We loved the authentic charm of The Allegro. Thoughtful, decorative touches added to the overall atmosphere, and the interconnecting rooms of our family suite were very spacious and comfortable for two adults and two teenagers. It was easy to hear the comings and goings of other guests outside, and the pool was a little crowded at certain times, but these issues were far outweighed by the many positives of the hotel. The location to the old-town was easily walkable, the included breakfast buffet was lovely, the spa treatments were reasonably-priced and highly recommended, and the staff were service were incredible. A very good family option for Hoi An and we’d definitely stay again.

The Allegro is a fabulous high end hotel in Hoi An. The rooms are very comfortable, good air conditioning, well appointed. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke English. They helped us with reservations, scooter rental, shuttle to the beach. The food in the restaurant was exceptional. Wonderful spa and swimming pool.

Allegro Hoi An is conveniently located while being away from the touristy craziness that defines Hoi An. A ten-minute walk will take you to all the major attractions. The hotel restaurant was subpar for dinner. You have much better options in town. However, the breakfast buffet was awesome. They had a lot of tropical fruits like papaya and passion fruit. The gym in the basement was adequate but very outdated.

My husband and I have stayed at this property every year for the past 4 years. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!The staff is the best that we have ever seen. They are so cordial and extremely helpful. They make us feel like family. We love the way that they make usn feel. The hotel is in such a great location. it is extemely clean and quiet. Plus it is within walking distance of the Ancient town of Hoi An. We received an upgrade to a beautiful pool view and enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the views. The rooms are very well decorated and comfortable. We also enjoyed the free shuttle to the beach each and every day. Last but not least. is the amazing breakfast that has so many dishes to choose from. The food is truly top notch. We also ate dinner here several times and the food is all so wonderful. Fantastisk service og dejlig morgenmad. Bedsste massage paa hele turen. Fitness rummet er ikke stort og maskinerne er meget gamle - saa find paa noget andet at lave. Tager meget gerne hotellet igen.

Balcony view was over pool but not a particularly beautiful view, however the hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk into town with coffee and convenience store close by. Great stay and would stay again

Exceptional staff, service, and food. The room was cleaned to top quality and the bed was soft and super comfortable. The breakfast menu was scrumptious and stayed consistently. Will definitely stay if I travel to Hoi An again.

The Allegro was in an amazing location. Less than 5 minutes walk from the old town. The buffet breakfast was delicious and varied. The room was a good size just not as luxurious as a luxury hotel should be. The lounge seat was atrocious. It had no back & was very uncomfortable. The towels were quite threadbare & the sheets were very thin & the bed cover did not even reach the sides of the bed. They organised tours & transfers well. Overall a good place to stay but not luxury.

Lovely stay at Allegro Hoi An for 2 nights. The king room was beautiful, especially the bathroom! Enjoyed the pool as well which was so relaxing in the heat! Very nice and quiet location that's still walkable to the busier parts of Old Town. Staff remembered my name throughout my stay which was impressive. Plenty of breakfast options. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location close to the heart of old town (5-10 min walk) but far enough away to avoid the tourist hoards. The room was clean and comfortable. Had some issues with the bathtub drain sealing properly but this was such a minor thing. Staff were lovely and helpful arranging last minute transport to the airport at a good price. The breakfast was top notch, and while the afternoon tea was not traditional with the foods served, it was fun!

Excellent customer service! Shout out to Mica for making sure my girlfriend gets her charger we left behind.. She reached out to me and gave us options on how to get it to us. She ordered a grab driver and delivered charger to us at the airport. This is going over and beyond . We appreciate Mica!!!

This is a very nice hotel. The staff are extremely friendly. They tried very hard to help us solving problems during our stay to make sure we have a wonderful time. The hotel has a very good management, too. There is always someone to ask for help. Especial thanks to Marie, she is so nice and patient. We enjoyed our visit in Hoi An.

Beautiful property with exceptional service! We stayed 5 nights and it was enough time to explore the Old City and go on some excursions from the location. The breakfast is amazing! But it is the staff who makes the hotel so memorable!

Super nice hotel, pool is beautiful, food is great and staff go above and beyond everyday - even as far as remembering your room and when you’re coming and going. Couldn’t find a single fault with the hotel - super clean, good bathrooms and beds too. Is a bit of a walk from ancient town - which can be brutal in the summer heat - but totally manageable and there’s always Grab if you need to escape into aircon.

This hotel was perfect in every way. The location was a 5 minute walk to the old town. There is a free shuttle to An Bang Beach. More importantly the staff was so welcoming and worked very hard to make our stay so wonderful.

Allegro Hoi An is conveniently located while being away from the touristy craziness that defines Hoi An. A ten-minute walk will take you to all the major attractions. The hotel restaurant was subpar for dinner. You have much better options in town. However, the breakfast buffet was awesome. They had a lot of tropical fruits like papaya and passion fruit. The gym in the basement was adequate but very outdated.

The hotel is amazing, the decor is beautiful and serene. The staff are excellent and the facilities are first class. The only downside is the breakfast, some of the hot foods were cold everyday and the variety wasn’t there. The pastries tasted too greasy and the bacon was soggy and too fatty. If you can get past the quality of the breakfast this hotel is amazing.

Hotel is in a perfect location. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area and about 10 minute tuk tuk ride to old town. Pool is great with lounge chairs and towels. Staff at the hotel were outstanding. Andrew the Manager. Nancy Tapie.
