Upon arrival, the employee on duty was AWESOME. I did not get his name but was courteous, genuine, and inviting. I hope Hilton researches this employee and recognizes his skills and actions. As for the room and property, there are no complaints. Everything was perfect, to include breakfast, fitness center, and cleanliness. Will definitely come back!

The hotel itself might be newer, but the cleanliness is not so good. So overall feeling is not so good. I wanted to point out something to improve but even there was no pen. Dishes, silverwares were not clean. The sofa broke and I could see the contents. A shower door can’t close and water might be leaking every time so that the outside of the shower place was kinda rotten. Sorry but all are what I saw.

When you walk in the hotel smells like it needs to be aired out. When we checked in the elevator had spilled food on floor, it was still there at check out. Lamp shades were ripped. AC unit barely worked so we slept so uncomfortably. The room overall just felt so dirty that I didnt want to touch anything. Not sure how they have as many stars as they do. Just overalls seems like they are careless and the man that checked us in didn’t smile at us once.

It was a busy weekend and while we had just checked in to our room, the A/C was not working. When we had someone come look it over they could not get it to work however instead of changing rooms we were offered a box fan. We stayed 2 nights and did not get offered anything for either night. I believe when you are paying over $150 a night one would get a working A/C. We love staying in these suites especially when we travel to San Antonio as a family however we will definitely be rethinking where we stay next time

We got locked out of our room for 3 hours with no access after being out in the heat hiking for 10 hours. The battery on the door died, and the machine to reset it wasn't working. Incredibly frustrating.

Home2 definitely felt like a second home to me. I enjoyed everything about my stay except how the drive up area for check in is designed, it’s a bit confusing and annoying. However, I had no other issues with this stay. The people at the front desk were kind, the room was nice, they have a pool, this hotel is pet friendly (I’m sad I didn’t bring my dog with me for this stay), both the bed and pillows were super comfy, and I felt safe. There are stores and eateries within driving distance, and it isn’t too noisy even though this hotel just so happens to be located adjacent to the freeway. I would easily choose Home2 over Staybridge Suites. I will be staying here by myself and with family every time I am in Las Cruces.

Awesome large room. Extremely clean, very comfortable, large tv. King size bed was comfortable, not too hard, not too soft. Nice pool and outdoor sitting areas. Decent gym. Breakfast was ok. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Food has really gone down in the last few years. Thry used to have Nutella packets for the waffles and toast. They only had one waffle machine which caused a few arguments with guests. Was told they were going to get kite potatoes and it literally took 15 minutes. We had someone in the room above us stomping on the floor for almost 2 hours.
