Walls are very thin,,listened to a small dog barking half the night,,Breakfast was not good at all,thankfully there is a hardees in front of hotel.Guess I expected more out of a Marriot hotel.Staff however was very pleasant

I didn't have any kids with me. But there's a lot of kids here so I guess it's kid friendly

Staff at front desk was extremely sweet. We had come in a day earlier than expected so we went in to see if we could get our room. It was available but for $219 for the extra night. We went and stayed at another hotel for $135. Then came back the next night to check in. Everyone was very friendly. We stayed in a suite (didn’t realize I booked that) and it was very roomy but the sofa pullout bed was very small. Just glad we had a little one with us and not another adult… the bed was harder than we like but it was comfortable. The room appeared to be clean with all the necessities you would need to stay. The closet in the bedroom was nice and convenient. Shower was hot but I felt like I needed to fill out an application to turn it on… lol! It had three different things to turn in order to run the shower. However, breakfast was not much or maybe I just got there late. The milks for drinking and for cereals were in a gallon jug which was a no go for me.. even the chocolate milk… should have been individual servings. Not everyone touching and pouring from the same jug. There was nothing really for a grab and go! No fruit, cereal bars or pastries that I saw! Not even bread to make toast. Only bagels and English muffins among other things that were less than desirable. They did have a waffle maker but only one and there was a line.They were extremely busy so I understood. Elevator made a noise like someone was holding down a button the entire time but at least they had two working!

The staff were all so nice and accommodating! Rooms were super clean. Perfect location. Outdoor amenities excellent.

Great staff, wonderful lobby and lots of stuff to do in the area.

Overall great stay. A dog did bark a lot next door to us and upstairs was super loud when they walked.

Facility was more than I expected. I will look to stay in other TownePlace Suites when opportunity affords.

Shower needs to be stronger without wetting the floor. Luggage carts need to be the regular carts rather than short ones as it takes longer to transport luggage to vehicles

Staff was friendly when we arrived. The room was nice , clean sheets and towels. The only problems were the shower “door” didn’t hold all th water in the shower so there was a pretty good leak every time we took a shower and the shower floor was lined with mold which was kinda gross.

Great one night stay for overnight stop. Very clean hotel and friendly staff

Our air went out at home and so we booked this room. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy.

Room was vey clean staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. The lobby always smelled good when you walked in I even asked what it was.

Room was spotless and had everything needed for a lengthy stay. Staff was fantastic and friendly!

When we arrived the room had a horrible odor. There was obvious rot and mold in the bathroom. The furniture was soiled. I have stayed at this hotel before and have not been charged extra for having my dog with me. My dog is either with me or in a crate at all times. I was confused by the uncaring service desk attendant when we expressed our concern over the TV not working. She did not care.

The staff was friendly and courteous. We also loved the free cookies that were sitting on the front desk for people to snack on. We were very happy with our stay.

The rooms are amazing with a fridge and kitchen and so roomy .

The hotel is easy to find right off I-75. Our room was very large and comfortable and clean. The bed was super comfy! The front desk associate was very pleasant and polite. There are plenty of dining options in either walking distance or a short drive. We will stay here again on our way to and from Florida.

The rooms are modern comfortable, well lit and have all the amenities required for a comfortable stay.

This was an amazing place to stay. It had everything one would need for a long term stay, with a mostly full kitchen (only missing an oven). The room was very comfortable, and I would gladly stay here again. The room was a little on the pricey side, so I do not know if I would pick it for a long stay. But for an overnight on my travels, it was great.

Staff help was great......did a great job!

The breakfast was amazing. Missy went above and beyond by printing business documents for me and she even helped me put them in page protectors. She definitely deserves recognition in going the extra mile.

Pre checkin is a joke. I had to redo everything when I arrived.

The hotel was overbooked! Arrived at 1 in the morning with a child and was simply told- "sorry!" Not acceptable at all! The receptionists were also not helpful!

We were able to check in early for a family wedding. We had three rooms in this hotel. The staff was incredible! Also, the rooms were very accommodating as well. It was not cheap, however, there was a special event going on in this small city on the date, we arrived. I could not ask for more from the hotel staff or the hotel itself. Very very pleased, indeed!

Even though we did not use it, it was nice having a kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Easy access to where we needed to travel during our stay. Staff were all very nice.

Right from the check-in it was a great experience, the lady checking the skin was absolutely friendly as can be firstly. Secondly this particular hotel is very clean in the surrounding area is really nice as well.
