I had to stay somewhere near the airport because of a weather-related flight delay. After all the waiting and changes in the airport, I needed a place that would be no-stress and all well. This place was not. 1. Had to take an Uber there. I had tried to call to ask for a shuttle ride; no one answered (and I don't know if there was a shuttle available at all at that time). 2. Upon checking in, I asked for a toothbrush/toothpaste as mine were in my checked bag. She gave me a toothbrush...but no toothpaste. She said they'd been out for a week. 3. Since there was no toothpaste, I asked for mouthwash. She said they were also out of mouthwash. 4. I went over to the ice water dispenser in the lobby. No water in it (just some ice) 5. As I made my way toward the room, she called me over again and changed me to a different room (because I guess the one she had assigned me was not ready?) 6. She asked if I needed a shuttle in the morning. Yes, I did. She asked what time. I said 8:30. She said they only go on the hour. Not convenient for an "airport" hotel. They should have been able to take me at the half hour. On a positive note, the wifi was fine and there was coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Pulling in I really thought I was going to all a d get a refund but once I reached the hotel it was newer. Now the problem is I walked in the rm there was no wash rags and only 1 towels and 1 hand towel the rm was reserved for 2 people. My lady and my self. I called the front desk and was told that they didn't have 1 wash cloth in the whole hotel. I feel like I paid for sumthing I did not receive. I have never ever stayed in a motel or hotel and could not get a wash cloth. They advertised a pool it wasn't working. One elevator wasn't working so I had to walk an extremely long distance to get to my rm. But to spend a $100.00 for a rm with no wash clothes is Unacceptable.

The only problem is the transportation from the airport needs big improvement. Also the hotel lobby didn’t have snack filled up or drinks. It needs improvement in that area as well

The property was alittle run down. The coffee maker in my room didn't work the power outlets on one side of the room didn't work. And because of early flight no coffee available in the lobby. I am very impressed with shuttle service and the park and stay featured with no extra charge for up to 7 days. That made up for every thing else.

Complete fraud. They advertise an airport shuttle, but what they have is a small passenger van that services 2 other hotels and is full before it gets to the Radisson. This brand has really gone down since Choice hotels took it over! They also do not have breakfast.

Arrived at airport and called for the shuttle 4 times waited for over hour and a half never showed so had to take a taxi and spend $33 to get 6 miles down the road . I chose this location for the shuttle. The trip to the airport was way better. The staff at the hotel it self awesome did what ever they could to make me happy . All I needed was a tooth brush and they took care of it and got me one .

This hotel was not clean and is in a bad area. Stains on lobby couches, rooms smelling bad and didn’t feel clean, no water available to purchase at front desk, AC going on and off all night, and did not feel safe in our room. Sign when checking in states hotel is not for people that live within a mile of hotel which gives off motel vibes and is unlikely that the sign is really a deterrent. Other patrons that we encountered seemed off. We were there for only 7 hours due to flight issues, but could never stay here again. Positives are that we didn’t see any bugs and the staff was friendly including Carl the shuttle guy. We told them earlier that we needed a shuttle and they wrote our name down so that made things easier when we woke up. Also they gave us toothbrush/toothpaste when we forgot ours. Hotel was around $160 which seems absurd for the quality. It was rated a 7/10, and I thought how bad can it be but I realized that I am not a 7/10 hotel type of person.

I stayed here one night to catch a flight at the Charlotte airport. It was convenient for parking while out of town. However, staying there one night I did get bit by bedbugs. I let the front staff at the office know and they did nothing about it. They did not look up the room number or anything to make sure it was taken care of. Be aware they could be in other rooms!

There was a blood stain on the couch and on the floor. Towels looked like they weren’t washed, hair all over the shower. The front desk was super professional. The bed was also very comfy. However , the rooms lacked cleanliness.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was not in good condition, though it could use an upgrade, especially with the sheets, pillowcases pillows mattress was comfortable. The only complaint I had was our refrigerator was leaking and so when we got up in the morning, the carpet in front of the cabinet that held the refrigerator was completely soaked, and it looked like it had been doing it for a while because the bottom of the cabinet was completely soaked And already peeling.

Great stay. Room appeared to be recently renovated. Surrounding area isn't great, but I wasn't looking to hang out around the hotel. Property itself was fine and parking was safe. Great burger spot in the adjacent parking lot. Easy access to BoA Stadium.

Clean and quiet. Room was cleaned daily. Newly renovated with modern features. Bed was very comfortable. Only issue during my stay was the internet was not working frequently during my 5 nights there. Other than that I highly recommend.

Property was clean and room comfortable. No electrical at bathroom sink near mirror. Blow dryer had to be plugged in across bathroom and couldn’t use mirror. Same for my flat iron. Tried using mirror in main room but no outlet near by. Also bathroom lighting terrible for make up. Too dark.

My family and I had to travel to Charlotte because one of my grandchildren is in Levine Children’s hospital in critical condition and the front desk agent that was there Sunday morning was professional and compassionate. Wish I caught his name, but he is amazing! Made our stay great, under the circumstances. Thank you!

I agreed to pay at the property but the money was taken off my card before I even checked in. The staff will make every excuse to not help you and the manager never works on the weekend. I was given the run around and now I can't get my money back.

I don\'t even know where to begin. We checked into the hotel on Friday and were given keys to someone else\'s room. I was literally mortified. When we went back to the front desk, they acted like it was no big deal. They then assigned us a new room on a completely different floor, after we had already hauled our luggage around to the fourth floor. Having worked in the hotel industry, I recognize the sheer carelessness of the staff. I specifically told the woman at the desk to ensure we were properly checked in because we were two women staying there. Fast forward to 1:00 AM: I hear our door handle jiggle as someone tries to open it. The front desk then calls our room, saying, "What\'s your name? You\'re not checked in; our system shows your room is vacant." Are you kidding me? Our entire stay should be comped for this blatant negligence, but I was told there wouldn’t be a manager on duty until Monday morning. I never complain, and while the rooms were clean and the hotel itself was nice, the staff\'s carelessness is utterly unacceptable.

They were having a hard time because of a big storm, but Wi-Fi wasn't working and they assigned my room to a couple after I had already checked in. The couple opened the door while I was asleep on the bed and it was very uncomfortable. Not a good part of town.

Airline canceled flight. Booked hotel via Expedia. Showed up and rooms were not available. Hotel had overbooked. There were many of us in the same situation. Drug dealing close by, homeless problem, gentleman's club close by. Sketchy people coming into the hotel. An older man was seen bringing a 20 year old almost unconscious into hotel.

There’s a lot of homeless around there. They have restricted areas to smoke because they don’t want people sneaking into hotel. The room was nice and staff was awesome! Wouldn’t bring family there and I don’t think I would ever be back. It’s rough area but felt safe. I think it was fine for me but I had fiancé and I felt I had to go with her every time she smoked.
