We would absolutely stay here again - it was so convenient, but it was also really quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they have an elevator, which was very nice considering one of our party just had knee surgery.

Location: less than 10 minutes walkable distance from the split bus station and ferry port. Around 15 minutes slow walk to main attractions. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket. Hotel: the hotel is within a converted looking apartment/office block. The sign is not easy to see but using the famous maps, you can find it quite quick. Use the lift and then ring in. Customer service on site: individual is very friendly and polite. They have beach towels for you if you plan to go to the beach. Free coffee and water at reception. Room: Twin bed room is ok. It's not big or neither small. Air con is a delight especially in the heat. TV size for the room was rather small. Shower was strong but takes a minute to go hot. There is a slight strange sour smell coming from the room. There is an empty fridge to place your drinks. Can still here outside cars. Windows leaked after a freak storm.

Perfect location for any pre or post cruise stays. Ten minute easy walk to port or the train and bus station. Small grocery store Tommy directly behind the hotel building. The 11 rooms are a converted hotel in a tall office tower, there are other hotels on different floors higher up. This one is convenient up just one flight if stairs or a lift. There is a decent retardant on the main level. Don’t pay the high taxi rate from airport, use bus shut to the station across from cruise boats. Note that the hotel front desk is NOT staffed after eleven at night so check in may not be possible for late arrivals!! The hotel was quick to communicate via email. Helpful staff.

Tis was our second stay here. It was just an overnight stop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation very clean and comfortable. We were made to feel very welcome and safe. The taxi was arranged and turned up on time, with no problems incurred. We would recommend this accmmodation without hesitation.

We were quite surprised there wasn’t an option for regular housekeeping having booked 5 nights. We finally asked for clean towels and that was accommodated but were surprised there was no option for clean bedding for that length of stay (at least it was never offered to us). In addition we were very surprised there was no fan in the bathroom - having a shower created a damp environment throughout the entire bathroom causing towels, toiletries etc to all become damp. This is concerning as I have asthma and that can create a dangerous mold situation very quickly. The worst part was my friend left his suitcase in the room and reached out to the property via email. He said the response showed no concern and offered no help or assistance to find a way for him to be reunited with his suitcase and items inside. I will never recommend this property to anyone.

Beliggenheten er helt perfekt med kun 5 min gange til Rivaen i Split og ca 10 min til ferge havnen. Tok lite taxi her grunnet dette. Vi var på rommet i 5 dager. Det var for lenge da luftsirkulasjonen i rommet er utrolig dårlig. Det er ikke varmt (har AC) men veldig fuktig på rommet. Så håndklær og badetøy vi brukte første dagen var fortsatt klissvått når etter 5 dager hengt opp. Er heller ikke så mange steder å henge opp ting så vi måtte være kreative. Ellers er fyren i resepsjonen veldig hyggelig som ga oss mange gode tips til ting å gjøre.

Prima hotel voor een kort verblijf op goede locatie net buiten het oude centrum. Vriendelijk personeel. Ik was vroeg (voor de inchecktijd), maar mocht de kamer al in. De kamers zijn wel gehorig, ik hoorde de buren snurken ‘s nachts. Voor een langer verblijf zou ik voor een verblijf met balkon/buiten kiezen.

It's not big or neither small. Air con is a delight especially in the heat. TV size for the room was rather small. Shower was strong but takes a minute to go hot. There is a slight strange sour smell coming from the room. There is an empty fridge to place your drinks. Can still here outside cars. Windows leaked after a freak storm.

Hotel: the hotel is within a converted looking apartment/office block. The sign is not easy to see but using the famous maps, you can find it quite quick. Use the lift and then ring in. Hotel was easy to find with google maps, it's only about 5 mins into the market/marina so it's close to food. Also it's super close to the main beach around 10mins away so so location is great and it feels very safe staying here.

Perfect location for any pre or post cruise stays. Ten minute easy walk to port or the train and bus station. Small grocery store Tommy directly behind the hotel building. The 11 rooms are a converted hotel in a tall office tower, there are other hotels on different floors higher up. This one is convenient up just one flight if stairs or a lift. There is a decent retardant on the main level. Don’t pay the high taxi rate from airport, use bus shut to the station across from cruise boats. Note that the hotel front desk is NOT staffed after eleven at night so check in may not be possible for late arrivals!! The hotel was quick to communicate via email. Helpful staff.

Excellent choice for this price point. If you just want a nice room to stay in while you explore Split and don't need a restaurant etc. this is a great choice. Rooms were really nice and staff were friendly, even when we arrived earlier than they expected so they had to rush to get the rooms clean.

It was a really good place to stay. The restaurant I front of building was reallygood. One suggestion is that some of the other hotels in the same building (there are four hotels in the building, I believe) had parking spots right next to the building. We had to pay a lot of money to park in a public lot farther away. That would be one thing that might be a good perk for its customers Overall, we liked the hotel and would stay there again

The location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk to the downtown core and very close to the beach. The rooms were modern, spacious, and extremely clean. It’s a great value for the quality you get. Highly recommend for anyone looking to be near the port and city center
