My partner and I were very pleased with Sheraton San Gabriel. Everything was clean, the facilities were well-equipped and the service provided by the staff was impeccable. My only gripe was that there were only 3 main accessible elevators. My partner and I were placed super far away from these elevators and walking back and forth after walking 20k steps a day was quite troublesome. Other than that, we will definitely be booking with Sheraton again in the future!

Wonderful stay. Food at the hotel was unlike others - tasty and reasonably priced! Really good quality for the amount paid. Only con would be the pool being cold. I was hoping it would be heated but it’s okay!

Only one elevator for whole building is terrible,we have to walk around to the back every time we come back to room is tiresome… plus $ 18 a day for parking is just rip off for people who stayed there.. They chang the price up charge $ 200 for 7 day to 6 day adjustment which caused me $ 120 ..

Spacious large hotel with relatively large room. It’s modern, clean and comfortable. The front desk and cleaning staff are friendly and efficient. A couple of suggestions for improvement: 1) the breakfast buffet at $25 per person was disappointing in quality of food and limited choices. One can get much better food and value at an outside breakfast establishment. 2) For California, the $18 per day self parking fee should be waved. Free parking around the area is plentiful. If a charge is required for the upkeep of the garage, it should be $5 at most.

I had a three night stay at the Sheraton! Everything was amazing from the decor , ambiance, to cleanliness and spacious rooms! This hotel is beautiful! Housekeeping came everyday, there was a Starbucks on site , as well as a bar, breakfast and dinner! Definitely would recommend!

Beautiful hotel, very clean, would like to see a little more attention to detail such as a make up smudge on lampshade and handprints on windows. As a long time, Hilton Honors member, I was extremely impressed by the professional staff, gorgeous king corner balcony rooms, of which we had two. Both were exceptional. The hotel was beautiful. Elevators were slightly slow. Parking was simple and convenient. The restaurant was fantastic as was the check-in staff. I would love to see this property replace the carpet in the hallways and rooms with simulated hardwood. All around excellent experience.

It was a very pretty hotel with spacious rooms. Our bathroom was dirty when we arrived, i asked to have it cleaned and was told they would do so. Unfortunately, when i went back to my room i found a housekeeper in the bathroom with the toilet brush sitting on the bathroom counter dropping toilet water. It was disgusting and unsanitary and ruined the rest of my stay because i couldn't get comfortable for wondering what else was unsanitary in the room.

The location is convenient to many dining areas and freeways. Staff are generally friendly, but in this stay we experienced shower stall floor drain overflow and toilet seat with blood stain (still looking fresh) and water glasses with finger prints . I would say cleanliness needs to be improved. Oveall rating would be 3.5.

The front desk staff who handled my check-in and check-out was very kind and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, the noise from the room next to mine was quite disruptive, especially late at night. I've been traveling a lot lately, and I found it unusual that the hotel only provided one complimentary bottle of water. It's not a major issue, just a bit unexpected. As for the bar experience, the bartender didn’t bring much energy or engagement. We had one drink but didn’t feel encouraged to stay for another.

A room of 409 sq ft seems to be small. I booked two queen-sized beds but got two full-sized beds instead. I did not realize it until bedtime, so I did not ask for a change of room. The mattress was uncomfortable and lopsided toward the middle, so I did not sleep well.

The stay was very disappointing! I was woken up in the middle of the night by an unknown noise, resembling mechanical operations, which lasted until morning and severely disrupted my sleep. Reporting it to the front desk didn’t result in any timely resolution. This is unacceptable for a four-star hotel. Definitely would not recommend!

Staff was extremely helpful and positive. Room and gym were clean, stocked and spacious. Lobby was festive for the season. Lobby bar was an excellent place to gather with family to share food and drinks.

Nice hotel, clean and rooms were spacious. Plenty of parking, even when the hotel is full you would still be able to find a spot. There is not much in the local area, bit further out from your typical touristy spots. There is also not much variety of restaurants, it is mostly Chinese/Korean food.

This was a great and easily accessible hotel. I came to LA for a vacation for a few days and stayed here. The rooms are clean and a bit more spacious than a regular hotel. The neighborhood is located in a predominately Asian community so that’s really all the stores and restaurants that you’ll see. I’m from the south so I didn’t mind driving a bit; everything you’ll probably want to do is at least 30 minutes away so be prepared to drive if you’re looking to hit the tourist part of the county. The pool is heated, no complementary breakfast but easy parking deck and great hotel and staff overall

Check in was quick. It was very quiet. Pillows are very comfortable. There was no water available in the lobby, but there was a water bottle in the room. The restaurant's breakfast had very limited options. The breakfast was not worth the value.
