Cracow Central Aparthotel

Très bon rapport qualité prix, conforme à la commande. Très bien situé à 5 min à pied du centre historique et à 30 seconde le la galerie commerciale ! au top ! Nous sommes tombé pendant la canicule donc nous avons eu un peu chaud mais c'était correct il n'ya qu'un ventilateur et pas de clim (ma faute j'aurais dû vérifier à la commande) sinon accueil très chaleureux tout était très propore! Petit bémol il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, je n'ai pas vu cette information clairement affichée lors de ma commande (il se peut que je l'ai loupé) donc pas très pratique car nous avions 2 grosses valises.

Very good location only two minutes walk from the main railway station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lacked ambiance with no space in the reception area. Room was spacious enough but the en-suite felt cramped especially the shower. If I were redoing the interior it would better to enlarge the shower!

Das Cracow Central Aparthotel besticht, wie der Name schon sagt, durch die Lage ! wirklich nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß und man ist mitten im Leben einer wirklich schönen Innenstadt. Wifi und ein sehr einfaches Frühstückwaren inklusiv. Das Parken war kostenpflichtig und relativ eng(auf jeden Fall vorher buchen, sind nur wenige Plätze)

Great location — close to a mall, public transportation, and with parking available. The room was comfortable and clean. It’s a small building located in the old town, so it doesn’t have an elevator, but that’s understandable given the setting. Overall, a very good stay.

駅からも旧市街からも近く立地は最高。 エレベーターがないのでスーツケースの人はそこだけ注意。あと、シャワーブースが少し狭いかな～ アメニティは使いきりのボディソープ兼シャンプーのみですので、歯ブラシはもちろんコンディショナー必要な人は持参した方が良いです。海外あるある、シャンプーが泡立たない…私は全然平気ですが気になる人はそちらも…

Hôtel très bien situé près de la gare (pour Airport) et tout près du centre touristique. Bon petit déjeuner. Réception 24/24. Avons fait un bon séjour.

Quarto super limpo durante toda a estadia! Cama confortável, quarto espaçoso, banheiro bom, tinha frigobar, chaleira elétrica, ferro de passar roupa. A localização é perfeita, melhor impossível! Chegando de trem ou de avião você está na cara do gol para conhecer tudo em Cracovia. A equipe do hotel é muito gentil e amável, fui bem recebido por todos. O fato do hotel não ter elevador passa quase imperceptível por todas as outras qualidades que ele tem. Mas fica a dica para a gerência, um elevador seria a cereja do bolo. O hotel não tem uma recepção grande com poltronas, mas deixa guardar a mala após o check out se for preciso. É um hotel simples, mas extremamente funcional! O serviço é muito bem feito e eu sem dúvidas voltarei a me hospedar quando retornar a Cracovia.

Nice and close to old town. Very tight parking but happy to have one. Very nice room and breakfast options.

Servicemindet personale der hjalp ud over hvad man kan forvente. Stedet ligger centralt, 5 minutters gang fra den gamle by. Eneste minus er, at der ikke er elevator.

Nog för att bilder alltid är lite missvisande. Men de här var extremt missvisande. Gamla nötta möbler med fläckar, till och med lampskärmarna. Smutsiga lister och toadörr. Duschen hade en massa mögel och städningen hade mer att önska. Väldigt varmt och ingen luftkonditionering mer än en golvfläkt. Positivt var att sängarna var sköna och frukosten var toppen.

Hotel room was very clean when we arrived. We stayed 7 nights at this hotel and our room was only cleaned once!! And that was after we complained on the evening of third day! It was never cleaned after that! We complained and nothing was done! Loction was great for site seeing. Old Town historical area is a 10 minute walk. It is right by the mall and train station. Breakfasts were excellent.

Onze kamer was netjes, maar wel een beetje afgeleefd. Ook waren er slechts siergordijnen, dus verduistering was niet mogelijk. Verder wel een ideale locatie vlak bij het centrale station en vriendelijk personeel.

Superb location Small but comfortable and very clean room with large shower 🚿 Walls are a bit thin : if your neighbors are noisy you will hear everything (including things you may not want to 😳) Also hotel mgt : pls invest in REAL curtains as it's a bit harsh to be awaken at 5:30am by the street light 😵

My room was very quiet and warm with ample storage space. A two door wardrobe with shelves, hangars and a large mirror. Two chairs with a table and two bedside cabinets. Mine was a twin bed. I had a bathroom with an actual bath, shower included, the water heated up quickly, unlike those accursed eco systems where you can have a cup of tea and a sandwich whilst waiting for it to warm up. Ample towels and soap. I had a kettle with two mugs tea and sugar. There was a hair dryer and a large fan for humid days. The room includes a small fridge. This is useful since there is a small grocery shop just across the road. Where you can buy sandwiches, beer, fruit, yogurt, chocolate and such, for in room snacks. I liked the lighting. Some rooms are very dim. The downside was predictable and sad. There is in fact no TV unless you speak Polish. The room had a TV but not a single channel in English. Not even news channels. It had a music channel if you want to spend the whole week listening to music. The rooms are not at all soundproofed. I fell asleep with the TV very quiet in my room, but my neighbour was still disturbed. No hotel parking. Older people may note there is no elevator. I was on the top floor but this was only the second floor. There was a breakfast available at extra charge. But very close, (50 Metre), is Krakow's main shopping mall. I recommend the ice cream shop.

Clean, quiet room. Convenient location and good price, but room is very small and minimal. Good for one person for one or two nights.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of our room and friendliness of the reception staff, but we unfortunately encountered significant issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity. For approximately 14 hours of our stay, we were only able to access the internet outside our room in the hallway. Hotel staff was not able to help.

The rooms were small but the hotel was really close to the mall and train station. The breakfast wasn’t a buffet so we were dissapointed. The first night we had to open the windows since there wasn’t any AC and it was just very loud outside, we heard people at 2/3 am

Die Zimmer als auch das Bad sind sehr klein aber zweckmässig und sauber. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage ist trotz Nähe zum Zentrum und Bahnhof ruhig. Was mich gestört hat, ist dass die Vorhänge zu klein sind und vom Hinterhof die ganze Nach Licht ins Zimmer gedrungen ist, es wurde somit nie dunkel im Zimmer. Auch sind die Stimmen und Geräusche aus dem Nachbarzimmer durch die Lüftung zu vernehmen.

The room was hot on the hot day. No AC in the room but working floor fan was there to add some comfort.

Rooms are clean with good facilities. Breakfast was nice and local to old town. Transport links were good with bus and tram service across the street. Plenty of local shops close by and staff very helpful. Will also store luggage for you after check out. Booked tours prior to arrival and pick for all were in the next street so great for location.

Great location, easy walk to the old town and advantage of being near the Mall and railway station. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the basic needs. The staff were polite and very helpful. We had breakfast here too which was very nice. Overal a great stay.Thank you.

鉄道駅、バスターミナル、旧市街、いずれにも歩いて数分で行ける便利な立地。レセプションスタッフの皆さんも親切で、チェックインタイム30分前に宿についてしまったのですが「あなたの部屋は掃除が済んでいる」と言って、無償でチェックインさせてくれました。 選べる朝食のパニーニサンド、オレンジジュース美味しかったです。 角部屋だったので、少し部屋が狭く感じられましたが、湯船のある部屋をお願いしたせい？ でもお風呂にゆったりつかれたのはとても良かったです。

<部屋> ・机、冷蔵庫、ケトル、クローゼット、ベッド、大きな鏡 ・クローゼット内にはハンガーが６つほどあり ・机の上にはTeaが1人2つずつあり ・タオルは普通サイズとバスタオル ・シャンプーはあったが、ボディソープはなかった ・Wi-Fiは問題なく使えた <シャワー・トイレ・洗面台> ・同室に3つともあり ・シャワーの水圧はとても良かった ・シャワー室は扉があり水が飛散することはない ・洗面台にはハンドソープあり <その他> ・クラクフ中央駅から近く立地がよい ・スタッフの方が気さくで優しかった

Clean, quiet property located within 10 minute walk to the central station. The front desk staff were welcoming, kind and helpful. Will definitely make this our first choice next time we are in Krakow.

Just get for a breakaway very central and easy to get to. Very helpful and friendly reception staff.

The hotel is quite small, but meticulous - 24 hour staffed; modern decor and the staff really friendly. I had breakfast in the hotel most days, good value for money and, once again, staff was fab and accommodating x

La camera era piccolina ma pulita. La posizione ottima, a due passi dalla stazione e 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Il personale molto gentile e soddisfacente in ogni richiesta. L’unica cosa che potrebbe essere migliorata è la colazione, bisogna scegliere da un menù di 5/6 opzioni e come è capitato nella nostra esperienza, si tende sempre a mangiare le stesse cose a causa della poca scelta.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at Cracow Central Aparthotel! The location is the best thing about this place; 30 second walk to the main train station (with only a 20 minute journey to the airport from there) and large shopping mall that is adjoined, and 5 minutes walk to the old town - we couldn’t have asked for a better location. Secondly, the price was out of this world. The value for money was outstanding. The room was large, clean and the bed was huge! What was really amazing was the complementary bottle of wine that they left for our arrival - this was a great touch. The hotel also let us leave our suitcase on the last day after checkout, which was great because we still had a full day left. The only thing that I could fault was that the walls were quite thin so I could often hear conversations outside. However, during our stay in January the hotel was quiet so it wasn’t a major issue. Also, you find that with most hotels so again, not a huge issue. My partner and I had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location that is convenient to the train station. Great area for shopping with the nearby mall at the station. Area was nice and quiet too. Could not ask for anything more in a hotel, it was great!

値段にして、部屋は清潔、広さも十分。深夜に列車で到着したが夜道も明るく怖くなく、かつ分かりやすかった。シャワーも十分。朝食はメニューを見て付けて無かったけれど疲れていたのとコーヒーが飲みたかった為、急遽頂く事に、コーヒーはマシンでたっぷり美味しかったが、やはりベーコンとスクランブルエッグにトマトきゅうりサラダ、パンバターに39は払いたく無かった。当たり前過ぎでつまらなくコーヒーのみにしとけばよかったと後悔。ポーランドの土地の物、面倒でもミルクバーとか8時過ぎまて我慢して他へ行けばよかった

Rummen var ok storlek, sköna sängar,kuddar och täcken. Frukosten beställer man kvällen innan, man väljer något från olika menyer. Läget är bra, buss stannar precis utanför. Shoppingcentra o tågstation jätte nära . Trevliga restauranger runt om. Går snabbt att gå till Gamla stan …..

Quartos pequenos, não muito confortáveis. Banheiro pequeno. Silencioso. Cortina insuficientes para escurecer o quarto. Café da manhã bom, mas há escolhas preestabelecidas, sem direito a mudanças. Bem próximo à estação de trem e ao shopping.

È migliore di un hotel: pulizie e cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni ! La colazione viene preparata al momento in una cafeteria che fa parte della struttura, si accede dalla stessa attraverso 4 metri di corridoio interno. È in pieno centro, davanti alla stazione (lato centro)

Good value for money, very small but clean and about 7 mins walk to the square and old town. We had the breakfast which was 6 set menus you could choose from and it was freshly cooked and very nice and filling. It was what you’d expect for the price.
