par for me, not enough space on the counter to use condiments so I had to sit my plate on the seat. Eggs were not well cooked and , I think, the bacon was out a microwave. On checkout I needed an invoice for my company and was refused, Marriott policy. This should be mentioned when booking through Hotels.com. Some companies need the hotel invoice and not an Expedia invoice. Staff were friendly and attentive.

You were able to order extras etc which was much better than the eggs, sausages and bacon option. The coffee machine really needs looking into too as it’s just like warm milk no actual taste of coffee. It’s been like this for a while now. Apart from that a lovely stay as always and would stay again.
